Villains & Heroes II: Endless Battle: Sign-Ups

Name: Unknown-well, he tried to hide his name. His first name's David, no one knows his last name.
Alias: The Money Bandit
Age: 35
Gender: Male
Appearance: Bandit is a 5 foot tall person. He commonly wears a buisness suit, a red tie, and black pants. He has black hair and a mustache, and a little chubby for a thief. Nothing notable-just an average person.
Side: Neither-he TRIES to be evil by stealing random stuff, but due to his extremely terrible luck, nearly every single time results in helping the Heroes. (potential antihero later)
Bio: David... actually doesn't have much to speak about. He grew up in a normal family, and when he grew up he just wanted to steal money. The police have constantly placed him in mental hospitals to try and convince him he's only hurting fellow citizens, but he won't stop to the point that the police simply got used to his antics and learned where he would be every time he tried to steal something.
However, luck would both favor and be cruel to him. One day, Bandit decided that he was going to get his revenge on the heroes by stealing a highly prized artifact from the museum. For the first time in his life, he actually managed to pull the heist off.
As it turned out, a villain group had their sights on that artifact for a while, as the Money Bandit had actually stolen an enchanted rock that was needed to summon an ancient demon to destroy the city. Needless to say, when the Bandit was caught and the artifact returned to the museum, the artifact was under such high guard that the villains couldn't steal it and gave up.
Powers: The Bandit actually has no powers to speak of, but his ridiculous luck may count. Every single time he robs something, he winds up having ridiculous luck and somehow bypassing nearly every security measure. But when he gets caught, it's almost ALWAYS when he seems to have everything finished.
Also, the Bandit has a tendency to steal extremely important stuff unknowingly-he once stole a remote control to activate a deadly robot army without realizing it-and never realizing what it was.
Weapons and Equipment: None.
Other: I intend the Bandit to be the comedy relief character in this RP, if you don't mind.
 
GearBlade654 GearBlade654 , like I said in our PMs, the whole part about the Devil’s Cult needing the diamond and Bandit stealing it will not happen. I am going to completely ignore that part.

But the rest of the character is accepted!

Alias: Darkness
Age: Unknown
Gender: Male? No one besides Riod knows.
Appearance: Darkness's true face has never been revealed besides Gear, who believes he saw nothing but a solidified shadow. He wears a black cloak and hoodie, with black gloves and jeans, along with black shoes. The hoodie apparently conceals his head.
Side: Villains
Bio: Umbra.
An enigma. Not one who many fear. Even his own side doesn't know much about him-there are rumors that Umbra is actually an animated shadow, not a human.
In fact, nobody knew about him until he lead S into an attack on Tarporley Port. He fought Gear, but eventually Gear's rage lead to Umbra's fall.
But, unlike many villains who soon never appeared again, Umbra survived.
And now Umbra swears that he will have revenge-and gain some fame while he's at it.
Powers: Umbra has a fair bit of luck, and can manipulate darkness to create objects.
Weapons and Equipment: None.
Other: Well, here goes! Making the leader Gear was fighting into a new villain!
 
Name: Max Duret
Alias: Armored Mercenary
Age: 50
Gender: Male
Appearance: Duret is a man wearing a red beret. He commonly wears a mask to protect himself from attacks to the face, so no one knows his true face. He wears a dark grey suit of armor, similar to Gear's armor-a heavy suit of metal, the only difference being the color.
Side: Heroes, as a mercenary
Bio: Duret is the leader of a small squadron of tanks. Back then, the Military sent some tanks to help Heroica with the powerful villains who were starting to cause problems for Heroica. Duret lead that squadron.
The squadron was successful. Duret lead the squad to beat back many villain attacks, often supporting the Heroes.
Eventually, as the squadron was retired after years of service, Duret realized that he could gain some money if he kept helping Heroica fight off villains. So Duret decided to become a mercenary, leading the Metal Fists to assist the Heroes.
When he's not battling villains, Duret and the Metal Fists are commonly found repairing various parts of the city.
Powers: Duret has high strength, and is surprisingly very calculated, not to mention good with repairs.
Weapons and Equipment: Duret carries a repair kit, which he uses to repair his tank.
Duret has a Hurricane Light Tank with a cannon and a machine gun. 4 more Hurricane Tanks are under his command.
Other: None (I promise this is going to be my last CS for a while)

Bio:

Jacques was born in an average household in arguably the most neighboorhood in all of the Mega-metropolitan area, north Lambourn. His mom was a stay at home mother with a degree in child care and his dad was an engineer at the Tarporley port. To be entirely honest he had quite the average household, the only real difference in his life was his love marine plant life. He spent his allowance on trips to the aquarium and he was excited to visit the port in order to look at the local marine life, due to that he was slightly bullied which resulted with him being an introvert but nothing enough to mentally harm him.

Due to him not having many friends he spent most of his time of his adolescence studying and learning about biology his favorite subject. Due to his exceptional grades, he got a scholarship to the MegaMetro University of Non-Powers where he decided to become a marine biologist researcher. That's when he began spending a lot of time in the local ports and beaches studying the effects of modern life on the local fauna. He found about the ways it was polluting the ocean and changing the local biodiversity and through 3 years of rigorous work he was able to develop a serum that would allow the local marine flora to adapt to its new environment.

Most unfortunately through the usual freak accident or mostly due to the fact that he left the finished serum under his blanket which broke and came into contact with him. After that happened during the rampage of him trying to take control of the new powers he destroyed all the gathered data so he decided he might as well become a hero.

Powers:

DNA manipulation - This allows Jacques to change an aspect of his boy to match one already found in real life, as long as he knows about it he can recreate it. For example, he may decide to replace his normal leg muscles with great white shark dorsals muscles, et cetera. The backlash to this being the fact that he can barely manage to control 3 at a time and doing more at a time will maybe result in his powers going haywire. It is possible for him to increase this number through experience.​
