Update the stickied stuff

A lot of stuff is stickied at the top of places, so it's one of the first things that newbies look at. And many of them are a mess. There's old BBCode everywhere, the links and images don't work, the stuff is outdated, etc.

Oops.  No, I took it out of the others because it's not in this new software, but I must've taken out Other by accident with this one.  Good catch!
