We can't go through with this... Right? (Ruri)

"Cara are you up? I need a hand on getting up"Her grandmother yelled throughout the small house. Cara sighed as she rolled onto her back and rubbed her face with the palms of her hands. She checked the time and then leaped out of bed, her alarm hadn't worked and she was going to be late for school."Coming Gram!"She yelled back, running out of her room and into her grandmother's room. She carefully helped her stand and then led her to the kitchen where she started making the coffee and eggs and toast. It was the same reunite every morning."Thank you sweetie."Her grandmother told her sweetly as Cara finished the breakfast and set everything on the table in front of her."Of course Grandma now I have to get ready and go to school now."She explained and kissed her grandmother's cheek."Love you!"Her frail grandmother told her as she started to eat.

Cara rushed back up the stairs and into her room, brushing her hand with one hand as she laid out her outfit with her other hand. When she was finished with her hair, she slipped on a very form fitting scoop neck and then some short yoga shorts. Her school was strict, but not that strict on the dress code. So Cara dressed comfortably. When she was finished, she put just a little make up on and then pulled her long hair up into a messy bun on her head. Grabbing her bag, she took her keys and phone and then left her room. "Alright bye grandma stay away from the stove please."Cara warned her grandmother, blowing her a kiss as she ran out the door. As she got into the car, she reached into the backseat and picked out an orange and then got her sandals. She was always running late so she made sure there was breakfast and shoes already in the car.

Cara drove quickly down a couple streets and turned a couple corners before she had arrived at her beautiful school. With a light sigh, she checked the time and then parked in her usual spot. Quickly, she got out of the car and grabbed her bag, walking quickly up the steps and straight to her locker. She didn't really have any friends, she was too busy focusing on school and then on her grandma. Cara also never paid attention to boys much. She got out her art supplies that she needed and then shut her locker, hearing the bell. She had gotten to the class a couple minutes late,"Sorry."She winced as she walked into glass and then sat down behind her easel.

Picking up his head as the student came in, Aidan Parker's eyes narrowed in concern. He normally didn't tolerate lateness from his students but the situation of this student warranted some merit. The entire teaching staff are informed on the students with either special needs, circumstances, or problems. Miss Brooks was one of them. The special circumstances of her home life allowed for teachers to be slightly more lenient with her schedule.

He nods his head in acknowledgement, eyes darting to the clock overhead. He shuts the attendance book, standing up and approaching the board. "As you all know, we will be practicing on how to create still life today." He states, indicating to the fruit bowl filled with a variety of fruits in the middle of the room. "I have set up a model for you to use. What I require is that you each try to recreate the image before you. I don't want a drawing." He shakes his head, smiling at their curious expressions. "I want you to give it life. To make it jump out of the canvas at you. I will give you a few minutes to start before I walk around to assist any who are having trouble."

Finished with his speech, he starts the objective of the class on the board along with the three day time limit they will have to complete the assignment. He has high expectations for his students, including Miss Brooks.

Cara tucked a loose hair behind her ear as she watched the teacher watch her as she walked to her station. She knew that he knew her living situation, how she had so much responsibility on her shoulders and she was looking for a job too. Cara was under so much stress all of the time and never had a break really. Well, except in art class. In art class, she could relax and just be herself through her artwork. Cara looked forward to art class every morning she woke up. As Aidan discussed what they were going to draw this class period, Cara straightened out her equipment carefully. A lot of students noticed that her hands shook a lot, but that was just her anxiety and her high stress level 24/7. So she carefully focused on not shaking as she straightened out her pencils and shading pencils.

She breathed in and out as her eyes went to the teacher as he finished what he had to say. Her eyes then went to the bowl of fruit, tilting her head and looking at it carefully. After a couple minutes, she started sketching the rounded fruit and then round bowl they were in. She thought that her till life art was her best. Cara stopped, looked at what she had drawn so far and then continued. Her tongue popped out between her lips as she got more focused on the drawing and sketching. She had finished before class was over, everything was perfectly rounded and perfectly shaded. She was pretty proud of herself.

Cara licked her lips as she sat back and her eyes went to Aidan, the teacher. He was very attractive, the perfect eyes and his jaw line was flawless. cara felt the blush creeping up her neck and she looked away, looking down at her shaking hands in her lap tightly clasping each other.

Aidan walked around the room, stopping behind each student to examine what they have come up with. He came across one student that couldn't seem to get the shapes right. He leans over, studying her lines and shading. "You need to visualize what you want to create, Miss Evans. It is not just taking what is in front of you and creating it. You must use your imagination to believe that the fruit in front of you is real. Almost ripe for you to eat. Do you get what I saying?" He asks kindly, watching the young student nod her head and blush.

He moves on to several other of his students, complimenting those who are grasping the concept and correcting those who need it. He eventually reaches Miss Brooks, not at all surprised to see her done. One of his best students and a talented artist, he was always pleased to see what Miss Brooks came up with. He leans forward, placing a hand to steady himself on the back of her chair. "Good lines, shading, use of color. I must say, good work Miss Brooks. It seems you have fully grasped what I am trying to teach." He states, smiling down at her with a contemplative look.

Cara was looking at her drawing and making sure everything was perfect before Aidan reached her finally. She tilted her head up and watched him look at her artwork."Thank you.."She said lightly with a small smile. And then she looked back at her artwork, leaning forward and signing the bottom corner of it like all of her other works of art. Sadly, the end of class had arrived and Cara gathered her things quickly. And then as she passed Aidan, their shoulders brushed and she could have sworn she felt a spark. It was lame, but it made her turn back and look at him before she quickly walked out of the classroom and to her next class.

Why was she suddenly thinking of Aidan like this? Like more then a teacher? Cara shook her head as she walked down the hall."What's up cara?"A snobby terrible voice rang out. Cara's eyes got huge but she didn't turn."How's your granny? Still kicking?"The girl, Amy hissed, pushing Cara forward. Cara stumbled, fell and split her lip, getting up and turning around,"Amy, the grudge you have against me is crazy and childish."She snapped and Amy didn't like the sudden courage Cara had gotten. "You are an ugly b**** and when you lose your grandma then you'll be alone.. Like you deserve."Cara's eyes filled with tears as she looked away, walking away from Amy so she couldn't see her cry. There was something deep inside her where she knew that Amy was right.

Aidan stood back, watching his students leave with their things to their next class. He nods and smiles to them, making sure none of them leave anything behind. Suddenly his shoulder brushes against Miss Brooks, his eyes widening at the contact. His heart rate accelerates, drumming in his ears, making him grasp his shirt in front of his heart. What was that?

His other hand grips the back of one of the chairs, turning white with the strength of it. Taking a deep breath, Aidan hears voices outside. He chooses to ignore his anxious state and walk to the door, peeking out to see two of his students speaking. Well, fighting would be more correct. He frowns as one girl pushes the other, making him step forward to punish the instigator. "That is quite enough. You will go to the principal's office right now. There is no tolerance for violence or slander at this school." He states calmly, anger flickering in his eyes. His jaw tightens, mad at himself for showing such emotion to a student. "Off you go, now!"

He calls out to the other student, trying to gain her attention, "Are you alright?" His eyes widen, recognizing the student as Miss Brooks. "Miss Brooks?" He asks quietly, placing a hand on her shoulder in a comforting gesture. "Are you alright?"

Cara felt the sting in her bottom lip and lightly touched it. Her finger came away red with blood and she felt like fainting right then and there. She didn't register who was asking her questions until the person touched her and that same feeling came back to her. Her watery eyes looked up at Aidan looking concerned."Ye.. Yes."She stumbled with her words, looking down at her finger and rubbing the blood off on her black shorts like it was nothing."I should get to class."She muttered, her hands shaking as she attempted to straighten herself out, licking her split and probably swollen lip a little. Once the blood was gone for the time being, she grabbed her bag and looked at Aidan."Thank you, for taking her away."She said with a half smile since she couldn't move her mouth much. Then she turned and started walking to the class she was most definitely late for. The feeling of his hand against her back still burned in her head, why was this happening?

Cara entered her math class, looking at the teacher and hoping she caught on to why she was late without her having to say something. The teacher looked concerned but she motioned to Cara's seat and Cara went to go sit down in her desk. Her lip throbbed as she tried to focus on what the teacher was teaching. She got out paper and a pencil, her hands shaking as she distracted herself by doing the problems as the teacher did them.

Aidan could only watch her walk away, his fists clenching at his sides. He gritted his teeth, forcing himself not to react inappropriately at seeing such a scene. Why he had such a soft spot for Miss Brooks, he didn't know. Anger coursed through him, not liking to see one of his students look so defeated. Was there nothing he could do to make this right? And touching her just now. It was different, stirring, almost hypnotizing to him. He quickly shut down those feelings, refusing to see where they lead. He was her teacher. That was all.

He turned in the direction he had sent Miss Lawrence in. This next block was a free period for him, one of only three he got throughout the day. Art wasn't a popular choice in electives for the students. This didn't surprise him in the least bit. Aidan walked down the hall, using the time to calm his frazzled nerves and gain control. He couldn't allow himself to be so emotionally involved with his students. With the school's strict policy, it would only lead to trouble for the student and himself.

Reaching the main office a few minutes later, Aidan nods to the secretary Edna and smiles. "Good morning Edna." He states, watching the older woman flush and smile back.

"Good morning, Aidan. I see you are already busy this morning." She indicates to the girl sulking in a chair nearby, glaring angrily at the door to the principal's office. "She doesn't seem too happy at the moment."

Aidan nods, smiling reassuring at Edna. "Is Principal Louis available? I would like to talk with him before Miss Lawrence goes in." He asks, giving Edna an almost pleading look.

"She is actually waiting for you. Go right in." Edna smiles back, indicating for him to proceed to the door.

Without any further indication, Aidan walks past Edna and knocks on the principals door. He hears a gruff "Come in" before he enters the office. Principal Louis is sitting behind his desk, looking expectedly at him. Aidan takes a deep breath before he begins to explain the situation and what kind of punishment might be deemed appropriate for Miss Lawrence. He just knew it was going to be a long day.

When class had ended, Cara waited until everyone in the class had filed out before she herself stood up and left the class."Cara dear, you're bleeding."The teacher stopped her to tell her. Cara's shaky fingers went to her lip and then looked at her red fingers."Oh, thank you."She said lightly and then walked past her, licking at her bottom lip. She had a free period now, and what she usually did during the period was go to the art classroom and sketch to make her feel at ease. So that's where she headed, looking down mostly as she passed a couple girls who stared at her and whispered some things about the incident with Amy. She ignored them reaching the art room and opening the door. Aidan wasn't there, so she could really relax now, she set her bag down in her spot and then stretched a little, licking her sore bottom lip slowly as she sat down on the stool. Maybe a little water color? With a small smile, she got out her colored paints and the bucket of water, bringing everything close to her. Lightly she picked a small brush and wet it before dipping the wet brush in the right color.

Then her hands did the work, tilting her head from time to time, her tongue sneaking out in concentration. When she was painting, her hands didn't shake as much, it was weird but true. She every now and then licked her bottom lip to make sure that she wasn't bleeding or anything. When she was half way done, she checked the time and then looked back at her painting. It was a painting of a daisy, fully bloomed in a big lush green prairie. Daisy's were her favorite flower, with a little smile, she leaned in and continued her work. She wasn't satisfied with a painting until it was truly finished and then signed.

Aidan sighed, leaving the main office finally after an hour. It had been a long and grueling discussion with Principal Louis, who was golfing buddies with Miss Lawrence's father. The man had wanted to let the entire situation slide, stating that "kids will just be kids." He had replied with simply, "if they are kids, then they will only learn if they are punished." The resulting agreement was two weeks worth of after school detention and a month of Saturday detention. Principal Louis refused to suspend her, stating that education was the most important to do.

He shook his head, not liking how lenient the Principal was being with this case. Then again, wasn't he biased in his opinion? Aidan didn't want to think his decisions were compromised in terms to his interest in Miss Brooks. Knowing that she would be in the art classroom usually, he made a quick detour to the nurse's office to grab an ice pack. It was amazing what a dazzling smile and a few compliments will do to the older nurse on duty.

Aidan approached his classroom, ice pack in his hand. He slowly peeked into the room, smiling at seeing Miss Brooks working away. He quietly walked in, eyes focused on her. Not wanting to scare her, he puts his hand on her shoulder and speaks at the same time. "You should put some ice on that lip." He whispers, holding out the ice pack to Miss Brooks.

Cara was tracing over the curves and lines of the flower again, making everything perfect. She didn't hear the door open or close so she just continued what she was doing. It wasn't until the hand against her shoulder, the feeling running through her, that she knew Aidan was there. She tilted her head up and looked at him, then the ice pack."Thank you, you didn't have to."She said lightly, taking the ice pack from him, their fingers brushed and the same sensation returned, making her blush. She pressed the pack against her bottom lip with a wince, pressing down on her swollen lip. Her watery eyes went back up to the attractive man.. No teacher.. He was a teacher. She scolded herself, her hands shaking as her thoughts spiraled. She lowered the ice pack and looked back at her painting.

Cara placed the ice pack back on her lip for a couple seconds until her lip felt slightly better. Then she set it down,"Thank you.. For understanding why I've been late a couple times for your class.. It.. It's not my fault. My grandma is just really old and frail, she can barely walk."She just rambled and some tears escaped. Cara realized what she was doing and her hands shook badly, she started stuttering and then looked away, wiping the tears away. He probably thought that she was a freak of nature, an emotional freak.

Aidan warred with himself, not knowing what exactly he should do or say. Whether it was crying students or crying women, it didn't matter. He was helpless around such things, almost scared that he was the one to set them off. "There. There." He stated, kicking himself mentally at his lackluster efforts to comfort the poor girl. Not knowing what else to do, he kneeled in front of her and pulled her into a hug. "Don't cry, Miss Brooks..." He whispered, rubbing her back in little circles with one of his hands.

"You don't ever have to worry about being late to my class. You shouldn't blame yourself or anyone else. Your grandmother needs you." He licked his lips, resisting the urge to hug her tighter. "It is amazing you can still function with all the pressure you are under." He closed his eyes, fighting the urges arising within him. This was his student, not an attractive woman in front of him. A student that needed the care and support of their teacher, not a slobbering old man that was attracted to them.

Her eyes were glued on the ground, tracing the cracks in the flooring again and again. When he spoke, the smallest of smiles appeared across her lips, he was giving a somewhat effort to comfort her. And then he was in front of her and she lifted her head, staring at him for a couple seconds. "Cara.. Just Cara when you're not teaching me please."She said boldly, letting him pull her into a hug. It was weird, being against her art teachers chest, but on the other hand it felt strangely comfortable. She felt safe against him. The feeling of his fingers making circles against her back made her eyes close and she almost just wanted to fall asleep then and there. But she refrained from falling asleep, paying attention to how he smelt.. What cologne was that? He smelt so good and she didn't want to move a muscle.

When he started speaking about her being late, Cara's lips parted as if she were going to say something."Thank you, I.. I do try to get here on time, trust me.. Ask Gran, I have to help her get out of bed and help her get dressed and then to the couch in the living room."She explained her morning routine to him."Sorry.. I shouldn't be putting my loads of stress on you.. Or just complaining."She shut up, focusing on the cologne again and her eyes closed once more. Her hands were in her lap but her fingers brushed against his chest. For some reason, her hands weren't shaking as much as they were before, as if touching him made her calm down.

(Sorry it took me so long to reply)

It took every ounce of self control not to crush her to his chest. Aidan forced himself to pull away, not wanting to push his limits even further. Just the feeling of Miss Brooks, no Cara's, fingers brushing his chest was enough to want him to bury his hands in her hair and do what his body craved. However, he was her teacher, a role model and confidant if need be. Not a potential lover or another student that she could come to if need be. He dropped his arms to his sides, already feeling empty at the loss of contact.

"I am here if you need me, Miss Brooks. Never forget that." He stated, opening his eyes to take in the young woman before him. Why did she have to be his student? His fists clenched at his sides, disgusted with himself and the path his thoughts were taking. "You shouldn't let things get to you. You are a remarkable young woman who puts the needs of others before her own. I am very proud to call you my student..." The next word is almost whispered, "...Cara."

Cara felt the fabric of his shirt leave her knuckles and she lifted her head as she became to become somewhat cold. She must have looked deflated because she felt her shoulders hunch more and her hands began to shake again just at the thought of him distancing away from her. But he was her teacher, the school forbids any romance between teacher and student, he would be fired and she would be expelled. And she couldn't have that. So she clasped her hands together tightly and looked away from him, biting her lower lip hard even though it stung.. She needed some sort of distraction and it was doing just the trick.

When he started speaking, she lifted her head, listening intently. I am here if you need me, the words rang in her head and what she wanted to say was something that could never be said, so she kept her mouth shut. She nodded, holding her tongue."Well, if you were me.. had the responsibilities and anxiety that I have then you would understand that everything gets to me.. Its just.. How I am."She stated pitifully. When he called her his student she wanted to wince, hating the word now for some reason. She didn't want to be his student. She was at war with herself. But then he said her name, very quietly but he did say it. Cara looked at him, looked him in the eyes, the way he said her name was just hypnotizing. She didn't realize it yet but her fingers hand inched forward until they were touching his shirt again.

Aidan silently cursed himself, not meaning to say her name out loud. She could be Cara to him in his head, never where people could hear them. It might seem selfish but he was scared. He didn't want to lose his job, along with his reputation by fooling around with a student. But Cara wasn't just any student to him. She was...He didn't let that thought continue. It was too painful to think that if the circumstances were different, there might have been something between them. His silent resolve to treat her like any other student was weak, at best.

He silently studied her, his heart aching at her words. Why couldn't Cara see how extraordinary she was? Licking his lips, Aidan replied to her words, "You mustn't allow such thoughts to..." His voice broke off at feeling something brushing his shirt. He glances down, eyes widening at realizing it is Cara's hand. His resolve cracking with each second, his hand moved to touch her own. "Cara...What...What are you...." At a loss for words, his sentences come up broken and mumbled. His other hand reaches out to touch her face, fingertips just gracing the skin of her cheek. Aidan's eyes hold the question he was unable to voice. What was going on?

Cara's eyes grew huge as she lifted her head to meet his eyes."I..."She started but then stopped, licking her lips as she looked down at her fingers against his shirt. When she looked up, his fingers were against her face and she lost her train of thought. Her eyes fluttered closed, leaning into his hand. Her breathing became shallow, what was going on? She was so confused but she felt herself becoming less upset, less anxiety, and no more shaking. Her eyes opened slowly to meet his eyes. And then without thinking, she leaned in and kissed the corner of his lips.

After realizing what she had done, her face turned red as a tomato and she pulled away from him."I'm sorry.. So.. Sorry."She started muttering, shaking her head as she grabbed her things and ran out. Her lips tingled and the way she was shaking, it wasn't normal. So she decided to go to her car. Cara rushed to her car, getting in and locking the doors. And then she started to cry hysterically.

Shock, pure all consuming shock. That was what he felt the minute her lips came in contact with his own. Before Aidan could react, she took off with words that broke him out of his stupor. His eyes widened, fingertips tracing his lips as he called out, "Miss Brooks, wait!" She was gone before he could grab her, disappearing without a trace before his eyes.

Aidan collapsed into the chair behind him, his hands shaking and face bright red. Not one to react in such a way, it was a mystery to him as to why emotional turmoil was brewing within him. He buried his face in his hands, taking shallow breaths and trying to collect himself. All he could think about was what would have happened if he didn't freeze, if he laid his lips upon hers and never let go.

Would it had been so bad to do so? Was it worth risking everything he knew and cared for, for a kiss that would haunt his every waking moment? Was it worth the risk of being labeled and possibly imprisoned for touching a minor, just for a few minutes with her? To throw caution to the wind and give into the feelings inside him? Was she, Miss Brooks, Cara....worth it all? Aidan knew without a doubt that the answer to these questions was yes. Cara was worth all of that and more. Without any hesitation, he stood up and bolted from the classroom, intent on finding the woman who he was willing to risk everything for.

Cara's hands were shaking as they clasped eachother."I am so stupid. So so stupid."She almost yelled, hitting her steering wheel. After a couple minutes, she just went silent, letting her thoughts take over her. He was just so handsome, and the way he always looked at her, and the way he understood her when she was late. But he was her teacher, but there was this streak in her deep down that knew she didn't care that he was her teacher. Cara lifted her head, her eyes red and puffy as she scanned the parking lot. And there he was, he was in the parking lot looking frantic. What was he doing?

Cara got out of her car, completely dumbfounded as she walked closer to him. When she got closer, he indeed looked in distress."Mr.... Aidan.. I I'm.. I didn't mean to.. I was out of line."She was shaking, shaking physically and mentally for words to tell him.

Aidan swung around upon hearing Cara's voice, taking in her red eyes and tear stained face. Without another thought, he grabbed her wrist and made her follow him. "Come with me..." He whispered, refusing to look at her face while they were still out in public. If he was going to go through with this, he could take no chances. He pulled Cara along behind him until they reached the far corner of the school, away from prying eyes and where people rarely tread.

He suddenly stopped walking, dropping her wrist and turning to face her with hooded eyes. Aidan swallowed nervously before exclaiming urgently, "Don't you dare apologize." He studied her, gathering his courage before speaking again. "You did mean it, Cara. At least," he licked his lips while looking at her passionately, "I hope you did. It is too hard for me to hold back. I won't be able to stop if this goes any further. And if I am going to do this Cara, I need to know one thing. Is this what you truly want?" He asked, everything inside him urging him to be done with it already and kiss her. That was exactly what he planned to do once he knew her answer. She has a choice and he was giving it to her.

Cara's eyes went huge as she trailed behind him, keeping her mouth shut the whole time. What was he doing? Taking her around the corner to yell at her? Taking her to the principle? Her mind was racing as her heart throbbed against her chest. Her lips parted when they stopped walking and he took her hand. When he started speaking, she was shocked as ever."I.."She breathed, then shut her mouth when he continued, her lips tingling from pressing them to his. She thought about all of the things she would be risking. But then she knew that even if they lost everything, they'd have each other."Yes."She said softly,"Yes I want.. This."She whispered, her free hand pressing against his chest lightly.

Not needing a further invitation, Aidan wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled Cara to him. His hand came up to cup her face, stroking her cheek in an affectionate manner. His eyes never left Cara's, Aidan's resolve crumbled earlier with Cara's words. Was it worth the risk to be here right now, Cara in his arms and almost urging him to have his way with her. One look in her eyes and he knew the answer was yes.

His head dipped down, lightly brushing her lips with his own. The taste of her made him crush Cara to him, his arm tightening its hold around her waist almost painfully. He angled her neck for the best access, sweeping his tongue along her bottom lip. If kissing her felt this good, he was in trouble. One taste of Cara would never be enough for him. Aidan never wanted to let her go, his hand burying itself partially in her hair. This was what he had craved all this time.

Cara's breath caught in her throat as she was pulled against him right away. Her eyes went huge as she looked up into his eyes, her hand against his chest, her fingers spreading out.She leaned into his touch, smiling a little as her eyes started to close."Aidan.."She breathed, feeling his lips brush against hers. The kiss was liberating, her hand going up into his hair as she pushed herself against him more. Her hands weren't shaking, she wasn't worrying or having an anxiety attack. The drama of the day had froze, it was only her and Aidan there, clutching at each other like they needed each other to breathe. This man wasn't her teacher, no, he was much more to her then that. She never wanted to go another day with out this man.

After a couple minutes, she had to breathe, pulling her lips away for a couple seconds. Her eyes opened and her hand reached up, running her fingers against his cheek."Wow.."She whispered, leaning back in and kissing him again. Cara heard the school bell, but that only made her pull him closer."Don't leave.."She mumbled against his lips, lightly biting his lower lip.

Aidan loved having her in his arms. The last thing he wanted to do was leave. He groaned into the kiss, his fingers digging into her skin as he crushed her to him practically. With a bit of maneuvering, he pushed Cara against the wall and covered her body with his own. It seemed as if he was dreaming. How had he gone so long without the feel of her in his arms and taste of her on his tongue? However, he still had classes to teach for the rest of the day.

Reluctantly, Aidan broke the kiss and created some distance from Cara. If he wanted to think clearly, he had to not being tempted by her. "I have to go to class, Cara." He whispered, kissing her forehead tenderly. "You need to get off to class as well. We can't let there be any indication that something is happening between us. Not if we don't want any suspicion." Aidan gave her an affectionate glance, hoping Cara understand where he is coming from.

Cara loved the way he held her, like he was protecting her from the world. Or like he wanted to shield her from every bad thing that has ever happened to her. The second bell rang and he pulled away, her lips were swollen but she didn't care at all. Her eyes met his and she clasped her hands together tightly."I.. I know."She whispered, nodding and looking away from him for a second."Come to my house, tonight. You know I only live with my grandmother, how will she know that you're my teacher?"She asked, loving the idea of being able to see him during the night. She heard the students filing out of the building and making their way to their next class. Cara leaned in and kissed his lips one last time, getting a sheet of paper and pen and writing her address and number on it,"Here, text me."She whispered, taking his hand and placing the paper in it. She leaned in,"You're worth anything and everything."She whispered against his ear and then walked away.

Quickly, she walked to her next class, hoping the blush on her cheeks was fading. She got there just in time, sliding into her seat and pulling out her notebook. Cara couldn't pay attention in class, her mind racing over what she had just gotten herself into. She felt rebellious, but alive and she was at her happiest.
