Want to get some practice!

As my title suggests, I'd like to get some more practice drawing. In the past, I've been rather bad at keeping up requests, but I've set my mind to do any request that someone will ask me. Be it from realism with drawing animals or people, or with cartoonish characters (which unfortunately, I can really only do anime ^^"). My resources for drawing aren't anything special. What I use for digital is Pokemon Art Academy, since I don't have the money to get a really good drawing tablet, and just simply pencil and paper. I know my art isn't particularly great, but would you mind if you would request something for me to draw? I've been stuck in what feels like a deep dark hole many writers and artists know as art block. If you want to get an idea of what you'll be getting if you request something, which by the way, the price for me doing one is just requesting it, here are some (please prepare your eyes, get ready to see cringe):

Here goes: An exhausted looking 20 something stands before you. They have a relatively average appearance excluding the shock of patchy white and dark brown hair they keep tied back in a sloppy ponytail. Dark circles are evident under their eyes, indicating that this kid probably doesn’t get enough sleep or drink enough water. They’re eyes are different colored, one iris being a nondescript shade of hazel and the other being dark brown. They painted their nails white apparently recently, for the polish hasn’t had time to chip. They wear a black leather jacket that has seen many years of hard use. Under their jacket is a faded gray shirt bearing a stylized coyote on it, perhaps from a forgotten band or club they’re still fond of. Dark jeans and grey sneakers complete their look. The look is tired and dead college student.

Can you do a young girl Vivillon gijinka? I've seen a few where the wings are a poncho/shawl, which would be good. Also, can you do the Icy Snow pattern for the "wings"?
