Vahtika - The Gaurdians of humanity
In a world set in in a era like the 16th century. A world that has been infested with a blight of demons and monsters since the beginning of time. The humans had been assaulted by these forever but became a serious and constant problem 500 years ago. They are the powerful Damnations. There only hope were the guardians, The Elouids. The very first were Chosen by the Angels, Servants of Almighty God.
A Elouid, Born from drinking the shimmering blood of a Angel. They are charged with the order to protect humanity from these Damnations. There human body becomes enhanced. They gain a special abilities, healing factor and longevity. Elouids are people who for some reason are picked randomly by clergy. They will come to your house, The shanty you sleep. Once they pick you, You are forced to join. If you don't then people who know will call you sinner, faithless and more insults. Sooner or later you accepted or move away. Once one becomes a Elouid you gain great power, Enhance physical abilities and Magic powers and more. The work for the Vahtika and soldiers of good?
A Damnation, A demon, Monster or False God. These are creatures from hell or always lived on earth. They are what tortures humans and attempt to rule them. The demons indulge them to sin, Vampires sneak in your house and drink your blood and false Gods want you to worship them once more. There are many, Any creature in myth is possibly real. The Damnations that wish to hide in the cities use a glamor ring to hind there true forms if they can not naturally do so.
The Vahtika, The group that that the Elouids serve. The Vahtika Grand Master is the Pope. He has dozens of people under him that truly give the orders. He is the one that decides the bigger things and give the greater orders. The only one above him that are the Angels and God. The ones who give him orders from heaven are Raphael, Samuel, Gabriel and Micheal.
The Angels, The first creation of god assigned many task. The possess great amount of divine power. There are may angels but among them there is a common prefix at the end of there names "-El". The ones that govern earth are Raphael, Samuel, Gabriel and Micheal, Arch Angels. There are only a small number of them with such a title.
