Winx Club
Hello everyone! Please ignore how old this thread is, because it has gone through a major rework. I have been trying my hand at 1x1’s again after being away for a while, so I am only diving into a few things. One of these things is a possible Winx Club. This unfortunately is not a Fate thread, I was not a big fan personally and never got behind it. However, I have seen the original show many times now. It is my comfort show and I love that good ol’ serotonin boost from that colorful 2000’s show. I have never read the comics so I will be pulling what I know from the series (I haven’t watched season 7) and movies. I have not seen the eighth season, and I likely never well because it just isn’t the same show for me. However, I am not dead set on sticking to the canon lore. A few of the characters I have fleshed out do mess with what is considered to be canon within the Winx Universe, but hey that’s part of the fun of writing your own story. And while I love all the fluffy goodness that the show brings, the characters I have written out might also have some darker tones alongside them. Fair warning in advance. If you are still with me feel free to truck right on ahead.
About Me
Now for my formal introduction, my name is Pride and I have been roleplaying/writing for almost eight years now (I didn’t realize it has been that long). To cover some basic bases, I am a female and I am 20+, you are likely to see me floating around here often because writing is my favorite hobby. I am a very active OOC chatter, and while I may not be able to reply to our story every day I do try to talk with my partners. I am the type to send headcanons your way, little ideas that may pop up, and memes that my brain crafts for me. If that is not your speed then I may not be a good partner for you, because that is part of the fun for me. I want you to throw ideas at me and I will throw them at you in return. When it comes to my writing style, I usually describe myself as advanced. I am capable of writing novella-style posts that reach 5+ paragraphs and are well over 1K+ when I am really on the move, and I will give all my characters that treatment. However, I how to go with the flow of a story so if things are shorter then I can adjust. I would like to note, that I still make mistakes. I am sure there are even a couple here in this thread. But I try my best. I tend to stay away from one-liners and one-paragraph responses. I just feel the need to give my partners more to work with.
I love building characters my characters, and I love shaping different character dynamics. I want to feel connected to our characters. I have grown to love playing a wide cast of characters, so we can build a whole Winx Club or we can focus on just a couple of characters. I also want to note that I love a good romance, so I would like to include it in our plot, but it does not have to be the main focus. After all that is not what the show focused on. Onto to our characters and such. I will note that I am not interested in playing Canon x Canon pairings unless it’s a really good plot. I have also listed what pairings I am looking for when it comes to my characters, if you have a request from me just ask.
Characters
I just want to say right away, that I am open to the fairy characters being male or non-binary. Especially since one of the characters I have been building in my head is a male fairy. I have three almost fully fleshed-out fairy characters, they are all females. I am happy to share information on them if you wish. I have even crafted unique worlds for each of them. When it comes to canon fairies I would be down to play I think I could comfortably try my hand at any of the Winx girls.
Looking For:
fairy x specialist (fxf, mxm, or mxf) (oc x oc)
fairy x fairy (fxf, mxm, or mxf) (oc x oc)
fairy x witch (fxf or mxf) (oc x oc)
Again to me, a specialist character can be female or non-binary. I have one fleshed-out specialist character who is a prince. His character is related to one of my fairy characters, they are not required to be played together but just wanted to note. But he is the only specialist I have built. When it comes to canon characters, I think I would be most open to playing Helia or Riven. Not feeling the other guys.
Looking For:
specialist x specialist (fxf, mxm, or mxf) (oc x oc)
specialist x fairy (fxf, mxm, or mxf) (oc x oc)
specialist x witch (fxf or mxf) (oc x oc)
I do not have any witch characters made for me yet, but I would be down to make one. I am also open to playing any of the Trix (Icy, Stormy, or Darcy). I will say that in my head I list male magic users under warlocks or wizards, but otherwise, any witch character is fine with me.
Looking For:
witch x specialist (fxf or mxf) (oc x oc)
witch x fairy (fxf or mxf) (oc x oc)
witch x witch (fxf) (oc x oc)
The Rules
1
I am ghost-friendly for the most part, I might check in if it has been a week since your last message. I understand that it happens, and while I would prefer that you say something. I won’t demand it.
2
I am looking for a partner who is 18+ at the least, but leaning more towards 20+.
3
All I ask is that I have at least a paragraph or two to respond to, I need more than one-line.
4
Be respectful, this is an LGBTQ+ plus space. Give me lesbian fairies, a witch with her darling fairy, and specialists who are more than roommates.
5
I would ideally like a partner who is open to doubling, but I am also willing to build a cast that we feel comfortable handling. I won’t force it however.
.
6
I also would like someone comfortable playing male and female characters to build the world our characters will be in. I don’t want to be the only one playing NPCs.
