Unforgivable
Twenty years ago the world woke up to a war between vampires and humans.
Vampires had been living amongst humans, not wanting to attract too much attention to themselves in fear of being annihilated. Whenever a vampire was caught doing something wrong in the opinion of humans they would be sentenced and it was not unusual for them to be sentenced to death. It depended on the judges, if they were in a good mood or not. If they thoroughly despised vampires or not. It was not a fair process, only vampires with money could barely afford to have a minimal punishment.
Humans had special vampire extermination facilities who had the equipment to defend themselves against their kind. However some abused their power and would torment the innocent with their technology. The equipment became better with the years and so grew their power in this world. The families who had members in the VAF (Vampire Extermination Facilities) were admired as not everyone could join them. They had to succeed in both physical and mental tests to see if they were fit for the job or not.
There was one big clan called “Moons” which was a huge threat to the VAF. They didn’t do anything wrong yet there was this feeling about them that nobody could deny. A dangerous one. Eventually attitudes changed and vampires started to get sick of the treatment they received from these humans. Being looked down upon, being treated like garbage, etc. It was bound for trouble to start. So that was why twenty years ago a war broke out between humans and vampires. They fought for freedom or power. It went on for two years before the war calmed down. Both sides had their losses and due to the death of the important people in “Moons” the group was forced to disband. However, vampires got more power in the process. Being equal to humans now it seemed to have become better.
Five years ago two new clans rapidly build up their reputation. One was called “Sapphire Fang”, the other “Venom”. Both clans were dangerous but had a different mind-set.
> Sapphire Fang: Their goal is to maintain their power as it is, not wanting to start another great war between the species. However when they’re on the verge of losing their power, they will fight for their rights.
> Venom: Their goal is to gain more power. They have quite a big territory, a little bigger than that of Sapphire Fang. They don’t back away from a fight and aren’t afraid of getting into trouble with the VAF.
The VAF still existed this time. However because of the rising threat, they’re recruiting more people again to protect the humans from any harm. They have several ranks:
1) Reapers (the most skilled)
2) Shadows (assistants of the Reapers)
3) Strikers (have experience in the field but their skills still need improvement)
4) Recruit (newbies)
