So...<clasps hands together> I'm ShadowGamer. We'll start off with that. I'm pretty new to the site here (obviously), so I hope you'll pardon the awkwardness. Now, I'm probably not a hardcore RPer like most people on here, so I'm not sure how many RPs I'll get involved with when I'm on the site. Also, I don't normally spend a lot of time on the Internet (emphasis on "normally"), so if I do RP with someone, I apologize if I don't get back immediately.
Anyway, enough of the apologies, let's get to learning stuff about myself:
-I'm a gamer (hence part of my name); grew up with video games, not expecting to stop playing anytime soon.
-I grew up with Nintendo and still live with it today; nobody said I still can't like it as an adult.
- Just because I Nintendo games doesn't mean all I have is Nintendo; I also happen to like Sonic, Kingdom Hearts, and yes, even Skylanders (it has a nice childhood charm to it).
-I've only started playing on a PlayStation; if I mention Uncharted or Marvel vs. Capcom, cool your jets, I've only skimmed the surface on both series.
-I like to watch cartoons and (some) anime; for some reason, animation draws me in more than live action does. Strange? Maybe, but that's just me.
- One of my favorite anime is One Piece; great mixture of action, comedy, and drama. I'm...still trying to get caught up, though...(^-^")
-I can be a little picky at times, so if I come across as..."difficult" to deal with, I apologize.
-This may come as a shock, but...I don't like memes. There, I said it. You guys may like them, but I can't stand them.
Whew...that was a lot more than I thought I was gonna type. Well, at least I gave you guys a briefing about me; I hope I don't sound like a jerk. Really, I'm a nice guy, so you don't have to be afraid. Here's to some interesting times here on RP Nation!

We've got all kinds ranging from modern to medieval to futuristic. I myself am prone to fantasy, medieval or futuristic rp's, and I am a sucker for romance and a good love story. Trust me when I say we almost have it all!! Feel free to help yourself to the cookies and punch at the table.
