Because it is highly intertwined with my world, a majority of your character's backstory will be unknown to both you and your character. That would be fine! Kobolds aren't seen as often on this continent. Your character may get a few stares, but overall should be okay!

Sorry I never posted a starting post today. It's 1 AM and I need to sleep. I was working on a campaign im running and I didn't have time to write anything up ;;
