Umm....Having trouble with recruitment

I know this is probably a very common topic... but,


Im having trouble getting people to join my rp any advice


Also I was thinking the site could use an idea box that sorts and presents ideas for the sight, for things like making recruitment's easier and stuff

Nothing goes easy on recruitment anyway.


You have to make the components of the RP interested for RPN if you want to recruit RP-ers. From story, plot until every components of the RP you want must be interesting and attracted.

What you guys need to check out is our fancy pants interest checks forum.


That's easily the most active part of the site for those that are looking to join a group role play.


You can lay down a premise for a role play there even before you've created the role play (if you would like to test the waters and see who would be interested first).


There's also the equivalent of that for one on ones, called looking for partners (1x1).


Also, be sure you've added tags to your role play!

Basically, the tags are another way to filter role plays, and once the site as a whole gets used to it, it will be very handy to help people looking to join a role play.


If you're still having problems recruiting after a few days of going through all of that, shoot me the link to your role play and I'll try to give you more specific advise.


I guarantee you though that those two little things will help you out, if only just a little bit.
