BLACKJACK!
Unnumbed
I sat watching the myriad crowds,
Gazing upon their moving world
Engulfed by a vacuum
Spiraling, spiraling, routinary and topsy-turvy...
Without a sound or inquiry
Then I hear the sound of children laughing, singing...
Their voices dumbing down then resounding
Vertigo- all around
I sat again reflecting
Transient, passing
Recalling how callous fools approached
With gaping mouths they wail and wail
For nothing but wallowing in shame
They fade, they fade
Into dust like ashes- Ashes
Delight in shrugging them away
Unnumbed,
A moment's silence beckons,
and lost in reverie, I am.
