Uploading photos from tablet?

So, I decided to change my avatar after the update, but when I try to upload the image, nothing happenns and there's no list of files to choose from.


There is an option to enter a URL for the image, but I have no idea how to get from a photo to that, so if anyone's got any pointers, that'd be helpful.

You can go to an image hosting site (gyazo comes to mind for me, also photobucket) and upload it there.
