On a fair spring afternoon, the sky will be dyed the same blue, speckled with the same pure white clouds, as a piece of finest delftware, complete with the same rural charm and cornflower designs of the illusive porcelain. In the bleakest of bleak mid- winter, under the pious tunes of carollers, and beneath the amber glow of century- old gas lamps, the city shines warm and inviting, despite its layers of ice and snow. If you ask anyone where they are, pink cheeked in the frozen winter, they’ll respond with a twitch of their lips and a gasp- like whisper of home.

Hello everyone! My name is Casual, or as I like to be called, Cleo. I’m a month off of eighteen, in the midst of university applications, and a lifelong resident of the United Kingdom. I’ve just finished up term, and despite encroaching exams, have been saddled with an alarming amount of free time, so as a constant procrastinator and avid escapist, I’ve felt the need to write. I’m absolutely buzzing with inspiration, pertaining to a whole manner of different plots, from fantasy with warring rulers, to twisted and outright deranged secret societies, to cultist assassins and more.
Onto the requirements, I have really no specific age limitations. I’m painfully close to eighteen, so I have no problems with writing with anyone from sixteen to about nineteen or twenty. Time Zones aren’t a bother for me, either, heaven only knows my sleep schedule is already all over the place. I don’t have particular triggers, though I am firm about sticking to site rules in regards to explicit content. I will not engage in anything that goes against these rules. Dark themes are completely fine, I don’t mind gore, angst, and highly dark themes, but nothing that crosses over into what is disallowed on the website. On another note, I highly prefer discord as a writing platform, but can try writing here.
My replies tend to stick around the 600 word mark, but can drift upwards of a thousand. I reply sporadically, and can churn out several daily, or even a few hours of back- and- forth occasionally, whereas other times it ends up being one or two a week.
In terms of plots, I have a couple ultra- specific ideas, and a particular craving to explore a number of characters in a secret- society setting of an elite university, including a deranged queen bee, a paranoid outsider, and an entire slew of slightly cult- like personalities as they navigate the secretive hierarchy that they exist within. I exclusively roleplay mxm and mxf when it comes to romance, with me playing either gender, I don’t mind playing one or the other. I love romance, and whilst I don’t find it necessary all of the time, it is an added bonus! I don’t like insta- love, and prefer somewhat of a slow burn. I’m such a sucker for pining. I also prefer to play through a few pairings, and different characters to keep the story fresh!
