A corrupt politician has made himself dictator by killing off all that could oppose him, except one man, the governor of the city Naples. The leader of Naples happens to be the Don of a mafia group called The Family. He and his family become the protectors of the last city that still defies the Dictator. Knowing that they could not out last the massive reserves of men and supplies of the dictator, the Don forms an elite squad from his family and sends them to kill the Dictator before Naples falls.
