Here is another one of the AVD heroes!

Name: Damio Regiano

Alias: Sentinel

Age: 66

Appearance: Tall and muscular, with a short gray beard. His face and arms are covered in scars, and he wears an eyepatch.

Costume*: A massive suit of armor, samurai-style.

Personality*: Honorable and wise. A sage. His long imprisonment has changed him, however.

Side: Uncertain?

Bio: Damio was born on the streets, and had to fight for himself. In the part of Lambourn where he grew up, he was used to handling corrupt police officers and being mugged. Food was whatever he could scavenge, as he refused to rob others. Yet one day, Damio hid in the wrong alleyway, and encountered three men assaulting a woman. Furious, Damio attempted to attack them, but he was weak and unable to hurt them. They beat him up to the point of near death, when his powers suddenly triggered. They took the form of a set of armor and a sword: the tools of an honorable knight. Damio defeated the gang members, and killed them because of their crimes. He became a hero of the streets, standing up for those who were suffering. Despite his powers, Damio only took from his enemies the money he needed to purchase the bare minimum. He was humble and good, until the AVD took notice of him. After setting up a fake robbery, they framed him as one of the robbers, and captured him. Damio's armor was strong and lightweight, so the AVD wanted to study it for creating armor for police officers.

Powers: Sentinel can transform into an armored warrior, and has incredible swordsmanship skills. He can infuse his strikes with spirit energy, meaning that a larger version of the strike occurs in a location of his choosing.

Name: Koro Kami

Alias: Senai

Age: 19 pre-AVD, 29 post-AVD

Appearance:
Pre-AVD: Tall with some muscles, black hair, black eyes. When he uses his powers, his left eye transforms: the iris becomes red, the sclera becomes black, and red cracks extend from the eye.
Post-AVD: Incredibly thin, black fingernails, white hair.

Costume*: A long black coat, and a mask.

Personality*: Before the AVD took him in, Senai was a good person, who helped the innocent. He has changed now, and his new personality is uncertain.

Side: Uncertain?

Bio: Senai grew up as a normal kid, until he saw a drunk driver going out of control on the street near his little sister. Desperate to save her, he reached out with everything he had... and his powers manifested as tentacles that yanked his sister out of the way of the car before anyone could see them, then faded away. His sister thought that she'd stumbled, but only Senai knew the truth: he'd saved her life. From there, he began saving others, a guardian of the innocent. He eventually developed the ability of flight. However, he started investigating Wildcard's cheating methods, and Wildcard kidnapped Senai's sister. Senai attacked Wildcard to try and save her, but Wildcard overcame him and left him for the AVD. For ten years, the AVD worked on him, breaking his sanity and his mind. Now, released at last, he has only one purpose: to kill the one who hurt him so.

Powers: Senai can fly and has the ability to grow red tentacles from his back. They regenerate upon being cut, albeit slowly.

Here is the second villain! Prepare for her dramatic appearance!

Name: Sen Tatasuki

Alias: Gearknight

Age: Mid-twenties

Appearance: Straight long red hair, amber eyes.

Costume*:A suit of steampunk-themed armor! A bronze-colored metal chestplate and shoulderpads, with bronze gears protruding from them. Bronze armor pads on top of white sleeves, and two steampunk gauntlets made of shaped and hardened leather. Her legs have bronze greaves on top of brown pants. She wears goggles, has long red hair tied back in a ponytail, and a bandana tied over her mouth with a decal of a bronze gear. Her eyes glow amber through the tinted lenses of the goggles, looking like two amber orbs.
Gearknight's sword(s) take(s) a few forms:
1. Disengaged: Gearknight has two scabbards crossed on her back, which hold two identical sabers. Both have curved blades and half of a gear for their hand guard. These gears are designed so that a single pole runs down the middle, which is the handle of each sword. These gears are made to slot together. The sabers are bronze and silver.
2. Gunblade: It begins with Gearknight putting the two sabers together, points facing the same direction. Upon shouting the activation word, a line of red light appears in the middle of the gears, and they merge into one. A clanking sound is heard, and two silver shotgun barrels emerge from between the two curved blades. As the clanking sound continues, cross guards made out of many twisted gun barrels (silver) "grow" out of the base of the blade.
3. Flameblade: It begins with Gearknight putting the two sabers together, points facing in opposite directions. Upon shouting the activation word, a line of red light appears in the middle of the gears, and they merge into one. A train whistle is heard, and stylized bronze dragon head engines grow out of the gears, covering the base of each sword. The dragon heads have glowing red eyes, and funnels for horns that spout steam when the fire attack is used.

Personality*: As a writer, fun-loving and carefree. However, her countenance as a villain is bent on justice and freedom.

Side: Villain/vigilante

Bio: Tatasuki is actually a popular writer, who publishes the comic book series Heroes of the Everwind, about heroes fighting back against a dystopian government on a giant airship city. Ever since she was a child, Tatasuki loved stories of steampunk worlds: massive contraptions with way too many fiddly parts, and men and women who were pioneering advances in science and technology. When her powers manifested one day, it was a dream come true. However, Tatasuki decided that the government of MegaMetro was corrupt and wronged its people. She discovered some of the government's secrets (such as the AVD experiments) and now works as a villain to take them down. She truly believes that she is fighting for justice, and as a result she rarely teams up with other villains. Still, upon realizing that the mayor was going to be assassinated, she decided to show up in order to kill the worst villains, ensure the mayor died, and kill corrupt heroes.

Powers: Tatasuki's armor gives her little protection, which is why her sword(s) is(are) her main tool(s). They begin as two swords, known as Gearblades.
However, by lining the blades up in the same direction and shouting "Gunblade!", Gearknight's swords transform into the Gunblade. The shotgun barrels in the center fire off two booming blasts, and the crossguards can also fire off salvos of bullets. While this weapon is how Gearknight fights ranged opponents, a melee fighter can easily get inside of its range and destroy the fragile barrels. The gear handle can rotate, causing the gun barrels and blades to spin. She sometimes crouches down while spinning the barrels over her head, firing off waves of bullets.
The other possible transformation is caused by Gearknight lining up the blades in opposite directions and shouting "Flameblade!" The blades form a long blade staff with the gear handle in the middle, called the Flameblade. Gearknight is mentally linked to the Flameblade, so she can control when it shoots fire. However, because the gear handle can spin like with the Gunblade, she often uses it to produce "flame vortexes," where she launches a cone of fire at her enemies. This weapon is perfect for taking down melee fighters, but a ranged fighter can pick her off easily.
Finally, if Gearknight holds on to a mechanism or robot for long enough, she can begin to disassemble it. Her range can be extended through her sword, though it takes longer for it to work in this way.

Name: Mara Nozomi

Alias: Blizzard

Age: Young adult

Appearance: The heroes saw her fully drained of her powers and in AVD custody, so they know that she has black hair and black eyes.

Costume*: It's not so much of a costume as it is a transformation. She becomes...

Personality*: Ice-cold. Just like her powers.

Side: Vigilante/hero?

Bio: The loss that followed her was devastating. Her mother died in a car crash when Mara was 8. Her grandfather and grandmother were murdered in their beds by a runaway prisoner when she was 11. Her father died on her thirteenth birthday from a heart attack. Mara's relatives took her in, but she was cold and unfeeling. Before long, sick and tired of what they took to be "snobbiness," they sent her to an orphanage. Mara grew up there, ignoring the taunts of the other kids, remaining frozen to the core. Yet when they pushed her too far one day, Mara's powers took hold.

I kept my head down, ignoring the taunts. Nothing would change. Nothing would change. Nothing would-
"Hey prissy princess, anything new going on today?"
Head down. Nothing will change. Nothing will change.
"Didn't you hear? That guy who murdered your grandpa and grandma's escaped again!"
A spark, snuffed out quickly by the freezing winds within.
"He'll be coming for you next, won't he? No, of course not. Because nobody wants anything to do with you, little bitch."
"Did you tell her?"
Two of them. Nothing will change. Nothing will change. I am unyielding.
"What, about that psycho being out of jail again? Of course. Not like she cared about her grandparents."
Ice. Ice ice ice ice. Nothing will change.
"I bet she's never cared about anyone." A hand on her shoulder. "Nobody would care if you went missing, would they?"
A face. The new kid. A seventeen year-old muscle-bound piece of-
No. Nothing will change.

"Nobody would care." The hand clamped down on her shoulder. "Why don't we go missing together?"
Nothing will change. Never.
"What are you saying? You mean..."
Of course. They can beat me, they can whisper lies in my ears, but they can't bring themselves to do anything else?
"Of course, you idiot. It's not like she'd put up a fight."
A fight, huh? A fight?
Embers glowing on a mountainside. The wind could not put them out, no matter how it howled.

"But we could do time for that!"
"Seriously? You're afraid of a few years in juvie? Afraid of losing your place in this shitheap?" The hand yanked her back.
You little shit.
Flames, but flames of ice, twisting out, branching out, ice, ice, ice...

"What the-"
Ice.
"You just killed him! You-"
Ice.
"She's going insane!"
Ice. Ice. Ice.
Then cold, but with it, freedom...

After her powers destroyed the orphanage, Mara vanished, only appearing occasionally as Blizzard.

Powers: She can manipulate snow and ice, as well as drastically lower the temperatures of objects. Also, she can transform into her superhuman form.
