Unlikely Attachment (1x1 between Penblade1326 and Nakinagara)

Hunter walked with him, nodding. "Hell yeah," he said, taking a cigarette off of him as they walked down the sidewalk. But just as he was about to ask for a light...he felt a rain drop on his hand. Then another...and another. Soon, it started to drizzle with rain outside, getting the two of them wet. Which was a relief, considering it was kind of hot outside. Hunter laughed softly. "Gahhh I hate the rain!" He said, starting to walk faster in the direction of his house.

"We're close to my place. If you want, I can just lend you something of mine while you toss your clothes in the dryer." Hunter said through the rain, starting to pick up. They were so close to Hunter's place, he didn't see a point in making him go all the way to his place. He had something that'd fit Nick, surely. He was only a size bigger than him. Maybe two...but surely he had something. "Sound good?" He asked.

After a few moments of running in the rain, the boys soon came to Hunter's empty house. Hunter barged in through the front door, closing after he let Nick inside. His dark hair hadn't really been messed up by the rain, it was just thinner than before, making the edges of his bangs incredibly sharp. He slung his backpack onto the floor and took off his shoes. His clothes clung to his skin, highlighting his bodys features, freezing him to death. He let out a shiver and took off his shirt. This was his house, he'd do what he wanted. He tossed the soggy shirt aside and ran upstairs, where he quickly changed into dry clothes, also taking time to pat dry his hair with a towel. Moments later, he came back downstairs with a pair of pants and a shirt for Nick to put on. Hunter was now dressed in a black tank top and a pair of dark jeans. He tossed Nick the new clothes. "Here."

Hunter nodded. "Sure thing." He said, taking Nick's wet clothes and tossing them in the dryer. He walked back into the living room. "Your clothes should be dry in about 20 minutes." He said, plopping down onto the couch and stretching his arms over his head and hoping his armpits didn't stink since they were exposed in the tank top. But thankfully, deodorant never failed him! He let his arms back down and pulled out his notebook. "So...should we get started?"

"I think we're almost done. Really we just need to out the sexuality notes onto a poster-board. I've got one, plus a few images of the brain we could use." Hunter said. He glanced at Nick before opening his notes up to the most recent entry, then pulled out a poster board from under the coffee table, ready to go. A few minutes went by, he had started assembling the final form of the project. He reached over Nick in order to grab something, then pulled it back towards him.

After a solid 20 minutes, Hunter constantly leaned over Nick, his cologne lingering slightly without his notice. Nick's clothes were dry by now, but Hunter forgot about them because he was focusing on the project. He put the final piece in its place. Now the boys were finally done with their project, and they wouldn't have to send another minute together, if they so desired. "Sweet...we're finally finished." He said.

Hunter nodded. "We have to present this on Monday in class. I think that kid Derek and his girlfriend Katie are doing the same topic as us, but we're going first so ours looks better by comparison." He said and let out the quietest little chuckle on Earth. Derek and Katie never bothered anyone, but he wanted to pass this, dang it! He set the project aside. "Although, I'm pretty sure they're taking a more...personal approach to sexuality as opposed to studying it." He said and grinned.

Hunter grinned. "But gossip is fun." He said jokingly and stood up after Nick. "Wait..." He started, walking out of the living room. He grabbed Nick's clothes from the dryer and came back into the living room. "I think these are yours." He said softly, setting them on the couch. He yawned slightly. "But before you get changed and go....why don't you stay for dinner? I was gonna whip something up after you left, but I might as well let you stay a little longer." He offered.

Hunter smiled. A rare sight, displaying his pearly white teeth. He didn't smile enough...when it did, it was completely genuine. "I was gonna make a pizza from scratch. But I'm using a personal recipe, so it's obviously going to be fucking awesome." He said and grinned. He started to walk to the kitchen. "You can change into your clothes, if you want. Or just eat in mine, better mine get dirty than yours, right?" He chuckled and started to pull out the ingredients he needed in order to cook.

"Nah it's alright, I got it." He said, rejecting the offer. A few moments passed. "Actually...if you want to help, you could sprinkle this onto the pizza." He said, sliding a bowl of cheese over to Nick on the counter. He had already spread the dough and the sauce, now just had to work on the more secretive fashion.

Hunter finished preparing the secret part of the recipe, taking a small dab of it and placing it on his tongue for a taste. "Perfect." He said to himself, now spreading it on the main dish of the pizza. Soon, he was finished, slipping on a mit and tossing it in the oven. He set the timer. "Great. In about 30 minutes, we'll have noms." He said, now looking at the green-haired boy.

Hunter smiled back. He sat on the table and laid back, the table being strong enough to hold a person. He let out a breath, resting his head in his hands as he cupped them behind his head. "Now...how the hell are we gonna make a half hour pass by? I mean...there's not much he have common." He said, looking up at the ceiling .

Hunter shrugged and st up. "Got nothing better to do, I guess. So, Nick...truth or dare?" Hunter said, taking the first turn just because. He looked at him, awaiting his response, his blue eyes gazing at him.

Hunter nodded. "Ah, a risk taker I see....hmm." he said, drifting off into thought, his eyes, glancing around the kitchen. He'd start with something easy. "I dare you to share a cigarette with me." He said and grinned. His parents both smoked in the house on occasion. "Right here in the kitchen, because screw it." He said and grinned.

Hunter laughed softly. He smiled. "Alright, booger." He said, referring to Olivia's nickname for Nick. "Give me a hit of that, and I pick dare." Hunter said.

Hunter grinned softly as Nick slipped the death stick into his mouth for him. He let out a puff of smoke after taking a hit. He smiled at the dare. "Really? Well...alright. You're spending the night. Although I though I was supposed to get uncomfortable. Now...truth or dare, Nick?" He presented with challenge, the cigarette danglig from his fingers.

Hunter nodded. "Alright....dare, dare...." He snapped his fingers, "Got it. I dare you to tell me something no one knows about you." He said. He found a loophole..he dared him to tell a truth. He wasn't the best at this game...but, clever , maybe. Hunter wasn't easily uncomfortable...everyone who know him knew this.

Hunter nodded. He wasn't surprised Nick was a virgin...he was more surprised Tarah didn't take his virginity. She was kind of a slut, after all. He took the cigarette and stuck it between his lips, keeping it there as he spoke. "I'm gonna be a rebel. Give me a truth, and a dare to follow." He said, ready for anything Nick had to offer him.

He leaned back on the table, using one arm to keep him stable and the other to take hold of the cigarette.

Hunter let out another puff. "I'm a pansexual. Gender doesn't define my sexual attraction. The person behind the gender does." He said. "And I'm not going to kiss a complete stranger. Has to be someone I know. But....in order to save myself from it, what's the dare for right now?" He asked, a brow raised. He quickly glanced at th time on the oven. 15 minutes to pizza!

Hunter grinned and nodded. "Hmm...something no one knows...well I'm a pretty open person. I guess....one thing no one knows about me is that for some reason, my left arm is extremely ticklish. I don't know why, but it's only my left arm." He said and laughed softly. It was a weird truth to reveal...but better than kissing someone he didn't know...or Nick....was it? He cleared his throat. "So, truth or dare?"

Hunter nodded. "Alright...I'm actually curious. What's your sexual orientation?" He asked, handing the cigarette back to him as he let out a huge cloud of smoke from between his soft lips.

Hunter tilted his head. "You don't know? Are you in that state of mind where you just don't really know because you're finding yourself...or are you scared to say it?" He asked. In the back of his head, he thought...what if Nick wanted him to really kiss him earlier?

Hunter nodded in response. He tapped his chin "Dare." He said, once again ready to take on whatever challenge Nick had to offer. At this point, he was just humoring Nick, bit having fun in doing so. He smiled as he awaited his dare.

(so quick fun fact, I switched to a new class for the rest of the program…there's a Nick and a Hunter in here. lol xp)

Hunter grinned. He let out a soft chuckle. "Well, luckily, my parents are raging alcoholics." He said in a half-joking tone and stood up off of the table. He checked the time on the oven, seeing there was 10 minutes until the pizza would be finished. He searched about the liquor cabinet, left unlocked by his parents as usual. He grabbed a bottle of wine. "My parents won't notice if this goes missing at all. They hardly ever drink wine, and all the good stuff is pretty much empty." He said. He glanced in the cabinet one more time and his eyes lit up, putting the wine back. "Ohh! Nevermind! Found the whiskey!" He said and pulled out a half-empty bottle of whiskey. He opened it up and took a giant swig, practically downing it in one gulp, make a huge bulge of liquid in his throat. He sighed. "Damn….that's good bourbon." he said, putting it away. He cleared his throat. "So, Nick…truth or dare?" He asked the free-haird boy, sitting on the table yet again.

"Calling me a drunk , are you?" Hunter asked playfully. Hunter had only drunk a couple of times in his life…not his favorite thing to do, but he didn't mind it every now and then. Sure, he wasn't 21 yet, but his parents didn't exactly care. Hunter smirked at Nick's choice. Dare…what could he dare him to do without things getting to weird? He sighed and laid back on the table as he drifted off into thought. He tapped his chiseled chin. He flipped the hair out of his eyes as he lay there thinking. He snapped his fingers. "Well….before I give you a dare, just answer a question….exactly, what are the extents of a dare for you? Like…where do you draw the line?" he asked curiously. He needed to know this before he dared him.
