I warn you in advance this is not going to be the usualy detailed pitch. This is trail balloon, i check for interest on a premise before i take the trouble of writing up the juice lore. Who knows maybe we work together and make up the lore together, am I happy to collaborate. Not to set the appropriate mood in the most succinctly manner possible:

So yeah, this is set in an alternate history Cold War scenario of the 80s but the world is a little more divided. It is not just a conflict of East V West, e.g no NATO with say Europe and the British Commonwealth in a faction separate from the USA, maybe and African faction or a South American. Evil Genius pc game world is a good idea of what i have in mind. A series of events had brought this world to the brink of WW3 before at the last moment evidence came about that a mysterious third party was involved, a secret organization with its reach everywhere. This revelation spurs the members of the UN to form a task force made up agents and analyst of Intelligence agencies from across the world to join forces and investigate this secret organization and it motives.
However, teaming up against a common enemy doesn't mean that everyone is friends, these people were rivals just a week before. Not to mention who knowns who is truly behind the secret organizations? So the Agents don't know who to trust. So its daring missions, guns, gadgets, globe-trotting, seductions, mind games all the fun stuff.
