Unique RPs?

Are (almost) completely unique RPs not allowed if they share multiple themes? The one I have in mind is an over-headcanoned (it's 100% original, spare for a few designs and names) Minecraft which I've worked on since 2011 (the number of years makes it obvious as to why it's strayed from its source material). But anyway, if you know Minecraft, virtually anything exists alongside each other, which has resulted in mine having a fantasy/medieval-esque continent, a futuristic one, a modern-day one, and one based on feudal Japan and mythical Asia, along with one based on the mythology I created. Is this fusion of genres not allowed/commonly paid attention to on here? My normal RP buddy is never on Skype and it's kinda depressing...
