How come i never said welcome to you? so.... welcome to you!! have fun! and i can't stand memes too, the best jokes are the ones who stay shortly.So...<clasps hands together> I'm ShadowGamer. We'll start off with that. I'm pretty new to the site here (obviously), so I hope you'll pardon the awkwardness. Now, I'm probably not a hardcore RPer like most people on here, so I'm not sure how many RPs I'll get involved with when I'm on the site. Also, I don't normally spend a lot of time on the Internet (emphasis on "normally"), so if I do RP with someone, I apologize if I don't get back immediately.
Anyway, enough of the apologies, let's get to learning stuff about myself:
-I'm a gamer (hence part of my name); grew up with video games, not expecting to stop playing anytime soon.
-I grew up with Nintendo and still live with it today; nobody said I still can't like it as an adult.
- Just because I Nintendo games doesn't mean all I have is Nintendo; I also happen to like Sonic, Kingdom Hearts, and yes, even Skylanders (it has a nice childhood charm to it).
-I've only started playing on a PlayStation; if I mention Uncharted or Marvel vs. Capcom, cool your jets, I've only skimmed the surface on both series.
-I like to watch cartoons and (some) anime; for some reason, animation draws me in more than live action does. Strange? Maybe, but that's just me.
- One of my favorite anime is One Piece; great mixture of action, comedy, and drama. I'm...still trying to get caught up, though...(^-^")
-I can be a little picky at times, so if I come across as..."difficult" to deal with, I apologize.
-This may come as a shock, but...I don't like memes. There, I said it. You guys may like them, but I can't stand them.
Whew...that was a lot more than I thought I was gonna type. Well, at least I gave you guys a briefing about me; I hope I don't sound like a jerk. Really, I'm a nice guy, so you don't have to be afraid. Here's to some interesting times here on RP Nation!

Ah, it's alright; I don't mind. I could've been hit with worse messages (as seen earlier on this post X'D). Plus, it's not like I've made many other posts for people to respond on if they wanted to strike up a chat. ...Maybe I should post more often...but about what...?

Anime and manga talk plus videogames you can put here: Entertainment
There's also a ton of conversations already going you can jump in on.
Though there might be moments where you see some asinine responses don't let it bother you or scare you away from having fun. That ignore feature works wonders

Good to know. XD You wouldn't believe the amount of grief I dealt with when Nintendo's Miiverse was still active. Trolls, impersonators, garbage posts, it was nuts! Just to be clear, I never meant to not welcome people, however, this thread was created and subsequently died last year xD By commenting on the thread it has pulled this one to the top of the list, pushing newer ones lower down. It's nice to welcome people and make friends and such, just try to keep it to recent posts rather than ones made over a year beforehand ^-^
