So ummm, My thread to make an RP is set on wait for an Approval? Why is that?

Mm so! There's a spam filter that gets a bit overzealous sometimes with new users, and when it catches stuff, it has to be manually approved by a mod. That filter will go away once you get a few more posts around the forums! I recommend participating in the RP Discussions & Advice section, I usually find those discussions really fun.
It'll get approved as soon as a mod gets on and does so! Doesn't usually take more than a few hours, though it can sometimes depend on the time of day or the holidays. It won't hold you back long!
