Sorry for having so many questions. But are apostrophes allowed in user names?

I assume not because they're not mentioned in the rules under what is allowed, but I wanted to make sure.

No reason to apologize. I just thought it was funny that colons and other things are allowed but apostrophes aren't, so I was just checking.
