Fantasy Venificam Venator

Vudukudu

Farseer to the Warsong Clan
Hey RpNation!

I'm currently in the process of fleshing out my new roleplay, Venificam Venator. For those of us who don't speak Latin, or are too lazy to punch it into google translate, it means Witch Hunter.

The roleplay is based on a mixture of historical accuracy and truth in myth. The roleplay is set in the year 1391, three years after an Abbot, Pablo de Madrid, professes to have been visited by the Arch Angel Michael, who gives him a book Pablo begins to call "The Book of Sin".

Within the Book of Sin, the Abbot learns that, in fact, the stories of witchcraft and demons are based in truth, and that these creatures roam medieval Europe. The roleplay is based on the founding, and subsequent adventures, of the Sin-Eater Order.

Pablo de Madrid, in his readings, learned that he could empower himself, or others, with some control over the power of hell. In return for this power, however, the receiver must give themselves up to eternal damnation, and become what Pablo refers to as Sin-Eaters.

That's just the background information, and it's not quite complete. However, I'm posting this anyway, as a sort of interest check.

Fair warning, I'm looking for high quality writers. None of that one liner crap, good grammar and spelling, etc.

And it would help a lot if you had a decent understanding of history, as well. Particularly in late 14th Century Europe. I won't shun you if you're not like, a history major or whatever, but please be willing to do some very basic research on the time if you feel like you don't know what you're getting into.

Im inclined to say no, based on my almost exclusively poor experience with player character villains.
