He replied "I don't think that'll be necessary," as he released her from the hug. "I am am really tired." He then took to steps toward the door to the bathroom connecting the bedrooms and then fell to the floor to tired to move in about 15 seconds he had already fallen asleep.

Chasity was beside him in seconds, attempting to carry him. After three, strenuous, long, and exhausting tries did she manage to pick him up. Just barely. She did not have much physical strength. Unintentionally dumping him on her bed, panting and gulping down air, wiping her sweaty forehead, she covered him with a few blankets she got from her bedroom storage cupboard.
"Sleep well, Ryo" She whispered, grabbing a nightdress and going into the bathroom to change.

Nia's face lit up like a fire work. "Adventure? Hell yes! I am always down for some adventure!" She stepped out into the hallway with them "What are we doing?!" She asked excited. Then turned and watched as James was then flicked in the forehead by Sara. She almost laughed but quickly covered her mouth with both hands. Struggling to contain her smile. "Oof" she said through a quiet giggle. Her laugh was cut short as she then stepped between James and Sara. "Hi Sara. My name's Nia, it's a pleasure to meet you!" she extended the other girl her hand but then pulled it back a ways. "Wait is this going to get me a flick? Is that how you say hello?" She tilted her head. Nia hoped her derpy childish demeanor could help defuse the situation that could result from James being treated like that. He semed like the type to retaliate.

Lav Koda

Having boarded the boat with a flurry of thoughts, Koda already found herself in her room after myriads of minutes searching. It was later now, and she was tired as hell from what her morning held. However, she wanted to brighten up her own mood, and decided to distract herself from the gripping pain that was unleashed all over her body from Daddy dearest. She had no doubt there were bruises left over on her back and other places, so she wore a modest outfit. Lav smoothed out the sheets on her bed before sitting, breathing heavily. Walking around had tired her out a touch, so she took that moment to chill and think about what life would be like for the next few months. When she recovered however, the female reached beneath her bed and pulled out her violin case, opening it up to see the best looking maple wood displaying its rich earthen tones.

She stood, exiting the room and heading down the hall where the other dorms were. She knew people could be asleep, so she played a sweet melody that wouldn't pierce the ears of those listening. Her heart fell into her playing, and with each bow stroke, she felt herself becoming more and more at one with sound itself. Truly, she was hoping to reach someone. To connect. Possibly strike up a conversation. As she played, she spotted a dark haired man come out of a room [Jackson] and swayed with her music, giving him a light wink of greeting.

Edward Pennington
e2c804d0ba9a438cce4c6ba5d4f4710d.jpg
It seemed that Edward had arrived earlier than the other students. He was relieved by this however, as he did not have to interact with them. The jetlag from the flight combined with him preparing for this trip the whole day meant that he was completely exhausted. He entered boat, completed all of the necessary but monotonous procedures, introduced himself to the professors and got to his room. Upon entering his room, Edward opened up his travel bag and placed all of his clothes in the wardrobe.

His tired state did not stop him from diligently organising the clothes by type, colour and comfort. He then unpacked all of his studying material, his stationary and his electronics, organising these as well. Amongst these electronics were his laptop, his phone, his hard drive containing even more study material amongst other files, his earphones and a few other things, all of which being state of the art naturally. Him moving to a cruise like so meant that his parents allowed him to spend their money quite lavishly, purchasing only the very best of virtually anything he took with himself. After connecting his phone and his laptop to the wi-fi, he left both of them to charge.

After altering the room to his liking and unpacking all of his things Edward just walked to his bed and laid on top of it. his exhausted state meant that he would almost immediately go to sleep. And in a mere minute, that is exactly what happened.

Some time later...

His phone started to vibrate suddenly, which caused him to wake up. He cursed the device under his breath and regretted not turning off the notifications before going to sleep. Walking over to it, he had noticed that it was a text from his father who was merely asking for an update on whether or not he had safely made it to the boat or not. Edward picked up his phone and wrote a response to his parents which included a full report of when and how he got on the ship, who he met and the state he is in now. After a brief chat, he said his goodbyes and left his phone back on the table where it was charging. He then opened up the book he was reading on his flight there, a book called 1984 by George Orwell, as the wondered what could potentially happen to Winston, the main character.

Edward eventually wanted to go back to sleep but the sound of a violin being played in the halls kept him from doing so. He realised that the person who was doing so played a soft tune in order not to annoy people but he got annoyed at the lack of logic as to why would they even play the goddamned thing out in the middle of the hall like that, if they truly did not want to bother anyone. To him it was nothing more than a desperate plea for attention. He sighed as he looked at his own violin case he had left leaning against the side of his shelf, thinking of taking it up and playing a song to display his own skill as well. However, he refrained from doing so as he played the violin for himself, not for the entertainment of these people.

Edward took the key to his room, his phone and then moved to the door. He figured that meeting a person or two was not a bad idea. Besides, even if he did not meet someone worth his time, it would be an acceptable attempt to shut the person down if not anything. He then slowly opened the door, scanning the hall quickly to find out who was playing the violin. His eyes locked onto the girl with long, silver hair in the centre.

Queen. Queen.

James eyebrows raised in surprised as he was taken back a bit by Sara flicking him in the head. He stared at her for a few seconds in silence before narrowing his eyes with a small annoyed frown. He gave Nia a quick annoyed glare as he spotted her attempting to hide her amusement and crossed his arms as he looked back to Sara with an unamused look. "Good to meet ya Sara, hopefully we'll get along," he said with sarcasm dripping from his tone. He could have made something from this and caused trouble, but he decided to ignore her annoying little action and move on. As he looked down at the small girl something caught his attention. He looked passed Sara and spotted a girl down the hall playing a violin. She was good and seemed to be in high spirits as she played, but this only made James shake his head with confusion. "Why is everyone I see on this ship in a good freaking mood?" he mumbled as he watched her play on with an expressionless look.

Sara Hisashi

Glad that she hadn't triggered any notable reaction from James, Sara's eyes darted back to Nia, who now stood in front of her. She grinned and took her outstretched hand in spite of her gesture to move back. She was thankful for her playful attitude. It instantly put her at ease, making her more comfortable. "Nah, that was impulsive. Sorry," she answered in response, looking towards James apologetically. "I'm a whole mess today." God, her first impressions were not turning out well. On a normal day, this would've bothered her, but her fatigue seemed to drain any other emotion that crossed her mind. All she wanted to do was be reckless, regardless of what was ahead. Carpe diem, goddammit.

What an unusual mood. Sighing, her thoughts were tuned out by a beautiful sound that came from behind her. She turned in the direction of the sound, her gaze falling upon another girl who looked interesting. Her silver hair wasn't the only thing that made her stand out. Her attire appeared to be comfortable, but she seemed like the type who was able to pull off anything. Above all, it was obvious that she was experienced with the violin. Then, she noticed that the girl was the same height as her. Finally. She nodded in the girl's direction before she took notice of another individual who stood just a little bit further down the hall behind her.

The first thing she took into account was his distinct presence. It wasn't often that she met someone who held themselves in such a way that he did. Clearly, he was slightly different from the people she'd just met. He was staring at the girl who'd come almost out of nowhere, though one could assume that she'd exited one of the rooms. Though the group that surrounded her either appreciated her music or showed indifference, the man who stood behind the girl had an unreadable expression. Perhaps he was just too far away from her to see. She made an effort to wave in his direction, indicating that she'd noticed him.

Turning back to Jackson, Sara shuffled her feet awkwardly. Her supposed "friends" either had obvious talents or potential, whereas she, on the other hand, had nothing of significance to offer. Her self-confidence was slowly diminishing as the number of people around her increased. She knew that she'd to get her act together. "So, what did you plan on doing?" she asked, her voice unexpectedly coming out a little louder and harsher than it had earlier. A near-bored expression that looked similar to James' crossed her face. She was growing unusually determined to prove herself to these people, even though there was not necessarily anything for her to do.

When he awoke he realized he was in Chasity's bed. He thought to himself "what the hell?" He then realized at he had fallen asleep on the floor. But how did he get here? He then checked his watch on his right wrist. It was 12:16 he had only been asleep for 13 minutes? "Where is Chasity?" he wondered And again how the hell did he get here... He then decided to call her name "Chasity!" He called.

Chasity had finished changing and was exiting the bathroom, wanting to check on Ryo quickly and also get her suitcase that was still by the main door. She was a little surprised to find Ryo awake.
"Morning, Ryo. Well... no, it's still night. But still..." She sat down beside him on the bed, her short, silky, golden nightdress shining a little in the light, along with her glasses as the light reflected off of the lenses.
"I was a little worried, you fell asleep on your way to your room. I had to carry you to my bed. How're you feeling"?

Jackson Hayashi
Jackson was about to reply to James's question until he saw the taller guy look Sara up and down. For some reason, he felt the urge to step in front of Sara to guard her from James's line of sight. It was no matter though. Jack mentally shrugged it off already hearing his younger cousin's voice echo that he was more protective of her than his uncle was.

All of the sudden, Nia bounced into the hallway questioning what adventure they were going on. The man was about to reply, but was oddly distracted by Sara flicking James on his forehead. . . . What did he miss? Jackson slightly tilted his head to the side in confusion. Yep, he was lost. Pretty soon Nia was giving her own introduction as well. Jackson stood there in silence clearing his mind. Besides, he was sure that if he tried to answer the question again another random occurrence would happen. Or would it? The dark-haired guy thought looking left and right down the hall. It was clear and the people he was with had finally left a slightly opened silence for him to reply. Now was the time.

Jackson parted his lips to speak his words, but paused yet again at the sound of a violin ringing down the hall. Come on! He thought quickly glancing at the direction the music was coming from. How much more random could the interruptions get? It didn't take long for the violin player to wink at . . . him? His body seemed to stiffen itself up not really knowing how to respond to the action. Meanwhile, endless thoughts raced through his mind. Where did that silver-haired woman even come from?
She wasn't there a second ago. More importantly, would Jackson ever be able to tell his friends what he had planned for them to do?

A familiar phrase punched Jackson right in the gut. Sara was now the one questioning his plans. Jack rapidly moved a hand through his hair and shifted his gaze back down the hall at the violinist and the new face popping out from one of the farther doors. "Yo, you two want to join us?" He asked indifferent to the whole situation. All the guy wanted was to say what he thought. "S. S. Angel Hide and Seek. We split into teams, and the losing group has to do some dares or get pranked," Jackson stated narrowing his attention solely on the sentence he had been planning to say for the pass fifteen minutes.

Outside, Jackson's face looked fed up. However, inside he was pretty happy that he finally got to say his words. A tricked out hide and seek session would let the group master the ship's layout, get to know one another, and slide in a few daring opportunities. Gradually Jackson stepped backwards down the hall and toward the main corridor. "You in or what?" He questioned stopping in the middle of the hallway so that the people he was talking to could all see and hear him.

Lav Koda

There was a commotion of others around her, most of which she didn't know the name of. She managed to hear Sara introduce herself, but that was the most. She quit playing as the people she hoped to associate with began to communicate among themselves. Stiffening up to her wink, Koda smiled madly at the dark haired man [Jackson] and chuckled under her breath. It was then that she felt a presence breathing behind her. Not so close as to make her crumble in fear, but.. far enough off. She was mostly alerted to the source when a few of the people she was peering at also tensed up and examined what seemed to be someone past her. Her chest began to hurt from fear.

Gradually, she turned, and it was just a silver haired man with long locks and grey eyes who was locked on to her own eyes. She felt rather intimidated by the way he held himself, but stood up 'tall' as possible, being 5"1 and greeted him with a, "Hello, I'm Lav." She said it loud enough for everyone to hear, but didn't scream it. She was almost level with him. Her lack of violin playing made it seem rather quiet all of a sudden. When the dark haired man's voice broke through, inviting the two to play Angel Hide and Seek, her heart jumped.

She would love to. She just had to head back into the room she shared with the man in front of her. She approached him, poking his chest gently with the bow of her violin. "I accept your offer. And by the way, we're room mates now. In case you were wondering who moved the stuff from your crib. Just kidding, it's not me. It's the staff but.." Lav grinned perplexingly, leaving heavy mystery behind her words and expressions. You couldn't tell what she was thinking if you tried. Excited however, she squeaked and ran toward her room, putting her violin back in its case. Then she carried it over to the dark haired male's room and placed it down on the empty bed.

"Top or bottom? Your pick." She inquired to him with another wink, chuckling to herself again at her double meaning dirty joke. Though she hoped it was clear enough she was asking which bed he chose to sleep on. Before he could reply, she charged on. "Let's go!" She jumped in the air, extending her legs into a ballerinas jump before landing with a graceful thump.

She peered back at the brown haired girl, the redhead, and the other dark haired boy that looked younger, waiting on them. She wasn't too sure if the silver haired man would join.

It seemed that his attention was not the only one that was taken by the silver-haired girl. Edward hoped that with people finally showing themselves, she might just stop herself without him having to scold her. She then suddenly turned around until her eyes met his and then introduced herself. "Hello, I'm Lav." Her name was immediately registered in his head, along with the fact that this Lav could play the violin and she seemingly craved the attention of those around her. Was she the type of person who depended on the acceptance of those around her and based herself off of their opinions? For the moment, he cleared his mind of this negative observation in order to prevent a clouded judgement from affecting his decisions and actions.

Edward's attention was quickly diverted by a girl across the hallway waving at him at the corner of his eye. For some reason, this gesture amused him to the mildest degree imaginable. He looked at her and gave her a small smile. Just as he was about to introduce himself, a much taller guy came into view and gave them a certain offer. Well, he was only much taller compared to Edward, considering how he was shorter than most people he came across. "Yo, you two want to join us? S. S. Angel Hide and Seek. We split into teams, and the losing group has to do some dares or get pranked, You in or what?." Edward was just dumbfounded by this idea.

A slight gasp left his mouth as he started to think of how ridiculous it was. Hide and seek? Is that what they came up with? A game for mere children and these people apparently. Quite characteristically, Lav agreed to go along with this plan. Edward expected no less and was starting to get a general idea of what kind of person she was. It usually took him a bit longer to create a profile for a person in his mind. He had to focus as at that point, he had to decide whether he wanted to go on with this charade or just stay in his room. Edward realised that if this other girl went along with them to play this game, he would be alone which was not what he preferred. He then looked to this girl in question for her answer, as he planned to base his answer on it.

James felt his left eye twitch as Jackson told them what he had planned. Hide and Seek? James held back his groan, but he stared towards Jackson to see if he was serious. He was. James sighed heavily and ran his fingers through his hair. "I was gonna suggest the bar, but if that's all ya got then so be it," he said and buried his hands into his hoodie. Though as he thought about what would happen to the losing team a few sick ideas came to his head. He cleared his throat and spoke. "I'll start off as the seeker first, a few dares and pranks can actually make this fun for me," he said with a lazy, but twisted smile as the ideas formed in his head. He chuckled with evil intentions for the losers and glanced at all of the people who would be playing along. "Better find a good spot." Maybe he was gonna have fun after all.

Sara Hisashi

Sara listened as Jackson spoke, something about Hide and Seek. She nodded slowly in agreement. The game would be all right, but that wasn't her true motive behind playing it. Knowing that she had no talent whatsoever to speak of, maybe winning this game wouldn't make her seem like a complete failure. As a flurry of exhausting thoughts flooded her head, Sara was barely aware of the girl, who'd introduced herself as Lav, approach the group. The energy that radiated from the girl was enough to drain any that was left in herself. The male who stood behind her hadn't spoken just yet, but she did happen to see a small smile. Hearing James speak, she smirked. Oh, he thought he could win. Not on her watch.

Lav was so enthusiastic and nearly had the entire group engaged, so no one would really have noticed if Sara happened to slip away for a second. "I'll be back," she mumbled, her voice almost inaudible. She slid behind Jackson and walked to her room. Forgetting that he still had her key, she pushed open the unlocked door, slumping onto her bed in a daze. She felt her mind shutting off slowly as her face hit the pillow. With one hand, she reached for her duffel bag and unzipped it, feeling around for her thermos until her fingers latched around it, grasping the steel. Pulling it out, she sat up and chugged the remaining contents of the container as if it was a drug, in spite of the fact that it had turned lukewarm.

She could've killed to pass out in her bed for hours, but the last thing she wanted to do was miss out on watching James' disappointed face as he gave in to his penalty. Now that was something she wanted to see. It wasn't as though she hated the guy. In fact, she found him amusing; she considered him a rival of sorts. It was oddly fun to piss him off, however meaningless it was. Standing, she left her room once more, closing the door and rejoining the group quietly. "What are the teams?"

He then felt the sudden urge to drink water, and lots of it. He had cried so much he was dehydrated. He then gasped "water!" He then threw off the covers and ran to the sink drinking from under the faucet. He felt much better after that. He then used the toilet. And came back into her room. "Why did you carry me to my bed?" He asked. He felt so embarrassed that this girl carried him to bed, and covered him with blankets like he was a child. Not to mention that he fell asleep on the floor, making him even more embarrassed, he was 21 not 4... "Ugh, tonight has been a rough one." He thought.

Jackson returned his gaze to the silver-haired woman down the hall as she unintentionally introduced herself to everyone there. Was it just him or did this lady run on twice the energy they all had? . . Maybe the latter, because in the blink of an eye Lav was right in front of Jackson poking his chest gently with her bow. Once that was accomplished, she started spouting a bunch of information at him. Well, it was really just that Lav accepted the offer and that they were now roommates. Why'd the staff move me? Well whatever it was, there was probably a reason to the sudden switch. Hm, guess I'll speak with Robert later. He thought to himself watching his new roommate grin before running off to their room.

Jackson eyed James for a few moments who was complaining about hide and seek at first. However, as the realization of the outcome soaked in his brain, James seemed to be satisfied with the plan. Even his naturally twisted smile sealed the deal. "Exactly why it's going to be fun," Jackson mentioned in regards to the pranks and other consequences that would follow.

Soon enough, Lav returned with a pretty casual question in Jackson's eyes. Since she just exited their room, he assumed Lav was referring to the bunks. That was of course until her darn wink slid in again. His body randomly stiffened up at the simple action. How was he supposed react to a wink? Did he have to wink back? "Bottom," Jack stated watching her enthusiastically leave before he could even finish his word. This was going to be an interesting school year.

Within a few moments, a familiar voice caught Jackson's attention causing him to divert his grey eyes to Sara. When did she leave? How did he not notice? Sneaky woman. Jackson thought watching her silently reenter the group. Sara's following question slightly challenged Jackson to think of an unbiased way to organize the teams. "Hm, Nia, James, and I versus you all based on the order we met," He replied rubbing the back of his neck, "Now each team has to come up with a consequence."

Kioko Fujioka
Kioko had Katrina introduce herself earlier, but she decided it was probably easier to just let a second introduction to happen. She smiled at the small girl. "That's a beautiful name" She responded to the girl, watching her feet walk along the deck of the ship. In the midst of the second introduction, Kioko had found herself on the main deck, the sun seemed to be lower in the sky then earlier, leaving her to wonder how long they had actually been in the Lounge. It didn't seem like it was too long, although there was a lot going on.

Chasity stayed on the bed, hearing him gulp down the water and then use the toilet. Upon him asking why she carried him to bed, she chuckled a little.
"Well I couldn't leave you lying on the floor. Plus, I'm not that physically strong so I couldn't carry you far". She folded one leg over the other, folding up the blankets that she put on Ryo. She'd covered him in blankets because he was sitting on the bedsheets. After yawning quietly, stretching her arms, she grabbed her suitcase and got out a book she was, currently, reading and crawled into her bed.
"Well I'm going to have a quick read and then call it a night".

Nia nodded in response to the proposal of hide and seek. Not obly would this prove a chance to explore the ship, but to also make new friends! Which the red-head could never have enough of. Nia held her chin in thought, thinking of potential hiding places on the ship, watching as Lav did her thing. "Ooh. I like her" she comented, pointing her index finger at Lav with a grin. She leaned over a bit at the hip to observe the silver-haired boy. 'So mysterious... like he just appeared into thin air. Where did he come from? The ship duh. Why hasn't he noticed me yet. I usually stand out...' Nia had a mental conversation with herself.

However Nia would soon forget this thought, and skipped over to Jackson.

It was a very early day for Kasumi, in one way, she was scared to leave her mom on her own. But her mom was oblivious and smiling as well as crying that her daughter was finally off to college. Her step-father kept the same old scowl as their limo driver pulled up to the docks. Kasumi barely had time to grab her bags and say goodbye to her mother before her step-father was shoving her out of the car. The limo driver sped off, her step-father wanted her gone as soon as possible. Kasumi sighed, at least she was out of there. But her step-father had one last go of her last night, there were new bruises that would surely form along her stomach and arms.

She was completely exhausted and knew her picture would turn out like crap, she didn't even notice any of the students on board. Kasumi wanted to find a place to sleep but since it was so early in the morning, there wasn't much stuff around to ask. She had been up for most of the night preparing herself tonight. Every day she was stressed out at her house, she wasn't sure how part of her had survived this long. But now it was time for her to be free and for once maybe some happiness. Perhaps after a well-deserved nap. Being too tired to know where she was really going, she finds her way to the ballroom. There were couches that looked comfortable enough and she lays down, setting her bags down. She was only going to rest here for a moment and admire the view but she ended up taking a nap.

It wasn't until she heard a loud horn with a slight tilting motion did she wake up. She had to grip onto the couch to make sure that she doesn't fall off of it. Her bags however weren't so lucky. One had popped open and stuff starting to fall out. Shit. Kasumi thought to herself and stood up, but with the tilting and fast standing, she got a little dizzy. She leaned onto the wall until the boat righted itself and everything was back to normal. All except her stuff was everywhere and Kasumi picked up everything and placing it back into the bag. It was only then did she notice the time. The meeting! Kasumi grabbed both of her bags and almost tripped over her feet. Will this day ever end? She thought to herself as the day seemed to fall apart.

Finally, she made it to who was in charge of this trip, Mr. Sakamoto. She was able to find him and after a brief explanation and a lot of scolding, he reluctantly told her all that she missed and what she needed to know for tomorrow's class. Talking seemed to drag on forever and by the time it was all done and said, she almost forgot to get her room key before she leaves once more. After a bit more wandering, she finally finds the dorms. To reassure herself that this was the right place, she could hear multiple voices. When she rounded the corner, there were a group of students there. She probably looked like a bedraggled mess, she was groggy from her previous nap, and absolutely starving. She would have to drop off her bags, once she found her room number, then get food. Kasumi slowly walks towards the group, trying to find the matching number on her key, but not saying anything to anyone yet.

Edward rolled his eyes at the mere idea. But the thought of playing it annoyed him even more, despite him not showing a fraction of it through body language. He was very tempted to tell all of them how idiotic and immature they were to the point of them preferring to play a silly game over properly introducing themselves. But he refrained from doing so as he was fully aware that his pragmatic approach to most things could be polarising to say the least. Deciding that it would be overall more beneficial to get to know as much people as early as possible, he decided to go along with the game for the time being. It was his priority to find out which one of his colleagues took the studies seriously and which one of them were there only to get drunk so that he could figure out who his allies and his enemies were.

He walked out to the hall and then closed his door behind him, locking it with the key shortly afterwards. After ensuring that it was locked by trying to open the door, Edward placed the key in his pocket and then turned around to face his team while leaning against the wall next to his door. "I shall leave it up to you two to decide what this "consequence" for the opposing team will be." Was it time now to introduce himself? A question that ran through his mind several times along with a few others. When was the best time to introduce oneself in a situation like this? Was it before or after the snarky and "rude" comments? At that point, he decided to just hold off any information about himself until somebody asked. He then noticed another girl walking into the hallway, exhausted from the trip there much like him when he initially boarded the ship. For a moment, Edward realised how lucky he was to not have a roommate. This not only gave him access to more space for himself, but also meant that he would have to share less. The added bonus of not having someone leech off of his work did not sound too bad either.

Jackson stopped rubbing the back of his neck when Nia suddenly skipped over to him with a new nickname, "Jack-attack." He slightly furrowed his brows at the redhead's question as he racked his brain for any warnings. "You can't hide where it's completely impossible to find you . . like locking a room the seeking team doesn't have the keys to," His gaze shifted over to the rest of the people in the group as he continued, "Another thing is that you can't switch hiding spots." So far, that was all Jack could think about in terms of limitations. Nothing else seemed to strike him as off limits.

Lav's random response to his earlier statement caught the guy off guard though. She wanted his team to get crazy drunk, while James chimed in about having the other team run around stark naked. Jackson froze at their ideas, especially James's later addition about screaming embarrassing statements in the nude. This group was an interesting combo.

On that note, Jackson started walking to the ship's deck. "Seeking team will give you five minutes to hide, starting now," He smoothly turned his body toward the end of the hall dodging another seemingly lost student. "Odd rooms on the right and evens on the left," His voice echoed down the main corridor he was now walking in. In all honesty, Jackson would have invited the newcomer to have a round with the rest of the group. However, the clock was ticking and inviting her meant repeating the rules all over again. I'll catch up with her next time.

Once Jackson arrived on deck, he leaned on the railings along the ship's edge. His eyes studied the endless ocean the S. S. Angel was floating on, while the breeze effortlessly blew his hair toward one side. Pretty soon they'd be docking in South Korea, but first they had to go through a day's worth of classes. The masquerade welcome ball! Jackson shut his eyes suddenly remembering the ship-wide event taking place the following night before arriving at Incheon. First class, then welcome ball, and finally Korea. That was the schedule Jack and his classmates were up against.

Within a few moments, Jackson looked over his shoulder to watch James and Nia leave the deck. Five minutes had quickly flown by. The three of the current seeking team parted ways looking for the others around the ship. They agreed to meet at the dock again once everyone was found. Jackson walked around his third of the ship looking under tables and behind doors. However, no one could be found. Dang they're good. He briefly glanced at the dock through one of the windows checking his teammates' progress and almost wanted to punch himself in the face. James, Nia, Edward, and Lav were already standing with one another wondering where the other two people were.

Alright, if I was Sara where would I hide? A light bulb flashed in Jackson's head causing him to quickly make his way back to his side of the ship. He only knew the girl for a few moments, but she wasn't afraid to get herself into unusual circumstances. Sara knocking on an open door with two much taller guys, straight up flicking James in the head, or randomly reentering a group that didn't notice her leave gave Jackson the right picture. She was like a book getting pushed between two larger ones, randomly falling down and hitting someone on the head, or being there but not there. Maybe you didn't get it, but Jackson did. Soon enough he found Sara asleep in one of the empty lower bookshelves in the ship's library. He smirked looking at the wiped out woman resting in a wooden structure, "Morning."

Eventually, the two made their way back to the deck rejoining the rest of the gang that awaited their arrival. It didn't take long for the teams' roles to switch prompting Jack to immediately head for his new room. On the way over, he received his new keys from Robert and slid into Room 8. The only person he knew had access to the place would be Lav. Most likely she would think that he didn't have keys to his new room yet. I'm not breaking any rules. Jackson thought quickly lying down on the lower bunk and putting a couple body pillows next to him before flinging the sheets over his body. At least he could sleep while they all played the game.

So he slept . . until he heard his door swing open. Lav could be heard pacing around their room causing him to hold his breath. Any slight movement would be a dead giveaway. All of the sudden, Jackson felt the blanket slightly move to the side. That's when he knew he was done for. It all happened too fast though. Before Jack could admit defeat, Lav made her way into his blanket and placed her face right in front of his. Some other stuff happened, but Jackson was too frozen to even think about it. After a few moments, the two of them returned on deck. As of then, it looked like his team was losing.

Lav Koda

Lav had chosen to hide behind a random closet door that was by the pool table in the lounge, which of course was a foolish hiding spot. But she had panicked and slid in without second thought. She was beginning to be hopeful that she wouldn't be caught until the redheaded girl spotted her. She still didn't know her name. But she squeaked with fear when the closet door was gripped and opened. She then made a 'tch' sound and crossed her arms, frowning. "Damn it." Koda grimaced, then jogged off to go seek. Either side was fun. "Good luck redhead girl!" She laughed as she disappeared down a hall. The main hall where the rooms were.

Lav was admittedly unapologetic about the way that she seeked out Jackson first, deciding that he might think it clever to hide in the new room. However, he was wrong. It may have been clever from the others, but Lav was a broad thinker. That's what made her a good seeker. When she said 'Boo,' and 'Nice hiding spot,' sarcastically, the man just peered at her like she was an alien creature. With a shrug, she exited after him and returned to the deck. She followed behind him, whistling rather eerily to strike fear into the hearts of those hiding. She smirked derisively, wondering what Jackson thought of her. She would survive if it were negative as it seemed, but she preferred a functional relationship considering the two were sharing a room. It would just be awkward otherwise. Even if she didn't really feel 'awkward'.

At one point, her back cramped up as it usually did, spasms shooting through it. Thanks Dad. Was the two word troubled sentence that came to mind as she froze in place, groaning under her breath. It really hurt. But it was better than her hurting in other places like she had before. Groaning again, this time quieter and more like a breath escaping her body, she carried on searching and pushed the thoughts of her father from her mind. She didn't want to deal with his face popping up in her mind. She just might vomit on someone by mistake.

Lav began to feel her heart race, winding her. "You go on Jackson. I've gotta-- catch my breath real quick. Get 'em." She laughed with hope in her eyes; a hope that she was gradually pushing forward like a syringe into a vein. It was obvious that something was wrong, and she barely made it to a chair before passing out. Heart failure. One hell of a thing. Some days her legs swelled quite unattractively. She bit her cheek and sighed twice. Once because of annoyance with herself, and the second time because she couldn't catch her breath. All the squatting and crouching and peering around was enough to get her like this. She prayed that Jackson would just obey and carry on, not bothering with asking questions.

In her new room, on her empty bed, Lunabï brought her bare legs up to her chest, hugging them and continued watching Hell's Kitchen on her iPad that was by her feet, smiling a little as Gordon's chefs made it through dinner service with barely any duds. As the episode drew to a close, she looked up and around her new room. It helped that she had no roomate but the new surroundings made her feel empty and a little sad. She really wanted to go to her sister's room but just decided to sleep, leaving her iPad on the nightstand and getting changed in the bathroom, even though she was alone.

Once changed, she took off her glasses and set them on top of her iPad, getting into bed and lying there, eyes open, staring at the blurry ceiling.

And so the game of hiding had begun with Edward's team being the first to hide. They were given 5 minutes to do so and with them being already new to the boat, he was sure that nobody knew of a good spot to hide. He opened up the layout of the boat that he had on his phone as he entered his room, making as much noise as possible. Making his way to his shelf, Edward took his white hoodie that he had brought with himself and wore it on top of his shirt. The idea was to just hide in plain sight in the bar while enjoying a drink and an article he was meaning to read for a while. With the knowledge that him making this much sound would give an idea as to where he would be looked for, he decided to take the longer route to the bar while making as much noise as possible instead of heading directly there. Once he got there, Edward bought himself a cup of Earl Grey tea and then sat down on one of the seats with his hood down. After 5 or so minutes, he did not even care about the game and could not wait for someone to find him so that he could go back to his room. His prayers were heard as another taller boy had found him. Edward reacted with a long sigh and a slow clap, not knowing that it was the other team's turn to hide now.

5 minutes had passed and Edward had no idea where to look and who to look for. To him, mindlessly wandering around the cruise ship and hoping to get lucky was simply moronic. In order to cut short the amount of time he wasted playing the game, he needed some sort of clue to go off of. After walking for a while, his eyes caught a small strand of red hair. It no doubt belonged to the redhead on the enemy team, a person he did not interact with at all, which might have meant that it did not help him in the slightest. Nevertheless, he tried to remember what the girl said exactly when talking to her roommate before the game had begun.
"Ooh. I like her"
"Yo. Jack-attack" 'boom. Nickname' "is anywhere off limits for this?"
This was good because at that point, Edward had both a target and a general idea of the kind of person this target might be. He then tried his best to get an idea her personality from these lines of dialogue so that he could know where to look for.
Childish. Easily gets attached to people. Very emotional. Most likely is emotionally unstable, switching from one to the other in minutes. Very animated. Direct. Not cunning.
He then closed his eyes and brought into his mind all of the facilities that the boat offered in order to go through a process of elimination and try to find where the girl might be hidden.

Library/Study Area - Impossible. Not the bookworm type.
Clinic - Certainly not. Not even sure if they would be allowed there.
Internet Café - Not too likely, considering how an Internet Cafe is not a place with good hiding spots...to the average person that is.
Lounges - It is a place most might consider "too easy" so no.
Restaurants/Bars - Would interfere with service and would easily be given away so no. She also wouldn't be the type of person to hide in plain sight. Not sly.
Pool - Unless she can breathe underwater, no.
Store - Same case as the restaurant.
Spa/Sauna - Same case as the restaurant with even fewer hiding places as spas and etc. are open ended places.
Theatre - Possible. Although, the theatres are probably closed and I am sure she wouldn't buy a ticket just for this stupid little game.
Fitness Center - Everyone is tired to a degree. She would probably not even think of going there.
Students' Rooms - Too obvious.
Ballroom - With the type of person she is, I am sure that the Ballroom is where she would be hiding. Although, the ballroom is probably only open for big events and whatnot, leading to the first place to look for being the classrooms.
Classrooms - Very likely for a person like her to be here. It is a place familiar to most people and with every other option being exhausted, it would be the ideal place to start.

Edward opened up his phone to look at the layout of the boat once more, heading towards the classrooms in order to find this girl. Once he entered the facility, there was added issue of him having to go into to every single classroom to look for her. He groaned to the idea and instead went by the classrooms one by one at first in order to see if she covered her tracks well enough. After walking past a number of classrooms, he noticed that the handle to the doors of one of the classrooms, had been left tilted lower than all the other classrooms. With maintenance being done recently due to how the boat had just been set into motion, he knew that a change like this was likely the girl closing the door behind her, and was not an anomaly. Edward knew that he was grasping at straws at that point. But with games like these, getting lucky was the general idea. Upon entering the classroom, he took a second to look all of it over. With the student desks being minimalistic ones that could not be hid around, the only place that she could possibly be in would be somewhere around the teacher's desk. He was tempted to go and check himself, but instead decided to not waste any more energy. Edward simply cleared his throat to make his presence known. "You can come out now." He then leaned against the door frame, waiting for her to come out.
