Now that class was over, Akashi got up quickly, checking the time on his scroll. "Missions?!? Well we gotta take one obviously!" Akashi blurted out, straightening his uniform. His teacher was definitely a cool one. While he didn't see himself learning much; his father had taught him about Grimm since a young age; but it wasn't in the chill environment he was in now. This was going to be an easy A.

"Ooh Big Boss is starting to lead! Best be off!" He said in an upbeat kind of way, following Orion with his hands clasped behind his head. Akashi had gotten used to having such an edgelord for a leader, but still disliked having to take orders. Well, what can you do? "Well, we're already out, so why not grab the hardest mission before someone else does? Well, when it comes out, anyway." Akashi answered his leader, struggling to contain his excitement. I hope the mission is something impressive. That way he could use the mission as proof of his classmates's weakness and general inadequacy.

“Agreed,” Cerise looked over to his partner, Hunter, “I fell it’s only fair to hear everyone out." He listens to Zorina and Tsana as they pointed out the similar agreement in their own way and he nodded in agreement. What he didn’t expect was Tsana making a quick escape, well maybe he did expect it, but he was just getting used to it.

Cerise had never met anyone as hyper as Tsana but it was refreshing, to say the least for him. He got off the table as he through his book bag over his shoulder, ready to head out to lunch. “Well, it seems to be decided, Hunter, we are going on some missions. I wonder what they would be,” Cerise answered, but soon turned to Hunter and Zorina and announced, “I'm going to with Tsana. We'll meet you guys at the cafeteria and talk more about it as we eat.” Cerise didn’t run, but he quickens his step as he gave chase after his teammate.

“Tsana! Hold up!” Cerise called out to her as he began to jog his way to her, “You are one hyper ball of fun, I hope you don’t mind me tagging along to the dorm. I forgot the Remnant textbook, for next class.” Really he had it, but he just wanted to get to know Tsana. She was so animated that it made him laugh a bit. When he and Hunter came to the relic, during the initiations, he was able to bin point her through the other students which were saying a lot. Normally he would have memorized her actions, but he felt like he should just keep her away from his long list of others he knew.

Shamrock was about to walk out of the classroom until Azure Schnee stopped him in his tracks. He listened to what she had to say and then answered, “Where does your curiosity come from Miss Schnee? No matter, if you truly wish to know, the answer, then I have a duty as a teacher to answer.” He put his back down by the door as students continue to leave the classroom. Shamrock pulled out a small transparent cube that helps something kind of dark gas. He handed it to her, so she had a closer look at the thick gas inside the glass container.

“We don’t know what it is,” he answered, “My team and I are still trying to figure out what is made out of. If we can figure that out, we can figure out the type of gas that can lure Grimm to one location.” Once Azure was done looking at the gas, he took it back and placed it safely in his pack. Shamrock quickly got up and continued, “We are hoping to stop these sudden leaks in the earth from getting closer to the main city and other towns. I hope that was what you were looking for in an answer Miss Schnee.”

A warm smile came across Hunter's face as his team overwhelmingly agreed to take on a mission rather then stay here at the school. Of course Hunter nerves were racking as now he would have to prove himself as a leader, but he felt that is could he a perfect opportunity to gain some confidence in himself if all were to go well. A small but noticeable chuckle left Hunter's lips as he watched Tsana run off with such speed and intensity with Cerise attempting to catch up to her. Hunter personally enjoyed Cerise's company for not only being the only other guy on the team, but he also had happened to be Hunter's initiation partner as well. He was also the first person that Hunter wanted to call him by his first name rather then his last. Hunter took notes of his combat style when they had first met taking a rather large interest in his semblance and style of combat. He was also the only one Hunter could speak too in a perfectly normal manner. Although Hunter liked to believe he was bonding with Tsana and Zorina he still found himself a little nervous when talking to them.

Hunter's eyes eventually made their way to to where Zorina was as he gave her a little awkward but somewhat decent smile as a way to be friendly. Overcoming his horrendous social skills was one of the few goals he had set himself before coming to Beacon. Cerise was someone he was already comfortable being the first person he met and talked to since his training as a huntsman began. Zorina and Tsana were a completely different topic as Hunter didn't really know much about either one of them. He had seen them before they were officially announced as a team, but he ended up avoiding them to keep himself from looking like a complete buffoon. "So....um....Ms. Porfirio.....How are you?" Hunter asked trying to initiate small talk while also attempting to keep his cool. Hunter didn't know much about Zorina other then that she was the heaviest hitter out of the entire team which he made full use of in some of his strategies against the more deadlier Grimm. He kept his smile and even managed to not look away from her despite still having a small blush appear across his face which was better then his usual attempts at socializing with people he's not familiar with.

She couldn't help but chuckle a bit at Hunter's expense. "I'm fine. But please, we're teammates, we don't need to be so formal," She said. "Just call me Zorina." While, yes, it was very nice of him, she wasn't use to someone calling her Ms. She found it a little weird to hear, much less, to respond to. But, her teachers did the same so she might as well try getting use to the formal sounding statement. "How do you like being the team leader?" She asked, after a few seconds of decently awkward silence. To be honest, she didn't really remember much of what she saw of him.in initation. Which, it's nothing against him, there was just a lot going on. But, she was trying to keep positive about him leading them. Though, from the way he had just spoke to her, he seemed to lack some social skills. Which, was alright, just something he would possibly need to work on.

"Anyway, I have a feeling there are a few other questions running around up there. Anything you want to ask me?" She asked. Normally, people asked her about life back in Vacuo, or her parents, or anything they might be wondering about her. The nice people at least, The means ones normally just asked so they they could taunt her. Hunter seemed like he was going to be one of the nice ones. And, well, if not it would make for some very awkward team work.

A dismissive shrug was given to the professor in regards to his question towards her curiosity. "Well I'm to become a Huntress am I not? I'd say that means that if there's a threat against the kingdoms, I should learn all I can about it." Honestly she was rather surprised no one else held much interest in this matter than her aside from Orion, though his was cursory at best. When the professor took out the strange cube containing some form of dark gas, she knew her curiosity was paying off. As she held it in her hands, Azure turned the cube about to get a good look at it. It certainly looked foreboding, doubly so if it attracted Grimm.

If it could be harvested or used in some way, the Kingdoms could potentially lure the beasts away from the kingdoms, affording greater safety to all. If a gas leak ever broke out in a major town or city though, the results would be nothing less than a massacre. It was no wonder why the mission took so long. This could decide the fate of an entire kingdom. "Very much so Professor Shamrock, thanking you for sharing this with me. I wish you luck in finding the answers you need." Giving a small curtsy the heiress departed the room, catching up with her team who seemed to be discussing grabbing a mission, Akashi calling for them to grab one now. "Your enthusiasm is simply adorable Akashi, but in case none of you were paying attention, the missions aren't up yet." While no smile was on her lips, the faintest hint of amusement could be heard in her tone. Nothing like learning of a fascinating mystery and cutting down a Taurus' spirits to get a girl in a good mood.

Tsana was panicking as she threw around a multitude of items in her room of the dorm. Books, socks, and clothing were flying around like a tornado as Tsana shoveled through her desk, her drawers, and even her suitcase in which she bought everything to Beacon. "Why can't I find it..." she bemoaned as she slumped to the ground in utter defeat, her room now a mess. Her tail and ears drooped as she looked around, a sadness in her eyes. Every now and then, her tail would twitch, signalling her still living state of being. When she heard a voice, she nearly jumped out of her skin.

Noticing it was Cerise, Tsana let a small smile pass her lips as her ears perked up. Cerise was an odd one to the say the least. His semblance made Tsana wary of him, he was always copying others, and it just felt odd to see it in action. Tsana was also able to glean some hidden tension and sadness under his exterior, but she knew not to pry. "Oh hi Cerise." she responded. "I didn;t notice you following me... hehe... sorry 'bout the mess!" Standing up and brushing herself off, Tsana attached her sword to the back of her hips. "I just can't find the pocket watch I was given. It's small and golden with a really cool tiger symbol on it... I seem to have lost it..."

I still can't believed I bound him during the test. He probably thinks I'm an idiot...but yay! Missions! No more books!

Forest laughed warmly at Autumn's response. It was obvious that the academic side of being a Huntress didn't sit well with his partner, even without reading her mind. But that was okay, he was like that too, although he had more of a tolerance for it. He'd rather be right out there with her, taking down Grimm and villains like some of the other teams did during the last conflict when Beacon fell. He reached up and took Autumn's hands gingerly, and gently pulled them off him. Pushing aside her thoughts, and letting go so he stopped reading them, he shook his head.

"Unfortunately my friend, not yet. The missions aren't even up yet for starters, and we've yet to hear from our teammates. What if they don't feel ready? We can't very well push them in to it. It wouldn't be right of us. Missions do mean we don't have to sit around all day though, should we take one. I just wonder what kinds will be available. Not every mission is combat oriented after all, though there's always the chance."

He looked at his other teammates, wondering their opinions

Hunter's smile would eventually change into that of a pitiful look of embarrassment as the sudden realization that his customs probably were foreign to those not from his homeland. "S-Sorry" hunter replied. "Formality is just a common thing for my people back in Mistral". Hunter feeling as if he had started to ruin his good start of the conversation took Zorina's next question with careful thinking and consideration based on what he has personally experienced so far. He began to rub his arm showing an obvious sign that he was indeed nervous about the whole idea of him being leader. "In reality its making me anxious. My father would often tell me that you'll never make better friends then those that you are teamed up with. He would also say that the team is like a second family and that looking out for each other is priority above all else. I feel as if one of you were to get hurt I wouldn't be able to deal with the guilt of knowing how I failed as a leader". Hunter had almost surprised himself with how clear his words were surprised he didn't end up ruining his sentences through his nervousness.

"Your home kingdom....Vacuo....what was it like?" This particular question was one of few that kicked Hunter's curiosity then most others would. Hunter loved to learn about culture and traditions from the other kingdoms and their inhabitants. "And your family....what are they like?" This particular question was one Hunter usually attempted to avoid. During these times not everyone would exactly be on good terms with their family. However, Zorina simply interested Hunter. Her fighting style, her personality, and the unknown reasons why she came to Beacon. Hunter truly hoped that he could get to know Zorina as he was sure she would be a great teammate and the long journey of becoming Huntsmen and Huntresses.

"Oh, it's fine, really," Zorina chuckled, "I'm just not use to it," The girl explained, before Hunter answered her question. He was nervous, which was understandable; Zorina knew she would be despite what she tells herself. While, she wanted to be the team leader, she wouldn't lie and say she wasn't relieved it wasn't her. But, she did feel for him. "Well, for what it's worth, I think you be a wonderful leader once you get use to the role." She said this with a smile, before it dropped slightly with his questions.

"Vacuo was...harsh. I lived in one of the settlements rather than a city, so it was a constant battle with, well, pretty much everything," She chuckled, running a hand through her ponytail. "There was the Grimm to worry about, bandits, illness, running out of water...you don't survive out there unless you're strong. Or at the very least, stick by someone who can fight." All of this was true. If you weren't strong enough to survive out there, you die, that's the way it worked. "And it was really hot, I got sunburned pretty often," She added, before she would move onto the next question.

Her parents were a bit of a touchy subject, her hand going to the pendant around her neck. "Well, my mother and uncle Roy are wonderful. Uncle Roy is still a hunter, but my mom has retired...shes been in a wheelchair since I was 12. And my dad...he uh, he passed away before we moved here to Vale," She said, rubbing the pendant. "But they're some of the bravest people I know, and I guess were close," She said, dropping her hand. "What about your family?"

Cerise followed Tsana all the way to their dorm without her even noticing her. Once he was in the dorm he just went to his own room and dropped off his textbook on his bed as he picked up his noted Remnant History textbook. Cerise walked out of his room and knock on her door lightly, “Everything okay?” He looked down to Tsana as she sat on the floor, looking defeated. He was about to crouch down to her previous level, but she quickly stood up, getting her sword in place. He listens to her answer his question as he looked about the messy room.

“Well, you won’t find it in this condition...” he laughed, “It’ll pop up when you least expect it.” He placed his textbook on his shoulder as he smiled at Tsana, “If you need help later, you can always ask me. Hunter and Zorina are waiting for us, we should hurry before the food is put away.” Cerise have her a final smile as he started heading for the front door. “Are you coming, or are you going to catch up later?” he asked as he stood by the opened door to their dorm.

Zenith, while not interested in the previous weapons class, was attentive during Shamrock's lecture. Well, more of storytelling than a lecture. The man spoke of experiences and drew lessons from that, which Zenith preferred. Teaching something without practically or use is a waste of time, which is the same decision he made about weapons class. Can't take apart, jam, misuse a sword; only dull and that was an easy fix. As Shamrock ended his lecture and packed up, Zenith kept his mind occupied until he had to move. Lazily looking over the rest of the class, Zenith wasn't surprised that no one piqued his interest. Team STAR had been the talk of the classes, mostly with the Taurus and Schnee kids on the same team. Head laying over his arms, his eyes rolled at the faunus versus humans arguments.

Turning his head to look at his own team, Zenith knew he'd have to make more complex thoughts about them. Four years with the same three people means 'bonding, trust, and friendship'. While he had believed this himself and his parents enforcement on the subject, Zenith found it a hard pill to swallow. Wanting and accomplishing were very far for Zenith, but he'd give it his all. Beacon was important, he had his reasons for wanting to succeed in it, and he'd do just that. As his teammates stood, Zenith studied each of them.

Looking up at his leader first, Zenith gave an approving nod. Forest was first and foremost a great fighter, or fencer at the very least. Whether or not he had the ability to lead was still in question. Although he shared a more caring approach, a foil to Zenith, he noted his determination and endurance as a good trait. Next was Autumn, excitable and animalistic. Those weren't bad traits, but Zenith didn't want to waste his energy trying to calm her down from something. Actually, he didn't want to waste his energy at all. If she had any thoughts about fun running through the forest, swimming through rapids, or anything of the sort to count Zenith out. In combat though, a little bit of feral could go a long way. Lastly, the biggest challenge, was his partner Clare. Firstly the bright and happy nature was going to clash with the philosophically driven gloom drilled into Zenith. Whether or not he'd be able to work with someone closely again was an issue as well, but not one he'd tackle yet.

Lazily standing, Zenith strapped his sword to his back before picking up his books. "Mission or none, either way works for me." Zenith shrugged, not interested in listening to lectures, but feeling fairly indifferent about delivering packages or guard duty. Moving beside his teammates, Zenith made sure to leave room for Clare in their circle. "If you choose one, at least make it interesting." Zenith took a deep breath, not meaning to sound so indignant.

Hunter listened carefully as Zorina spoke about her homeland and family. He began to regret asking her as it may have seemed he had been just a little bit too curious since the two still barely knew each other. "I.....I'm sorry to here that" he said with a touch of softness in his voice looking down to avoid making eye contact with her. Then came the question about his family which caused him to begin rubbing the back of his head.

"My family is the main reason why I'm here" Hunter said bringing his hypnotic green eyes back to hers. "Growing up they were all I had as most considered me to be some weird outsider due to my spiritual beliefs. I got made fun of pretty often because of it so I didn't grow up with many friends, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't match any of the hardships you faced in Vacuo" he said thinking about his family back at home. "My mother and father would often tell me stories of great huntsmen that would go around protecting the innocent like heroes you would read in comic books. Being as young you could already imagine how wild my imagination had gotten about becoming the next hero of remnant" he said chuckling a bit to himself at his last comment. "They along with my sister taught me things that I would treasure my entire life even till this day. My mother taught me that strength should be used to protect others no matter the risk of your own life. My father taught me that courage can be brought out even in the darkest of times and that any fear can be overcome. As for my sister" he said delivering a small amount of laughter at the mention of her. "She taught me that even the smallest bit of compassion and kindness can spark the hearts of millions across the world. Which is funny as most don't see her as the compassionate type" he said with a warm smile across his face. It was around this time Hunter began to wonder where exactly Cerise and Tsana were as it seemed that they had been gone for quite some time. "What do you think Cerise and Tsana are up to? They sure are taking their time with coming back" he asked Zorina looking down in the direction the two had wandered off in.

The look of pure childlike joy quickly collapsed as Forest told her there were no missions yet. That they had to make sure the rest of their team wanted to, and that they were ready. Deep down the feral girl knew that her partner was right, but it didn't mean she had to be happy about it by any means! She was a warrior, fighting was in her blood, she could only stand being cooped up for so long. Autumn desired action! Then he went on about how not all missions were combat oriented, and Autumn was not about to have any of that, giving Forest a playful, if not forceful, punch to the chest.

"Do not say such things! Non-combat missions, what foolishness is that? We are warriors, no? We should be eviscerating Grimm and bandits! And that is what we shall do." Of course if Forest's decision was to do a different kind of mission, Autumn would reluctantly agree. Passionate as she may be, she was not entirely unreasonable. Most of the time. Unsurprisingly Zenith didn't seem to care one way or another, although he did make at least one good point. Whatever they did, it had to be interesting. Interesting mean challenge!

"The apathetic one is right, whatever we do, it must be interesting. Like hunting an Alpha, oooh, or riding a Nevermore!" Once more excitement began to bubble over in the fox as she imagined all the ponderous things they could do once a true hunt began!

She have him a soft smile, "It's okay. It was a long time ago, and you were just curious. No harm done." It did make her sad still to talk about what happened, but, if she didn't talk about it there would be no coping with it. She had to see a therapist for a while after her father's death, which helped a lot. So, really, Hunter didn't do any harm. Snapping out of her thoughts, she listened to him talk about his family. She expected everyone on here to have a strong family tie, since family is really important. Hunter talking about them the way he was only made her believe this more, and it caused her to chuckle. "They sound great, you talk real highly about them," She paused, running a hand through her pony tail again, "It's cute."

The topic changed to their teammates, which caused her to look around. She only just noticed they still weren't back. "I don't know. Maybe they can't find what she was looking for? Or got lost?" Zorina really hoped she wasn't the only one who still got periodically lost while trying to find where she needed to go. She wandered into the wrong class room two days ago, so that was fun. "I'm sure their fine. Probably on their way back now, if not...oh well. We'll see then later."

The realization that missions weren't out hit Akashi pretty hard; he was looking forward to beating up some Grimm. All these classes bored him. Sure, it was an easy A, but there's only so much studying he can do before he snaps. "Oh, well then. That certainly put a damper on my mood, but I can manage. Thanks for the fact check Azure." He said, then twisted around to walk backwards while speeding up. "So Big Boss, where are we headed now?" Now that missions were out of the picture currently, he needed to find something to do. He wasn't really hungry, and his pranks were all set; he simply needed the perfect opportunity. He thought about sneaking off to some of the places he hasn't mapped out, but he kinda wanted to mess with Azure. He got the feeling she liked him the least, meaning he'd get the best reaction when he executed his plan. But he couldn't mess with her too much, or she'd be so defensive he'd never get the opening he needed to prank Azure. Same went for Robyn and Orion. Do too much and you'll blow it.

Tsana bounded past Cerise, grabbing her bag off the floor in the process. She smiled and twirled as she entered the hallway. Looking back she waved to passing students, some not helping their selves and waving back. Tsana looked back to Cerise to make sure he was following and started down the hallway. Humming a jaunty tune, Tsana walked down the hallway, her tail swaying slightly in tune with the music she was humming. Checking her bag, she made sure she had everything she needed for the next class. Looking in, she noticed a glint of gold and grabbed at it. Pulling it out, she found out it was the pocket watch she was looking for. "I found it!" she exclaimed in triumph. "And I see the others!" Starting a sprint Tsana ran after the other half of her team.

Running to a halt behind her team, Tsana laid an arm around Zorina's shoulder and smiled. "Hi hi! I found what I was looking for!" she said as she twirled the pocket watch in circles with her free hand. "What class do we have next anyway?" she asked curiously as she forgot her own schedule.

Cerise followed behind Tsana after he closed the dorm and tries not to laugh at her excitement. He caught up with her once she found her pocket watch she was searching. “See,” Cerise spoke up, “When you least expected.” His words fell on deaf ears as Tsana saw the rest of their team and gave chase. Shrugging with a smile Cerise just walked to the group, relaxed about everything.

“She’s a force that can’t be caught...” Cerise spoke as he draped his arm around his partner and leaser, Hunter. He pretended to be tired from following after Tsana, but then just laughed as he straightened up. “So, we have Remnant History next,” he answered Tsana’s question, “Not much of a history man but Professor Auburn is so appealing I could study her all day~” He still had his arm around Hunter as he began to daydream of the professor.

It hadn’t been a week and he just enjoyed studying Auburn due to the way she walked and held herself. Always happy and carefree. Something he had never been able to learn when he lived in Vacuo. He finally let go of Hunter and cleared his throat, “Too bad she’s already taken...” He continued his act as he tried to cover his quick moment of sadness with the memory of his lonely past.

Clare snapped to attention as the bell rang. Once again she had begun daydreaming at some point between the third story and the fourth. She wasn't sure why it happened mostly in this class, maybe because it wasn't a teaching style that meshed? Regardless she moaned quietly to herself at her blunder. "Oh no. I must have spaced out again. Let's see. I got three of the stories down at least. Hopefully my friends got the others."

She approached them, listening to the conversation. She was quite happy with her teammates, all told. Even her partner, Zenith. She was sure that underneath that facade of apathy he was just as excited to be here, and to go on a mission, as the rest of them.

"I'm fine with whatever. Even if it's a really easy mission. We are just starting out after all, gotta learn the ropes right?"

She giggled at Autumn's enthusiasm. It was contagious.

Forest nodded his agreement at both Clare and Autumn. He was a little worried about Autumn's...primal..nature and felt he should at least try to temper it slightly. Not just because he was the team leader, but also because he was both her partner and her friend. Someone like that could ruin a plan easily by just rushing in, which could get someone hurt.

"We are warriors, yes. But that's not all a Huntsman is Autumn. A Huntsman is there to help others, it just happens to be that fighting Grimm is what we do the most. The mission could be as simple as protecting a package on a long journey. Not as exciting, but no less important. Look at the last War. Not everyone involved fought. But that doesn't mean what they did was insignificant. Also no, we shouldn't eviscerate bandits. They are still people after all. That said...I will try to pick us an exciting one since we are all in agreement to take one. But, we've got a bit of time until they even go up. Off to Remnant History with the charming Professor Auburn."

Of course I wonder how she even managed to become a teacher. She's nice and all but she seems more like a kid then most of us...well...maybe not Akashi. Or the pink haired one, Cherry. But perhaps that's just their public persona. As the saying goes, everyone has three faces.

Orion merely shrugged as he learned missions were not out just yet. Nor did he care about what class was next due to his habit to sleep during class. All Orion cared about now was finding something to interest him and to keep him occupied. Opening his scroll, Orion discovered that they had Remnant History next, a class that bored Orion in all its entirety. The teacher wasn’t bad, just the class. Learning of the accomplishments of the past made his blood boil, and added to the pressure he already felt. More weight to the name that crushed him.

Orion merely shrugged as he read his schedule. “We have History of Remnant next. Not something interesting.” he responded to Akashi, purposefully ignoring the ‘Big Boss’ comment. “I’m not going to be joining you in class though. I have to go speak to Professor Sharp about a weapon design.” Running from his team with a wave of his hand, Orion went in search of the reclusive weapon’s professor.

Finding the professor where he was expected to be, in the weapon maintenance area, Orion approached. “Uh… Professor Sharp, sir?” he asked hesitantly as he approached. A flickering of purple light could be seen from his pocket where he kept his scroll.

Hunter could feel his face burst into a hot blush when Zorina had mentioned his constant praise of his family as cute. His eyes quickly darted away from her followed by an embarrassed smile that quickly overtook his face. “Y-you think so? I-I mean yeah my sister also thinks my praise is cute...I-I m-mean not in that w-way of course, BUT n-not that your thinking of it in that way e-either!” He replied delivering an awkward laugh along with his words. Ah dammit Hunter stop acting like an idiot and just talk like a normal person He thought to himself as he quickly tried to recover from his idiotic babbling. “Y-yeah I was getting k-kind of worried since I didn’t want to be late to our n-next class” he said still averting his eyes from Zorina’s as he quickly began to rub the back of his neck.

In what seemed like an instant Hunter was caught off guard once Tsana had made her return followed by with a seemingly exhausted Cerise who had placed his arm around Hunter. Hunter's face remained hot from his blushing, but chuckled softly at Tsana’s return as he found her constant joy a bit relaxing in most cases. In reality, Hunter saw Tsana as the heart of the team as she was someone who could make anyone smile while never losing her own. He saw her like an older sister only just not as embarrassing or as lethal as his own sister who thankfully was not here to embarrass him in front of his comrades. Especially since he did a good job at it without her help. Hunter rarely spoke to Tsana as his timid social skills often prevented him from making long conversations, but he saw her as the perfect way to become more social. In fact, he had been meaning to ask her for help in becoming more social but simply never found the courage to ever do so.

Hunter's attention, however, was immediately directed to Cerise when he began to daydream about Professor Auburn which made Hunter incredibly uncomfortable since he still had his arm wrapped around him while doing so. Hunter's own hand was edging to release Cerise's arm from himself until Cerise quickly let up to make a comment about her being taken. Hunter did notice something was off about the last part of his sentence. It wasn't with what he said, but instead of how he said it which made Hunter start to think Cerise might have felt down about something. Hunter was curious as to what exactly made him suddenly change like that as it was different from his usual charming personality, but he decided not to pry as he had already made that mistake with Zorina. Instead he attempted to try something that his sister often did to try to cheer him up when they were little. He shot up a thumb and gave a wide awkward grin in an attempt to show Cerise that he wasn't alone and that he was there for him along with their new teammates. "Ah don't worry about it Cerise. You got me and the girls to keep you company" he said in a jokingly but odd way. Out loud he probably sounded like a cheesy protagonist from a terrible cartoon, but hopefully it would show Cerise that he wasn't alone and that he had new friends that would have his back no matter what.

Larimar Sharp was fixing up the workbenches as the upperclassmen were going to use them for their expection, today. These days were his favorite since it helped students understand their weapon. He was about to return to his personal workshop at the back, in order to continue on working on Cherry's weapon he was helping her with before the missions when he was called. Turning around he found Orion entering the room. "How may I help you, Mr. Schnee? I could only imagine it's about a weapon, am I correct?" He motioned Orion to follow him into the back room, wanting to not get interrupted.

The workshop was clean and warm from the smelter in the back, which gave the room a faint glow before sharp turned on the lights. "I hope you don't mind the heat, I was just about to melt some metals. So, what have you come to talk to me about?" Sharp motioned to the stool in the room, as he continued to walk around the room. Getting the metals he would need to make the blade along with the small gems he was able to retire from his wife's jewelry box. He placed it on the main workbench in the room, and finally sat down across from Orion to hear him out.

Orion followed the reclusive professor to what he could only assume was his personal office. The man was surprisingly neat, if the condition of the weapons maintenance area was to go by. Tools were categorized and ordered for easy use, materials were stored accordingly, and even work stations were clean and pristine. Orion could only shrug as he entered the man's office, which was as neat and clean as the exterior room. When Professor Sharp asked if Orion had a question on a weapon, he could only nod. Taking the offered seat, Orion pulled out his scroll which was still pulsating a purple light. Laying it down on the table, Orion tapped a few buttons before the holographic 3D image of a girl appeared.

The girl was maybe only five to six inches tall, wearing a standard Beacon uniform. She had long black hair, and was wearing black glasses. Before anyone could speak, she put her hands on her hips and glared at Orion. "What do you want now ice head?" the girl spoke abruptly. Orion could only sigh as he pointed to the professor sitting across from him. "Professor, meet DelTa, a variable, self-learning AI. She's the one who wanted to be here. Show him the blueprint." The girl now named DelTa, grumbled something about stupid ice heads before tapping away at a keyboard. Projected from his scroll was the blueprint for a weapon.

The weapon was a large looking rectangle with a grip and a scope to the untrained eye, but to a weapons expert, it was more. The blueprint showcased the weapon's capabilities of being a one shot one kill type weapon. The only catch was the literal one shot. The weapon's function was to take Aura, reroute through the system, and expend it all in one blast. This of course was made possible due to a mixture of DelTa's help and general understanding of Aura. "This Professor Sharp, is what we want to build. This is why I need you to promise me that my plans won't get out. It's a first generation Aura cannon. I'm trying to think of a better weapon type, but this is the Heart Pierce."

Sharp watched as Orion placed his scroll on the workbench as a hologram of a woman appeared before him. When Orion introduced the AI, Sharp couldn't help but recall his own, years ago. "Nice to meet you, Miss DelTa," he quickly got out as he overlooked the blueprint that appeared before him. The words, One shot one kill was the part that was already making him say not to the weapon. He had a weapon of his own with his AI, Orthax, that caused him to lose some his own aura, permanently. A small part of him thinks that it was also the cause of Skyler's already weak heart before she found out her semblance. He took off his spectacles as he pinched the arch of his nose, trying to think of a way how he could do it, but his past was telling him to walk away.

"As a weaponsmith, I would love to help with this idea of yours, but anything that included the removal of Aura, I can not help you with or allow it..." he announced. "Don't get me wrong Mr. Schnee, but I have toyed with the thought of Aura removal when it comes to a weapon, and I permanently lost some of my aura because of it," he explained, "Without your aura you are not protected from getting hit with a deadly blow. This weapon will never be a welcome thing in the other kingdoms, maybe Atlas, but there are people who would come across these blueprints and hand it to the wrong hand."

Sighing he crossed his arms after he placed his spectacles back one. "Give me a good argument to win me over to this weapon, and I might see how I can help along with workshop availability. You wouldn't be the first Schnee to uses it," Sharp looked at Orion, waiting for his argument on his weapon. The icy voice of Orthax always haunts him in his nightmares, reminding him of the failures he had done. A weapon used for revenge ended up almost being his key to death.

Robyn was surprised by the professor's reply, not because he was off doing duties besides teaching, but that he was facing lancer Grimm. Like most of the class an almost impressed breath of air went around, all fairly intrigued by the complex Grimm. With the question answered the Professor began his lecture, Robyn attempting to take adequate notes through the stories. Through the stories Robyn found herself wondering about all the types of Grimm she'd seen. Each one the professor described brought the image to her head, trying to match the details he described to their bodies. One similarity between them all was their black skin, white bone protrusions, and the red eyes. At the mention of the eyes and various ways to spot them, Robyn felt a few sneers at her direction. Despite Azure's ability to silence the annoying masses with a retort, Robyn shrunk and avoided the eyes.

As the class concluded Robyn collected herself from her thoughts, taking her notebooks and joining her teammates as they walked out. Watching as the two males went back and forth, Robyn allowed herself a small smile adjoined with a chuckle. As their last member rejoined their team, Robyn increased her speed to keep up with the three. The thoughts of missions, hard or easy, was not a thought for Robyn. Remembering they weren't out yet, Robyn kept her smile Azure prodding the venomous teammate. "I assume we head to Remnant History." Robyn reminded Akashi and Azure, watching their leader opt out of the class.

As if proving his point, Autumn attacked the issue of not getting a combat issue head on. Evisceration was a fitting end to all Grimm, and Zenith slightly agreed that bandits as well should meet the same fate. Slightly grazing the end of his sheath near his hand, Zenith calmed his excitement at the thought of ending Grimm. Autumn culled his interest again, The apathetic one? Rolling his eyes, Zenith decided not to dispute the name. A small smile crossed Zenith's face, admiring the endearment that Autumn was already bringing to the team. It quickly faded, the muscles required to keep a smile not worth the energy thus far. Looking next to him, Zenith noticed Claire join them. Between her and Autumn, the team would always have someone smiling. It was a surprise to Zenith how quickly he was learning about the three. It wasn't an unwelcome feeling, nor unfamiliar, just strange to the boy.

"Bandits or Grimm, both a detriment to society." Zenith shrugged, lulling his head about to roll a crick from neck. "I'll worry about the choice of asylum or evisceration for the bandits when we meet some."

Orion nodded his head a the obvious concern coming from the professor. The main perk to having Aura was the innate shield that was always active. Take it away and any professional huntsman, no matter the training, is as vulnerable as a normal civilian. That was the main risk in designing the weapon, a loss of the user’s Aura completely, effectively making them less human. This fear could easily be assuaged by the simple fact that the Aura was not removed, simply converted into a more volatile energy form. The user would suffer from a minor case of Aura exhaustion, but that would be the worst of it. The next issue, however, was more pressing.

Man, no matter who, no matter where, and no matter the time, will always be greedy, will always strive for power and control. Having a weapon of this caliber will definitely generate some sort of attention. Having this tech would make not only Orion, but the Schnees as a whole, prime targets for radical extremist groups. “Professor. I understand your concerns, but I have to build this weapon. Something tells me… some part of me just knows the future isn’t as bright as we believed.” Recalling the stories of old, how Light cannot exist without Dark. Salem was defeated yet the Grimm remain.

“You’re forgetting about me, freezer brain.” DelTa replied from where she stood on top of Orion’s scroll. “You’re forgetting I’m the twentieth AI you’ve created for this specific purpose. Tests you have run on the Aura conversion system have also been increasingly successful these past few weeks.” She spoke as she looked towards the professor. “If anything professor, I am more than just some AI. I am Orion’s soul given form, if he was female.”

Orion could only scratch the back of his neck in embarrassment as DelTa so casually blurted out that they had been testing the system prior to the conversation. “Yes, DelTa is not an AI like any other. I believe she is the key to keeping my Aura safe and around should the system fail. I am more than confident in my own mechanical prowess, your knowledge, and DelTa’s ability to make this work.”
