View our hidden posts

We should be able to view all of our hidden posts. And, if a mod didn't hide them, we should be able to unhide them.

Soft deletes have never worked that way and I don't believe we actually have the capability to give viewing permissions on a one by one basis like that... it's either you can see hidden posts or you can't.
