Personality:
Jason is quite the serious, yet sarcastic person, while still retaining the greed that most mafiosos have. He always demands respect from anyone near, otherwise, he will practically instantaneously pick a fight with them, due to this, he is also known as "hot-headed" among his gang.
History:
After a common life until something around his eighteen years, where Jason, also known as "JaJa" finished high school, the teenager, alongside most of these who skipped most classes, was lost on his first days at college, and this only went down the hill as a snowball, leading to him failing completely in most of his grades, due to that... he needed to resort to practice thefts, and, principally, trace his path among mafia.
By this time, Jason was wroking under the Asaoni Gang, which found the mythical Bow and Arrow, then granting JaJa his Stand. With his unlocked potential of wielding a Stand, JaJa massacred the Asaoni Gang, stealing their Bow and Arrow.
Four months later, Jason has founded a Stand-user mafia gang, known as... Ventura. Recently, one of its new members, notably was an american known only as "Biggie Smalls", whose Stand is incredibly powerful among most gang members, it is also considered powerful as JaJa's, if not stronger.

Slow train has the ability to temporarily delay events around an area of five meters from it's current position, however, after whatever wast slowed down goes back to normal, it will then basically teleport to where it was intended to go, basically, if it threw a pen high up in the sky, and used it's ability, the pen would stop mid air, and, once the Stand user (in this case, Jason) wishes for the Stand to deactive it's ability's usage in the pen, it will fall down almost instantly. It's Delay can be used in multiple targets at once.
