Help Warning?

I got this warning while trying to edit one of my interest checks. I clicked, "more options," so I could get the full screen editing of it done. Then this showed up. This might be something going on with a Google Chrome update. Others online are saying that some site editors are being blocked. But I'm not sure. Anybody else with Chrome have something like this going on?

You can go to your settings and click "about". Or you can click the three dots on the top-right of the browser, help, about google chrome.

Thank you. It's version 59. This might be something staff needs to look at. Only that one thread gives me the warning. Not anything else.
