Villains & Heroes II: Endless Battle

  • It has been ten years, a decade, since the defeat of John Doe at City Hall. John Doe was killed by the superheroes. His ally, Dark Mayhem, was captured by police. Dark Mayhem was put into a deep coma. And all of the other villains helping either escaped or were jailed or killed, doomed to spend the rest of their lives in a jail cell, or stuck between life and death.

The AVD’s special weapons were sent away. They decided that the weapons were too dangerous, and too easy to steal, as Doe stole one. The AVD recollected the genetic modifier he stole. Every weapon and device was sent away to a Heroican military base. The specific base remains unknown, but it is confirmed that the weapons are at a base.

Following the defeat of Doe, the superheroes involved in the fight became very popular, liked, well-known, and famous. These heroes were immediately loved by the community. A huge parade was thrown on Hero’s Bridge after the great defeat. However, one such hero wasn’t involved. Bolt. Two days after the death of John Doe, Bolt vanished from the city. A decade later, he still hasn’t been seen.

Doe’s secret base was thoroughly investigated by police. They found very little information. At a public event in June, people gathered at a Lambourn scrapyard to see machines crush his secret base into pieces. The pieces were given to the Department of History, and put up for display in the special “Wrath of Doe” exhibit. John Doe’s broken cell phone was also displayed, along with many other relics.

This craze lasted for a solid four months. After that, people began forgetting about Doe. The heroes weren’t as famous anymore. Life became normal again. Nevertheless, villains continued to attack the city. Luckily, there haven’t been any attacks like Doe’s in the past decade. In fact, the AVD found itself not needing as many heroes, since the crime rate was becoming lower and attacks from villains were becoming weaker.

However, one organization remained persistent throughout the last decade: the Devil’s Cult. They continued small attacks. Though the attacks were weak, and were stopped easily, fear was spread. The Devil’s Cult was attacking the city almost every month. And soon enough, the AVD began hiring heroes again, for the Devil’s Cult stepped up their game. In 2024, more citizens started to be affected by these terrorist attacks. People began dying. The terrorists were up to something.

The year is now 2025. The crime rate is now rising once more. Villains have shown no fear of the heroes, and have demonstrated their confidence by raiding the city. Though heroes tend to prevent them, damage is done, and people are harmed. And the Devil’s Cult continues to rise.

The Devil’s Cult has launched a threat at the city of MegaMetro just a week ago. The leader of the terrorist group, whose identity remains unknown to the world, sent a letter to the Mayor of MegaMetro. The leader specified himself as Rlod Ciamgro in his letter. The unknown man threatened to destroy MegaMetro if the city doesn’t pay $100M to the group. The Mayor has disregarded this threat, saying in a public interview that it won’t happen. Word hasn’t come from the Cult yet, but citizens are living in fear, because of the Mayor’s disregard. Police have had no luck in finding out who Rlod Ciamgro is.

The crime rate is rising again. The Devil’s Cult is becoming stronger. The city is being threatened. The heroes must not rest on their laurels, for an attack could come at any moment. The heroes must protect the city at all costs. Will the city fall to Rlod Ciamgro and the Devil’s Cult, or will the good guys continue to win?

Name: Raymond “Ray” Matthews

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Appearance:
Kamijou.Touma.full.2157642.jpg

Side: Heroes

Bio:

Long ago, there was an existence known as the demon lord. The demon lord is, as the name implies, a being of demonic origin, and complete chaos who lives only to destroy the creations of man. The demon lord changed whenever the previous demon lord’s soul was destroyed. For hundreds of years, the demon lord Barthranod reigned terror over humanity, until a group stood against him. The group was lead by someone who is only known as the Hero. The hero, using the powers he had received from the divines, killed the demon lord, or so he thought. Just before the hero could slay him, Barthranod, used his magic to separate his soul from his body right before he was beheaded.

In order to regain enough strength to plant his soul into a body, the demon king’s soul had to go dormant for millennia. Upon waking, the demon lord used his magic to implant himself into the body of a nearby newborn human boy.

Should all have went right, Barthranod’s soul would have slowly consumed the soul of the boy by the time he would’ve reached his teenage years and gain control of the body. Though sadly for the demon lord he implanted his soul into the body of Raymond Matthews, a newborn boy who had the power to resist all attacks targeting his soul or mind, protecting his soul from being consumed. As Raymond grew up, the powers that the demon lord began to fuse with his body, giving Raymond access to some of them. Due to his power that creates portals to the Demon King’s castle, Raymond uses it as house and base of operations simultaneously. In order to have a way of his allies, should he ever gain any during his time as a hero, used a fragment of the demon king’s power to stabilize a portal to the castle for as long as Raymond needs it to be open.

Powers: Raymond by himself has the power to resist all abilities that target the mind or soul completely, including but not limited to corruption, consuming, mind reading, and possession, though due to this he cannot use telepathic methods of communication.

Due to the powers of the demon lord fusing with his body, Raymond can do a few things more.

Raymond can summon a sword and a shield, and also various fantasy monsters to fight for him. The amount he can summon depends on how strong the fantasy monster he summons is. For example, he could summon really strong skeleton, or 100 brittle, shatter in one hit skeletons. After something he summoned is destroyed, he must wait an amount of time that is proportional to how strong it was to re-summon a creature or creatures of equal strength, usually about 10-15 minutes for an extremely strong one, 5-10 for a moderately strong, 3-5 for a slightly weak, and 1-3 minutes for extremely weak, and under a minute for extremely brittle, killed in one hit summon.

He also has the ability to create a portal to a pocket dimension (that can still receive wireless signals from stuff like satellites and the like), which contains the demon lord’s castle which a large fortress, which Raymond uses as a house/base of operations, which he’s outfitted with an extreme amount of tech. In a small apartment in a random building, there is a constant portal to the castle, in a location where only Raymond knows in case any of his allies would ever need to make a quick escape. In the basements of the fortress, there exists a portal that can connect to any point in MegaMetro which helps Raymond navigate around the city

Omega, Ender of Shadows; A sword that Raymond can summon due to the demon lord’s power that has fused with his body. It can cut and divert flames, energy, and magic with ease, and is otherwise as powerful as a normal earth katana, and should it break it takes 30 minutes to resummon

DemonKingShield2.jpg

The Unyielding; A shield that Raymond can summon due to the demon lord’s power that has fused with his body, It is strong enough to deflect bullets, and blades, but after taking too much damage is unsummoned and cannot be resummoned for 30 minutes.

Other*: Raymond hates the names the demon lord gave to his weapons and must call the name out everytime he wants to summon it. Also, FIRST!

It's not that I don't like you for being a hero, it's just that you could stand to be more...professional.
White Typhoon

Name: Minji Cho

Alias: White Typhoon, Taepung

Age: 23

Gender: Female

Appearance:
5f45f289025824de137c1c12886d344c--character-reference-art-reference.jpg

Costume*: She wears a white floral dress that has been created to withstand powerful psychic forces as well as heavy weathering.

Side: Hero, Leader of Backstab

Bio:
Early Life - Minji was born to a married mother named Emily Reston and a man named Sooyung Cho. Minji enjoyed six years of peace until finally, Acklen Reston, Emily's wife, found out about the secret love child. Acklen and Sooyung got into a fight; a major one. Both of them being divine envoys, made them particularly fierce combatants. Minji finally discovered this fight, and decided to put a stop to it. However, she had no idea what her own abilities were. Turns out she had inherited psychic powers from her mother. Though she couldn't even hope to put a stop to the fight between Acklen and Sooyung, she did have the power to run.
Run - Minji made a run for it after one particularly bad fight between her father. She stumbled upon a girl named Roxanne, who was the child of Emily and Acklen. With this connection, Minji instantly became connected to the girl and the two enjoyed a few months of silence, up until Roxanne had a call to be some sort of hero. This left Minji to fend for herself, which she did. She tried her best with her psychic powers and eventually managed to master them to a point she could call herself a soon-to-be hero. She figured heroes work best with a posse and that's what she aspires to get soon. Probably in a few years.
Backstab - Minji eventually figured out that the way to success was to rely on your own power. Upon realizing this, she became a hero on her own accord and made friends with a few individuals. They never saw themselves as heroes, rather they saw themselves as simply good people who used bad methods to get to the means of an end.

Powers: Psychokinesis - Minji possesses powerful psychic abilities, telekinesis beyond the wildest dreams of most heroes. She is capable of harnessing psychic force from her mind itself, requiring no physical effort to achieve these tasks.
  • Telekinesis - Minji's main ability, telekinesis, allows her to lift the weight of two busses a few inches off the ground. Maximum weight takes a huge toll on her mind and body, so a more desirable weight that she can lift is about 3 tons (6,000 lbs), which amounts to a small car. She can push, pull, and otherwise grip matter with her powers when she's not lifting things.
    • Telekinetic Cutting - Through direct contact, Minji is capable of telekinetically cutting things as if she was cutting it with an ultra thin scalpel. This doesn't work on living flesh, since even a regular target's mind produces psionic waves that prevent the body from external change.
    • Telekinetic Force Manipulation - An extension of Minji's true power, TKF manipulation is where Minji is capable of releasing waves of power through the air and ground to varying effects. This can push cars and knock opponents off of their feet.
    • Telekinetic Combat - Minji is capable of infusing telekinesis with physical combat.

Name: George Frost

Alias: Frostbite

Age: 39

Gender: Male

Appearance: His condition, which he deems as "Pure Hell", causes him to have the appearance of a person who has died via freezing. However, since he is rarely ever seen without his suit on, ever, his 'costume' is usually what people associate with his face, or whatever they might deem to be 'him'.

Costume*:
80DyH1A.png

Side: Veteran Hero

Bio: George's story isn't one of incredible power being inherited from his parents, or finding he has the imbued ability of frost when he hit puberty, or even some sort of mad testing facility that left him scarred, but with power unrestrained.

It started with an accident.

George, up the the age of 21, had lived a civilian life in MegaMetro. He was born, went to school, tried out a few sports here and there, found his passion in folk, played a bit of music moderately, got a job, worked a few years as a janitor at a large complex his family had been known for compiling research at. All sorts of scientific development was researched here, from thermodynamics to more efficient nuclear fission, the place was filled to the brim with scientists, and dangerous material that really shouldn't be anywhere else but in the hands of a professional.

Unsurprisingly, George, being human, tipped over a few canisters of this dangerous material, and gotten it all over himself.

This material happened to be supercooled H2O, bringing him, and most of the hallway, to a sub-zero temperature. Most would call George dead. No signs of life, no blood moving, no pulse. But, he had brain activity, and plenty of REM. He was in a coma, and his body was rapidly adapting to it's new 'normal'. The only way that he would survive is if he was in an equally cooled environment. A frost shelter, if you would. As he was placed in this small environment, George woke up, and found that an offer was given to him.

Live the rest of his days in his little confinement, or wear a suit and work with the AVD to pay it off. Naturally, he chose to stay within his safe place. Why would he risk his life for others? That wasn't his job, and he really liked living. It wasn't until MegaMetro really started finding itself under attack, that he donned the suit.

That was years ago.

Now, it's been some time that Frost has been fighting crime, always making new additions to his suit, and his skillset. Things that would've crippled him in the past, he learned from, and he continues to learn from. And though the tyranny of The Doe has long past, Frost still remembers what was taken from him, and he releases that wrath each time some upstart villain wants to take the city.

Nobody takes MegaMetro without Frostbite having something to say about it.

Powers: Having a body temperature of 1 Kelvin. Make ice.

After years of training, you'd be surprised how helpful this has become.

Weapons & Equipment*:
Frostbite Suit
- The frostbite suit allows George to do two things, and do them very well.
  1. Live outside of his shelter.
  2. Blast dudes with friggin' ice.
As you might imagine, without this very special, very expensive piece of (marginally) self aligning equipment on, the air everyone else breathes would burn his skin/lungs/eyes, killing him just from exposure. But what he can do with the suit on is great.

Ice Manipulation - By controlling the vents within the suit, George is able to release air from his suit, or run water from the vents in his hands to freeze and blast on contact with the air.
  • Ice Blasts - George can create blasts of ice near his body temperature, easily coating things in sub-zero temperatures. Not everything freezes immediately, but getting this on your skin isn't exactly the most pleasant feeling. Because your nerves will be frozen.
  • Frozen Matter Control - George can create structures out of ice if he needs to, given time. Creating large structures and detailed designs like Elsa will take time and preparation, especially since he's letting in air to his suit to let out the chill. However, he can make surfaces slippery or create barriers of ice if need be.
  • Module Control - After much time training, George has figured out exactly how the suit works. With this thrilling discovery, he can seal holes on his suit if they are to ever come, or if it were to ever come down the wire, he could create an entire suit using spare parts of modules that make up the suit, mostly out of ice. While this is incredibly dangerous to him, as ice isn't as sturdy as metal, he becomes a menace to everyone else as well, as his body is layered with the very thing he can control.
Screenshot 2017-12-13 at 5.19.48 PM.png

Otherwise, he dies from prolonged contact with the air, and he feels his skin burning as he vents the cold out and the warm in. But after training without the suit, he can withstand the harsh air with modules of the suit still attached to him.

Name: James Hawkwood

Alias: The Knight

Age: 37

Gender: Male

Costume*:
a84576b3e129ab8e7265eef54adee238--character-concept-character-ideas.jpg

Personality*:

Side: Heroes

Bio:
A knight of feudal times, Hawkwood was a mighty warrior who led many, many men into battle alongside him in the name of Raven's Peak Castle. He fought for one reason, and that singular reason is to drive back the forces of Count Lithillheim, and his vile Blackguard, honorless murderers who took what they wanted, and killed everything else. Hawkwood was one of the few who led sieges and battles against these fiends, defending the lands that Raven's Peak had sworn to protect, until eventually, after a series of desperate last stands against the numerous and well equipped foe, Hawkwood and his Ravens were driven back to Raven's Peak, a final stand of defiance against the destructive forces of Lithillheim.

He, and his faithful Ravens, were successful. They were able to transport their nobility off to ships off continent, but at the cost of their lives. Or most of their lives, as after the escape of the nobles and peasants, the Ravens were to fend for themselves, where they conspired to at least save Hawkwood's life at the very least. So, they ran to the mountains. Cutting a bloody swath as each of them fell in the great chase, an encroaching wave of Blackguard always high on the now very sparse Raven's tails. It was when they did reach this mountain, Hawkwood, First Lieutenant Croaker, Quartermaster Wetzhausen, and only a handful of others found themselves in a cave of sparkling jewels and a hidden lake. Thinking they would be safe, they dared to enter the lake, but were stopped by a strange entity, a magical one whom had been watching and leading them to her: The Lady of the Lake. She bid them that they pledge allegiance to her, to protect the weak and to rid the land of evil where they are most needed.

Of course, they took her offer, thinking to themselves that they would be needed in the here and now. But The Lady has other plans for them. She gave them her blessing, and with a blast of blinding light, Hawkwood found himself alone, in a strange place, in what he could only guess from the last words of the Lady, to fight evil.

And so fight he shall, even if he were to give his life.

Powers:
Cleanse of Evil- With a proclamation of faith, The Knight thrusts his hands outwards, blasting blinding light. The effect of this to normal people is that they are blinded for a short while, but to things that are cursed, enchanted, or otherwise magically affected, he can remove it's magical attunements. However, he himself takes on these curses, until he projects it unto something else.
Sanctify- Slamming his sword into the ground, The Knight sends a wave of holy light outwards around him in a small radius. With this, he restores his health and those around him slowly, sealing cuts and some wounds, but nothing to the extent of broken bones and the like. This Sanctified ground only lasts for a little over an hour, or indefinitely in natural areas such as beaches or forests, and allows The Knight to teleport between these spaces instantaneously.

Knight's Blessing- With the blessing of The Lady of the Lake, The Knight is stronger than the average person, his reflexes and speed allowing him to quickly react and keep up a lightning speed assault. Even before his blessing, he was an incredible fighter, now he is more so, able to run long distances for long periods of time.

Weapons & Equipment*:
Sanctified Armor- Pictured above.
His armor that he has had even since his defense of Raven's Peak, enchanted to withstand the equivalent of small arms.
Blessed Blade- Pictured above.
A blade sanctified to cut down all matter of evil. It can cut through most types of metal of his age (Iron, steel, etc), and it is as light as a feather. Acts as an extension of The Knight, and burns those unworthy to wield it.
Holy Pendant- With a summoning ritual, he can bring forth any ally who has a pendant of their own to his own side.

Name: None, for his name has been lost to time.

Alias: "The Lich"

Age: A good question. Most likely somewhere in the thousands. He wouldn't tell you without killing you however.

Gender: Male

Appearance:
thelich-jpg.372589

Personality*:
The Lich is a vindictive and vengeful monster, the word 'man' would be lost on him and his actions. His goal is to restore himself to youth, and is willing to do anything to get there. However, he knows that with the recent power surges that rocked the continent of Heroica, he feels that there may be a challenge up above, something he relishes. He really hates cats, loves skeletons, drinks milk quite regularly, and when not rampaging through MegaMetro, sulks underground with a cult to gather him resources he needs and enjoys. He is also studying illusions, to try and blend in with the general populace. At the moment, he is able to put scary blue lights inside his eye sockets.

Side: Villain

Bio:
The Lich, a necromancer who has successfully used the power of necromancy to preserve himself until the end of time, wasn't always like this. At one point, he was a wizard who deeply was in love with a woman whom he wanted to be with forever. So he killed her. Then he animated her body with the power of necromancy. He hasn't really figured out how to bring her mind all the way back without her biting him mid-chant, so he studies more. His latent knowledge in necromancy combined with the forbidden tomes he found within similarly ancient tombs hasn't earned him anything to try and bring his love to full youth, so he decides that he might as well troubleshoot from her standpoint, and kills himself, his body within a pentagram he had drawn out in a cave, in a swamp. He died normally, and for many years, his body decayed, having not received the energy to properly cast the spell.

Until recently, where magic energies have been building up, and without anyone to draw the latent powers of magic anymore, the relics he kept with him and the ritual he conducted so many years ago were supercharged, bringing him back to life as a Lich. Now, it is his job to bring back his lover's corpse, restore her mind, her body, and his body, so they can live happily until the end of time.

Or kill everyone, that works too.

Powers:
Undeath- The same magic that animates the Lich can be used on the dead, wherever they are. With this power, he can fire a beam of green entropy magic to reanimate any dead-thing and bend it to his will, effectively creating zombies.
Drain Life- With a beam of siphoning energy, the Lich uses magic to drain life from others, stealing their years of age and adding their youth to his own. It is quite effective at killing a person, but it grows much weaker the more people he is hexing.
Entropic Burst- Though his zombies may be a pushover, he can easily change that around, charging zombies with entropic energies. The zombies he charges become stronger and faster, but they also become rabid, attacking everything and everyone, from heroes, civilians, zombies, and even the Lich!
Restore- At the expense of one living person, he can revive another. The sacrifice is utterly erased, their body becoming nothing more than ashes. He usually doesn't fully cast this power, mostly using it, supplanting a useless civilian zombie, and restoring just enough memory to a more useful soldier zombie so they can wield a gun, or operate equipment.

Weapons & Equipment*:

Staff of Undeath
(Pictured above)
A foci for his powers, almost all of the magical beams and whatnot are projected from the staff he wields at all times. When without the staff, many of his powers aren't as effective. However, he can still create zombies, kill people, or just run them through with his blade.

Witchblade
latest

A cursed sword forged in the heat of hellfire and quenched by blood, this blade is evil in every sense of the word. It is the draw for the Lich's power, and only charges up whenever he kills somebody with it. Depicted is when it is at no charge, as with each kill, the white etchings turn blood red.

Other*: Has a small cult known as "The Cult of the Black King". They aren't very big, and only consist of 100 or so members. Their job is to try and influence others into joining, and getting things the Lich wants on his whim, the promise of an ultimate reward for their participation. (Most likely some form of zombification, as to serve him forever once he figures out how to create eternal life.)

Dmitri
Name: Dmitri
...
He doesn't have a last name.

Alias: Prison Suitcase, Shitbox, Four-Eyes, Human Shield

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Appearance:
0222079f167fbf3391ce99199d75ff69--mystic-messenger-video-games.jpg

Costume*: He often wears a professional suit. Otherwise, it's a gray shirt and a hoodie.

Side: Backstab, "Hero"

Bio: Early Life - Not much is known about Dmitri's early life. All they know is that his name was given by a group of underground serial killers who took him in due to his profitability. During this time, Dmitri experimented with his powers, learning how to hide things in his throat/stomach to prevent anyone from looking at him before finally deciding to find his own way, and leaving this group.
Backstab - Dmitri was immediately recognized by an independent hero at the time known as White Typhoon and became very close to her. She took him in and made him effectively work for her, serving as the main defense and suitcase. Together, they form a group known as Backstab.

Powers: Dmitri's dimensional powers manifest in two forms. One, being forcefields and the other being able to store objects in his throat.

Force-Field Manipulation -
Dmitri's forcefield manifests in the form of a red, translucent barrier, that acts similar to a solid when hit. It is extremely hard to break, as it requires an incredibly strong punch or a vehicle ramming into it to shatter it.
  • Reflection - The forcefield can reflect low-power attacks such as bullets or other projectiles towards the attacker, effectively turning their offense against them.
  • Semi-Invulnerability - Dmitri, while his forcefield is not active, possesses supernatural resistance to almost all forms of damage. While a bullet will hurt him, and so will a really strong punch, they'll only do about three-fourths the damage they'd do on a normal human. He can shake off a punch to the face, and also acts as though he doesn't feel the pain of attacks. This is due to his forcefield manifesting under his skin.
Dimensional Storing - Dmitri can swallow objects and hide them in his stomach. They can then be ejected from his throat and used as weapons. However, he cannot store too much. How does he fit them down his throat? Nobody knows to this day, since nobody has seen him consume an item.

5x Knife

(As for why I didn’t join VnH: FS, My character’s parents didn’t have superpowers.)

Name: Daniel Saro

Alias: Towering Inferno

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Appearance: Daniel is quite short for your average college student. He is only 5" 12'. His skin is very smooth and light, but his dark brown hair is quite unorganized. His eyes are blue and he has large ears. He isn't that muscular but is the average weight for his age group at 158 lbs. His clothes change constantly so it is impossible to say what he typically wears. In this Inferno form, he turns all orange and is partially invisible like an actual fire. All you see of him is his body, costume and some fire under his feet, all in a flame orange tint. His eyes and mouth turn white and the pupils in his eyes turn orange.

Costume*: After his classes, he wears an orange cloak that goes down to his feet. His robes are red with a flame designed on the edges of the arms. Occasionally, the flame design glows a magma orange. When equipped the costume, a fire ring goes around his feet. It is not deadly to him or anyone else.

Hero or Villain?: Hero

Bio*: Daniel was born in the slums of South MegaMetro with his parents in 2006. They were poor and could barely afford a house. He went to a regular school that had one of the lowest graduation rates in the city. His life started out like any ordinary kid without powers at MegaMetro. Once everyone heard about where he lived, they thought he had no future. That was until early into Grade 5.

He discovered his powers after his mom made a nice cloak for him along with his robes for his birthday. He tried them on and saw that he had a strange ring around his leg. Until the second semester of Grade 5, he did not know that he could transform into a special form and possess fire powers. This is where his life took a turn for the better. The principal was kidnapped by a criminal near the end of Grade 5. He was the first one to step up and bring the criminal to justice. His rescue was spread all across the city and the schools, making him popular in Middle and High School. He kept on protecting the city throughout his student life, despite getting only average grades throughout his school life and his parents were getting more money and secured good jobs. They then moved to East MegaMetro and bought a big house and had more than enough to support all 5 years of college. Today, he is a well-known college student and a part-time superhero.

Power(s): As a human, Daniel can use a multitude of fire-related abilities. His constantly growing ability pool is because of his early identification of his superpower. He is very cautious with them though, as one misfire can cause a disaster. Daniel's fire energy runs out quickly if he uses them a lot, though. In his Inferno form, his powers are extremely powerful. He can move faster, teleport to a short distance, but he cannot jump during this time. He rarely uses it because it can backfire and leave him vulnerable.

Weapon(s) or Equipment(s)*: Daniel rarely uses a flamethrower, because it is a dangerous weapon and might burn down something. When he does, it's if he runs out of energy to power his flame abilities.

Other*: Daniel uses a modified car to travel around in his alter ego because of his abilities running dry quickly if he uses it too often.

GUYS, if you’re bringing back a character from First Struggle, you do NOT have to complete the appearance, costume, side, powers, weapons & equipment, and gender (duh) UNLESS IT HAS CHANGED SINCE FS!!

Name: Judas Lich

Alias: "Death's Heir"

Age: 11

Gender: Male

Appearance: Slim with dark hair, he has the same eye color as Daniel Rivers and looks like him. He is only a child so he is short. He is fit and healthy for his age and is always carrying a evil grin, he always wears a dark robe with dark boots.

Costume*: He always wears the same robe with dark boots, now with the hoodie around him and spiked bracers.

Side: Evilish neutralish?

Bio: Being the bastard son of Daniel which was conceived at a highschool party when Daniel was 16, Daniel didn't know about his son. The mom was shocked and abandoned her son at the adoption center. He was very odd with the other kids and they continued to make fun of him. One day he went missing and wasn't seen ever again. But actually, The Lich had taken Judas and named him "Judas Lich" where he raised the child and taught him his magic, he is the heir of The Lich and is still learning his abilities.

Powers: Supreme situation analysis, he is still learning the best of it, but he can almost know what to do immediately when a situation occurs, knowing how to deal with it and what to do to help deal with it. Though, The Lich has taught him scorcery and magic of all sorts, so he also has magic on his side, but not the most experienced mage since he is only 11, though time will come...

Weapons & Equipment*: He has a dagger that The Lich created for him which is more dangerous and durable than a regular man made dagger. He can also use the spikes on his bracers.

Other*: "dada why are you reanimating sleeping people"

Name: Jim Mereis

Alias: Sir Fission

Age: 20

Gender: Male

Appearance:

Costume:
837BCBC1-3432-4160-BEC6-3C4B507925D3.jpeg

Side: Hero

Bio: Jim was born to an upper middle class family in Abingdon in 2005. He was born an only child. Jim’s dad was a normal human, and his mother was a well-known superhero. His dad was a famous businessman.

When Jim was 2, his family moved into a huge mansion in Abingdon. When Jim became 4, he was enrolled at the local public school. Jim began to develop a close relationship with his mother and his friends at school.

At the age of 6, he discovered his powers. But Jim’s powers were too advanced for him to even comprehend. His parents made him promise never to use his powers until he became older. His mother promised to teach him about his powers then. Jim obeyed the promise, and never broke it.

At age 7, a tragedy befell Jim’s family. His mother was killed by a villain. The villain was then killed by other heroes, but Jim’s mother was gone already. She was dead. This affected Jim very much. Strangely enough, his father got over it quickly. And Jim was furious at him for that.

During the next 2 years, the relationship between Jim and his father began to fall apart. They got into huge arguments very frequently, and his father was very harsh on Jim. Jim was punished. And when Jim was 9, his father decided to send him to a boarding school hours away from MegaMetro. Jim wouldn’t allow this. He ran away from home.

Jim escaped the city, running into the deep forests north of MegaMetro. For a couple days, he survived in the forest. He didn’t eat, and he slept on the ground. Jim would have died if he wasn’t found.

But Jim was found days after his escape. Not by police. Not by his father. By none other than John Doe. The villain had been constructing his base deep in the forest, when he found Jim. He decided to take Jim under his wing. But Doe probed him first.

He asked questions such as, “Do you value heroics or villainy more?” Jim was only 9 at the time, and answered every question. When Doe found that Jim was on the side of the heroes, he knew he had to trick him. Doe told Jim that he was building a base for his “superhero group.” And he wanted Jim to be in his “superhero group” too.

Jim accepted the invite, and Doe led him to his secret base. It was being constructed. Doe told him that if Jim helped build the base, he would be part of the hero clan. Jim helped to build Doe’s secret base, meeting other of Doe’s henchmen.

A year passed, and 2015 came. When Doe was ready to use his base, he sent his henchmen to a mansion in a city miles from MegaMetro. He told them that if he needed them to go on a hero mission, he’d call them. Alas, he never called.

When Doe died, the henchmen and Jim immediately realized they had been manipulated, and were working for a villain. Jim was 10 at this time. He had nobody to take care of him. Luckily, two of Doe’s former henchmen, who were also deceived and were married, adopted Jim.The two bought a house in the nicer part of Lambourn, and Jim’s stepparents raised him from the age of 10.

When Jim became 17, he decided that he was ready to explore his powers. He found that he had the ability to create blasts that would release energy. Jim’s stepparents enrolled him in the MegaMetro School of Developing Heroes for his college years. Jim moved into a townhouse near the college, keeping in touch with his stepparents.

Jim is now 20, and he has adopted the alias Sir Fission. He works with the MMPD as a hero. Jim still goes to college at the School of Developing Heroes, but he is authorized to leave the building if he is called to be deployed.

Powers:

Energy Releasing Blasts-
Sir Fission possesses the ability to create blasts that can release energy. He can create purple balls of energy. When they hit something, energy will be released. Jim can release electrical energy, thermal energy, electromagnetic energy, and invisible explosions that can throw people back. While they may be invisible, they still make noise and are still thrown through the visible energy ball.

Nuclear Fission- Sir Fission has the ability to cause nuclear fission, which will result in large amounts of energy being thrown off, in addition to causing a massive explosion. However, this attack takes decades to charge up, and after being used, it will significantly weaken Fission.

Name: Leo Viktorov

Age: 37

Gender: Male (duh)

Recent Bio: After The Doe fell, Leo's daily life didn't change for a while, until Man O' Mole appeared before him one day and offered him a job as Head of Security for his new company, and with nothing better to do and his funds starting to run out for not having a job, accepted the job and began to head all security for his company, and train Daniel in martial arts.

Powers: Leo has the ability to manipulate Ki, the latent flow of energy in the body, and doing so allows him to fly at 150 mph. Leo also can create a ki barrier that can block any attack, though only one attack, (barrage attacks, i.e hail of bullets count as one) before breaking and requires an hour to make another one. Leo can empower himself with Ki, doubling his physical capabilities, including his speed, strength, senses, and reactions. He also can empower himself a second time, doubling the already doubled capabilities, though in exchange he loses all self control, and enters his 'berserker' form. In the ten years since Doe's defeat, Leo continued to train his body and strengthened his speed, strength, and physical capabilities more. Leo can now move at at 45 MPH, lift 600 pounds, and destroy all types of wood in his base form. In his enhanced Ki form he can move at 90 MPH, lift 1200 pounds, and destroy concrete. In berserker form he can move at 180 MPH, and lift 2400 lbs, and bend, rip, and tear steel.

Weapons & Equipment*:

Leo possesses a HUD & Comms device, which is called the scouter, that is worn over his left ear/eye. Along with being that, it also possesses a camera, and has access to the internet. Leo's Artificial Intelligence Amadeus controls the HUD and what is displayed on it. The scouter also acts as a phone, displaying all called numbers and received texts on the HUD.

The scouter was created by Daniel Rivers.

Name: Brandy Raines

Alias: The Stone Witch

Age: 25

Gender: Female

Appearance: Brandy is just shy of reaching 5'5", and probably won't ever reach that point. As a "civilian," she typically wears skinny jeans and almost equally tight tops of varying colors and styles.
701f65d1dda1e76cdea6bf1e3557249f--art-illustrations-illustration-portrait.jpg

Costume*: Fishnet style mask replaced with a solid brown cloth, armguards made of her enhanced stone
7ef58ee41cfd32b788244e3e26751a7e.jpg

Side: Neutral- Though a "rogue villain" in the eyes of the heroes

Bio: Brandy Raines was born in 2000 and raised in West Abingdon, being the younger of two children in her home. With her parents both being civilians, they had relatively bland jobs compared to the heroes. Her father worked at the MegaMetro Hospital as the most known and respected Pediatrician in the entire hospital. His mother was a professor at the MegaMetro University for Non-Powers. Growing up, Brandy and her brother were unusually close, despite the four-year difference. The entire Raines family was exceptionally close, taking almost weekly trips to Terama Park.

However, when Brandy was 12 years old, her brother was found to have been participating in small-time villainy and was subsequently disowned by their father, despite their mother's protests. Due to this, Brandy realized the strict rule of someone who claimed to be "good," or on the "right" side, could be just as evil as actual villains.

At the age of 14, she'd completed her schooling via an accelerated pace program and began work on developing her powers while not pursuing advanced education. Over the next year, she got into contact with her brother (very much against her father's wishes) and maintained her relationship with him. He attempted to recruit her multiple times. She declined each and every offer, claiming she wanted none of it. Shortly after her 15th birthday, the events concerned with John Doe's death occurred, and from that day onward, her brother never contacted her again. Most likely, he'd been jailed, killed, or chased into hiding.

Over the next ten years, Brandy Raines completed multiple courses offered at her mother's university. She always leaned more towards mathematics and was well on her path to becoming a professor at the University. However, at the age of 23, she began her work as the "Stone Witch," rising against whoever she deemed to be the evildoers, which happened to be petty villains most of the time. Recently, the "Devil's Cult" have become increasingly infamous, bringing her attention more and more towards her second life.

Powers:
-Stone enhancement and manipulation: A much more versatile form of her father's powers, Brandy is able to telekinetically pull stones from the ground and launch them, among other actions*. She can also "enhance" the stone to be several times stronger, surpassing that of anything humans can create without the use of superpowers. She oftentimes uses this ability for her armor and for temporary shielding in battle, or to strengthen her attacks.
*Examples of what she can do are: (1) Pull a section of ground from under an opponent, launching them in any direction she chooses, (2) Launch stones, sometimes enhanced, towards an enemy at speeds approaching that of an arrow shot from a compound bow, (3) Pull a circular slate of stone, usually enhancing it in the process, to block projectiles aimed anywhere she wouldn't want said projectile to land, and (4) Create weaponry from stone, always enhanced(This skill is in its infancy, and is not reliable as of the start of the rp)
-Enhanced intelligence: Thanks to her mother, Brandy's intelligence is enhanced beyond that of a normal human, granting her the ability to do almost anything, from reaction time to pattern recognition, nearly twice as fast as normal.
-Strength and endurance: Not superhuman levels, but as great as a skilled athlete, without the required training.

Weapons & Equipment*: As the Stone Witch, Brandy carries two batons, made from her stone and enhanced during combat, in case of close-quarters combat. She is effective, though not efficient and often screws up if forced to use them, as they're not her weapon-of-choice.

Other*:

(Marked. Gear has an overhaul his way)
(1. He is no longer Gear. He's decided to go by the Clockwork Champion to try and intimidate the villains)
