All the information you will ever require for the thread Vikarla Estate: The Most Dangerous!

Basic Lore: You are a vampire your family dates back many generations and you so happen to be the newest members of Said crewture. You will be kept on an island in a large estate known as the Vikarla Estate and while you are here everything will be provided for you. You had to leave your family behind and such contact with the human world will be limited only to once every two months where you are to be escorted by a hunter to the mainland to gather whatever it is you desire should you choose to do so. You will stay for one full day and be escorted back. Coyoty is your leader. She knows all and where there are leaders of each of the families you are to listen to her at all times. Before her were Mary and her late husband Merdorco. They’re portrait hangs by the entrance of the vast castle.

Physical Looks: beauty. You are very beautiful. Your skin is mostly perfect your hair and nails are also perfect. You are usually thin or on the thinner side of you were born a vampire. If you weren’t born one you look similar to your prior human self except all your flaws have been fixed. This means you aren’t pasty white! Only blue bloods are the colour of paper.

Weaknesses; diamond is pretty much the only thing that can kill you but you can sustain normal injuries that heal over quickly with no scar otherwise. The first rays of the sun are dangerous to your eyes and can over time make you go blind if you stay outside during a sunrise.

Strengths: you are usually pretty fast, you heal quickly if fed well and you can have great strength though your strengths are very dependent on your family line.

Blood seals and bonds; these are made upon being turned or mating. You can mate with anyone but usually you have to bite eachother in order to make a blood bond. Seals are made when you are made and as such a family crest of whatever family you belong to will be like a tattoo on your dominant arm.

Piercings and tattoos! They are possible you just have to go to specialist piercers and shops to get any one done. Same with barbers. Once a month barbers are brought to the house to trim hair and shave and you may choose to get a trim or remain shaggy like the dog. You can also purchase blades from them to do your own shaving. Be careful though! These blades can kill you if you are not careful! (A razor just doesn’t cut it. Lol. Punny I know)

Gestation; women vampires are cspible of having children if they are a pure blood or hirer! Half bloods must sacrifice their life in order to give birth or be cut into. Deaths of half blood vampires due to childbirth are down 56% in the recent years! You carry for carrying months depending on the purity of the person you impregnated you and what purity you are. It can be up to 12 months and as little as 6. But rarely 6 month babies survive their first year.

Every drink you take when pregnant is stored some and will be used for the child later. Depending on the family you belong to and which one impregnated you, you can have multiple children or just one.

Family Lore: each family is carcterised by personality but also by who changed you. Once chosen or changed you may not change again. Your seal depicts what you are. Only permant death can take that away. Every family attracts animals and can sire them though one family is more susceptible to siring one animal it is possible to sire a different animal.

Mathis: The oldest standing family known to the vampires. They are based mostly on wolves now but this wasn’t always the case. It wasn’t until recently that they were accosiated with wolves. Most sire wolves as pets so to speak. Coyoty your leader is from this line but is not it’s leader that has fallen to Mary. Their family seal consists of a diamond with a dagger through it it is the largest seal it overtakes the owners entire forearm.

Vikarla: The newest of the families. They do not have a rich or deep history. They believe that a pure vampire is the best and will not change any human into a vampire unless it is to truly save that human. They also do not take responsibility over training them forcing the rowlands to do that. They sire Cats but it’s frowned upon to bring a cat home if you belong to this family. Their family seal is of a Victorian V with a banner looping around it and vines.

Collins: At just about as old as the Mathis family the Collins have been around lurking for generations. They were the family that created the modern and old weapons used for hunting vampires. They have a tendency to sire cats as well but are more susceptible to wild cats then domesticated ones like the Vikarla family. Their family seal consists of two guns facing out and a skull in the middle that bleeds tears.

Watters: they are a pretty new family. They were the ones to take the Collins inventions and hunt the vampires. They were so leathal that they almost wiped every other family off the grid. These vampires are based pretty heavily on birds. Most have a bird form they can take at will and or wings they can show off any time.They have a tendency to sire owls and birds. They are not as cold blooded killers as they used to be since vampires started biting them to change them on purpose. Their family seal is of a white rose with brabmles surrounding the background.

Rowlands: This Family Is a Family of mistrust. They were wiped out completely almost by the Watters family left to extinction. Then the owner of this torn to shambles family requested to be a safe haven for quarter bloods. Or vampires that had been changed by half blooded vampires. They do not sire anything as they are topically the ones getting sired or blood sealed. Their family crest is of a book. Open faced with a orange bookmark indicating their name.

You must belong to one of these families. Everyone will be more than accepting of you even if it takes time. Be patient!

Changing!

To become a vampire you must be changed or born. A vampire may bite you and you can go the rest of your days without changing but a vampire who bites you when you are within an inch of your life you cause you to change. It is a painful process and takes a matter of weeks to fully converge. In a sense you do die because your heart no longer beats right. You must be trained to use that muscle at will and you do not process oxygen the same way. The process knocks you out for the first three days to which no one knows if you survive or not. After the third day you wake but you still are in pain. Your eyes are red and your thirst uncontrollable. You feel pretty murderous and thirsty to say the least. The only thing you can ingest during this time without causing more pain to yourself is water or blood. A vampire will know if they change you there is not accidental change.

Whoever changes you owns you for a month sometimes longer depending. If you cage a vampire and you are one whatever vampire you change will listen to you and is owned by you. Even if you command him/her to do something and they Elle you no they will eventually find themselves doing it. During this time whoever turns you uses you. They feel entitled to do so. And as such any crime they make you commit is over looked by the council.

Even though there is a rule to turning a human Coyoty will over look your punishment if it was made with a pure heart.

Each classification of a vampire has a rank and each rank is divided based on how much percentage of vampire you are. Each rank has its perks and each one has it’s downfalls.

Quarter Bloods: The lowest of the ranks. They are turned and cannot be born! It is what becomes of you if a halfblood or less bites you and your composition doesn’t take to the change well. It can take as little as 24 hours to find out turned but can often take up to a month to fully change. You remain asleep for most of that month as your body decays a little. You have one set of fangs and can eat food normally or drink blood. Whichever. You are usually owned for the rest of your existence. Lighter coloured diamonds can kill you. (Pale white, yellow, grey, cloudy even some clear)

Half Blood: the most common wnd mid tier ranking. You are neither one nor the other but you have two sets of fangs. The top set houses your venom and you have a lightly higher concentration of it than a quarter blood does with this comes more control over it. Too much kills the human and too little causes a quarter blood. You must drink blood but can injest some things like coffee or other liquids in moderation. The ownership over you will fade over time or not be as strong but will never go away unless whoever turned you is killed. Lighter mid-coloured diamonds can kill you. (Blue, purple, reds greens etc)

Purebloods; the second most common a halfblood who successfully changes you or if your parents were both halfbloods you can be born into this rank but it’s heavily dependent on your parents. You can have a owner but they often want nothing to do with you and will more than likely leave you alone considering you are the only rank that can tell them off. It’s usually the first indication of your rank. You have three sets of fangs, two on the top one on the bottom. The second set on top is where your venom is stored and you can control it the best of the ranks outside blue bloods. Darker diamonds kill you. (Like dark grey, brown, darker purples greens and blues)

Blue bloods; there are only five left! You can be one of these! ^~^ but you are usually the leader of the families so pick your family well As most vampire will answer to you on shear strength and power alone. Coyoty is one that means four spots are left. They have the highest concentration of venom and with four sets of fangs. You have the ability to numb your victim for easier and a more thrilling kill. Of course you can control the venom outtake as well as if you want to numb them or not. You cannot injest food of any kind just coffee which helps the beating of your heart easier. Only black diamond can kill you.

Your three forms:

Every vampire has three forms. Usually. Unless you belong to Vikarla or Waters or are justxa straight up vampire...

With that said your form one is what you look like every day. Your appearjecr csn very greatly but if you were born you must have lighter than average skin be somewhat tall and have a thin physic everything else is subject to your desire and your leniage.

Your second form is your otherwise demon form. Usually your hair colour changes your eye colour changes and you become something different really. It’s so humans cannot recognise you should you leave a human alive like a dumb**s.

Your final form (some can go into demon form which is a more wild version of this so IE John is a cat vampire. He can take a cat form but his demon form is a serval. Something to this effect.) this is your snaimal form if you are one. Most families are based off animals and this can also be a power of yours to shift easily within these forms. But your bones break and reform multiple times it would kill a human and so most shape shifters want to be vampires to keep themselves from dying.
