You have been invited to join Valacari Academy. One of the only known academies for you 'Special' beings out there.We will train you, teach you new things about your kind(s), your history. We will help you to control you habits. Pack your things, and get ready. Each of you will be assigned a dorm room with the other students. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Demon:​

Like angels, demons are also very powerful. Not all demons are as evil as people say, but when you cross the line, all hell could possibly break loose. Luckily, most demons are patient and can control their anger. Demons usually feed on human souls, not all but some. Unfortunately, if they spend too long without a human soul (As in more than 6 months) they could become extremely weak and most likely die (the school will be providing demons two souls a year. The souls were taken from humans who have already passed). Demons do not all have wings like angels. Some demons were born of one human and one demon which is the reason they don't receive wings. When Demons are upset or have their wings out, their iris' turn a deep dark purple-ish red. Demons cry blood.


Lycanthrope:


Also known as werewolves and children of the moon, are one of the fastest creatures known to man. They only turn once every month when the full moon comes around (Fortunately, the school will provide cages with chains, clothes, and food to protect the students). Unfortunately, turning is a very painful experience. Every bone in the body breaks over and over again until the transformation is fully complete. Lycanthropes have amazing reflexes and healing abilities. Their only weakness is wolf bane. Like vampires, the color of their iris' change depending on their moods and their ancestors.


Vampire:


Vampires are very strong and intelligent beings. Like werewolves, they have both super speed and super strength. Unlike demons, who feed on human souls, vampires feed on human blood. Like demons, if they spend too long without that blood they could get very weak and even die (The school will be providing blood bags, 'donated' from the blood bank. Each vampire will only receive 2 bags a year.) Vampires have the strongest senses known to man. They can also compel anyone except for their own kind (unless they have vervain on them) A vampires weakness is vervain and the sun (The school will provide each vampire a ring the will make them immune to the sunlight so they will be able to attend classes in the day time.) Vampires can let their fangs either show or not show whenever they please. The color of their iris' change depending on their moods and their ancestors. Vampires stop aging between the ages of 18-20.

Viktoria woke up to the obnoxious sound of her alarm clock blaring. Her iris' changed due to her anger and irritation as she grabbed the clock, crushed it, and threw it against the wall. She then groaned as she got up from her bed. She walked over to the bathroom and took a quick shower. As soon as she got out she straightened her long blonde hair and got dressed. She then walked downstairs into the kitchen. The first thing she did was turn off the coffee machine and waited for it to finish.


Daniel had already been up since 6AM finishing up some papers that were due. Once he finished, he got ready for the day. He took a quick 15 minute shower and got dressed. He then walked down to the kitchen and make everyone a nice breakfast.

Alexandria growled as her dream was disrupted by the sound of her alarm clock going off. She sighed softly and hit the snooze button, accidentally breaking it in the process. "Dammit," she muttered to herself as she slowly stood up. She went straight to the bathroom, trying not to wake the other two, and got a rather long shower. She got out and curled her brown hair and quickly got dressed. She did her makeup and yawned softly as she went to the kitchen and started looking around for anything that was meat.

Kalavari sighed as he heard his ever so loud alarm clock start to go off. He sat up and stretched, looking around before getting up. After he took care of his daily hygiene issues, he got dressed in a pair of jeans and a plain white t-shirt. He didnt really feel like eating yet, he just sat in his bed and looked down at his feet, staying silent. You would have thought he was rather weird because of this, but he calls it his morning routine.

"Go away, Tawny."


Mew, Mew, Mew


A loud grown escapes Mickey's mouth as the kitten pounces on her face. "It's to early for this, love." She says to the small furball and sits up, letting Tawny fall into her lap in the process. "Oh, right school." Mickey stands up and grabs some clothes from her dresser, then hops into her shower. She blow dries her short red hair, then puts her spider bite piercings in. Micky slips into some navy blue skinny jeans and a black shirt with the words 'Kiss Me, I'm Furry' on it. She straightens her hair and lets her bangs fall carelessly over her left eye, then puts on a black beanie. She pulls on her black combat boots, then kisses Tawny on the head softly.

Sunlight streamed in through a small opening in the darkened curtains. With a groan, Jace rolled over flinching away from the light. Pulling his body into a sitting position, he let the sheets fall off his half naked body. Not bothered by the change in temperature, he shuffled over to his dresser looking for something to change into.


In his head, he cursed the blasted people who thought it would be splendid to have school in the morning. He was a creature of the night for a reason. The sun and him weren't exactly on the best of terms. Pulling a shirt over his bare chest, he searched for some pants to replace the grey sweats he was wearing. Finishing his low maintenance wardrobe change, Jace slowly headed into the kitchen. Ignoring the girl, he grabbed a water bottle of red liquid from the fridge and drowsily put it to his lips. Grimacing at the cold taste, he usually preferred it warm but beggars cannot be choosers.

Roman got up very heavily, almost wanting to not go to school, but he had to. He didn't need an alarm, he had something in his brain that always woke him up at the exact or before the hour he needed to, so no smashing for him. He went to take a bath, brush his teeth, etc. Al lthe hygiene issues you had to go daily to actually not be smelling like rotten corpse. Roman put on a black t-shirt and some dark gray jeans, along with some average converse. He made himself some eggs and bacon, ate them very slowly, trying to make the most of them. He sat down on his couch and just stared a the ceiling, thinking.

Alex smiled at her choices and decided to fix some bacon, which was all she really wanted at the moment. Once she finished cooking, she fixed her plate and took a bite as she walked back out of the kitchen. She noticed Kalavari and went back to her bed. Well I'm not the only one awake here she thought before finishing off her plate rather quickly. She walked back to the kitchen and placed it in the sink then fixed herself a bowl of cereal. Sure she was thin, but that didn't mean she didn't like to eat. She sat on the counter this time and ate it shamelessly.

Mickey swallows the large pill with the help of a glass of water from the bathroom, then she lets out a sigh and walks out of the bedroom and down to the kitchen. She gives a slight smile to the boy cooking and then sits down at the island. "Hello." She says quietly, but it was still loud enough for him to hear. She was always so shy whens she first met people, but she could get used to this place.

Olevia sighs softly as her alarm clock goes off. She reaches over, shuts it off, and stands up. She grabs some faded blue jeans with multiple holes in them, and a blue flannel shirt. Her eyes wander around the room before she walks into the bathroom and takes a quick shower. When she finishes she changes into fresh clothes and walks into the kitchen, noticing the other two. "Good morning." She says, smiling.

Alex nodded in acknowledgement at Olevia and finished her cereal. She out her bowl in the sink and washed her dishes, planning on going to the library before school. She walked back to her room and made sure all her homework had been completed before touching up her hair and makeup. Picking up her bag, she walked to the door, leading to the hallway before peaking ing into the kitchen? "I'll be in the library if you need me," she said simply, her Russian accent ringing through the kitchen. She walked out into the hallway and closed the door behind her before slowly walking towards the library.

Jace smirked slightly, watching the two girls as he took another swig of the liquid inside his water bottle.


He pulled himself up onto the counter looking at the other person in the room. A smirk tugged on his lips, looking her up and down.


"Good morning."


He sighed back, capping his bottle and placing it on the counter beside him, running his fingers through his hair. At least the blonde didn't smell of complete mutt, which was a slight relief to him.


Werewolves and Vampires also didn't mix all too well. It was some sort of immortal crap that caused the two sides to always share a mutual dislike.


Damn, he had a lot of things he didn't like.


Swinging his legs off the counter he watched the other girl with mild interest. Not really bothering to check the time for school, Jace was one to procrastinate with things he didn't feel like doing.

Kalavari finishes his morning thing of just sitting there, then heads into the kitchen. Being polite, he acknowledged who was in there. "Mornin'" He said quietly, before going into the fridge and making himself a bowl of oatmeal. After it was done, He stood leaning on the counter, eating it. Usually he added a few fruits for flavor, but todays he wasnt really feeling that up to it.

Olevia smiles at Jace and runs her fingers through her hair. She goes to the fridge and grabs a bottle of water, and taking a drink of it. She sets the water down after drinking half of it, and hops up onto a counter, leaning back on her hands. "I really don't want to go to classes..." Olevia complains, and gives a small pout.

Jace watched the new comer walk in, heading to the fridge and grab something to eat.


Another sensible person who didn't smell completely of dog.


Leaning back, he looked between the two.


"Then don't."


He commented, shaking his head as he looked at the girl. His smirk weaved itself a little higher on his face.


"Mostly I just sit around being beautiful. It works fine for me."


Jace mused, watching the girl sitting beside him. He cast a glance to the only other guy that they seemed to room with in this stupid dorm. He looked like someone sensible at least. Though the lingering smell of werewolf still wavered in the air much to his distaste. He could only assume that the Russian was a pup. That was just great, now maybe they could invite a demon into the mix and throw a slumber party.

Alex reached for her phone, only to realize she had forgotten it. Just great. She glanced at a clock on the wall and walked into the library. She looked around for a few minutes, finally finding Carrie by Stephen King. She pulled it out and went to the lady at the desk. After checking it out, she walked out of the library and reluctantly made her way back to her dorm. Once she arrived, she sighed softly to herself and walked inside without a word, seeing Jace also awake. Can't get any worse now she thought as she growled under her breath, going straight to her room to search for her phone.

Olevia smiled and nods her head. "Alright. I won't." She murmurs, looking over as Alex walks back in. "Forget something?" She asks, running her fingers through her hair again. After a while she sighs in annoyance because her hair keeps falling in her face, and pulls her hair up into a messy bun. "Well, if I'm not going to class what am I going to do?"

Alex searched her room and finally found her phone under her bed. She stood up and brushed herself off. "Yea my phone," she said, answering the Angel's question. She walked out and stuffed it in her back pocket before smiling politely at Olevia. She looked at the time and sighed seeing they still had a little bit before school. Dropping her stuff, she dropped on the couch and kicked her feet up.

The smell of dog drafted in from the entrance of the dorm causing him to scowl slightly, taking his eyes off Olevia for a moment. His eye twitched slightly before looking back to the really blonde girl beside him. It wasn't like he seriously hated Werewolves, he just found most of them to be irritable.


Amber eyes glanced up in thought, quirking his lips to the side as he thought of what to do. Realizing that this campus was kinda a drag he let out a slight sigh of annoyance. Classes weren't fun, but they were the best part of the day only for scrutinizing people.


"Shit, I don't know Blondie. Why you askin' me? Didn't I just tell ya all I'm good at is lookin' beautiful?"


Jace questioned letting his smirk fall back on his face his gaze now floating back to the poor schmuck eating oatmeal.


Swallowing his ever present and annoying accent that started to come out of him, he gestured to the guys food.


"Dude, you really gonna eat oatmeal? Plain???"


He made a face, before a smile replaced it. Hoping off the counter, he headed for the door turning and walking backwards a few steps giving them both a fake salute.


"Angel's if you'll excuse me, I've got boring classes to get ready to attend."


He mused before straightening himself out and continuing to walk towards his room to get his ring that he had neglected to put on when he woke up. No wonder the sunlight burned when he popped up in bed.

Alex smirked slightly as she stared at the blank tv. She noticed the vampire going back to his room, causing her to grin evilly. "Wouldn't want some sort of...accident...to happen would we?" She asked rhetorically in reference to his missing ring.

Olevia watches Jace go before she stands up and drinks the rest of her water. "Who wants to skip classes with me? Because I'm not doing this alone." She states, looking over at Alex.

"I will," Alex said with a smile. "It's been awhile since I've had a girls day in," she decided to add truthfully with a smile. She stood up and took her stuff back to her room before walking back out and sitting back on the couch. A"with how school is and stuff we could use a break but these authoritative jackasses don't understand that," she explained with a shrug as she looked at Olevia.
