Warhammer 40k fleets and chapters check

Ok so  this is inspired by an rp that kind of died with switch over. The basic idea is we all make up a fleet, a chapter, a spet,  whatever  for long as it is a group.  There will be characters to dictate the actions of the  fleet/chapter/ force that you can play. Now  then you may ask what are the restrictions well the only really big ones i woudl say is no nid hive fleets or super massive fleets, i mean if your the imperium navy yeah you have a bunch of ships and forces , but if you pick the necrons  I really don't want them to have the same number of ships the imperium would use.  The reason i say no Nids is simple as i don;t think anyone could accurately play something that isn't really well defined  in its way of thinking also  would likely get boring. 


Now  on to how lore friendly i would like to be, well i don't mind  things being somewhat unfriendly but things like imperium and chaos forces teaming up is not allowed imperium and secretly rouge people is fine  really use your brains and you will figure out who will be willing to team with who.  In regards to things being OP well that's warhammer i do not mind talks of how awesome and how powerful your dudes are for long as it isn't like the machine spirit ir roused and activates arceotech to fire a black hole killing everyone else in an instant, please ask before just killing off others. 


As for the actual plot it will mostly be freeroam but i am thinking starting with a small chaos incursion where several fleets woudl meet up and from there things spiral out.
