The breath of a drunk is extremely irritating, but a master of Drunken Fist is able to channel her Essence through her throat and transform her breath in a powerful weapon. With only one breath, the martial artist covers her enemy with the inebriating toxins of mystically conjured alcohol.
The Exalted performs a Manipulation + Martial Arts attack against a single target. The attack cannot be parried but may be dodged. If the attack is successful, the target must roll Stamina + Resistance with difficulty equal to the number of doses of alcohol the Exalted has taken. If the test fails, the target will enter an magically induced alcoholic state and will suffer a penalty of the Exalted’s Essence rating for all his actions until the end of the scene. The Drunken Fist Form must be activated for this Charm to work.
This Charm requires the Exalted to have drank at least one dose of alcohol within the last hour.
