Hikaru is an outgoing personality, easily making friends with almost anyone he meets. He's not big on overly
serious people and subconsciously tends to mess with them. He defuses most tense situations with humor and wit.
There are no limits he won't go to to help those in need of assistance, it's one of the main reasons he
is generally late to the places he needs to be. However, due to his Genjutsu proficiency, Hikaru has the tendency to get extremely sadistic
when it comes to fighting someone, choosing to use his wits above all else to take down his enemies.

Biography
Hikaru had a standard childhood and was considered a savant when it came to genjutsu. Up until he became a Chunin, there was not much to actually talk about in his life, he had been in a couple of life or death situations, but that was normal. During the Chunin exams, he gained the ability of the Magenkyou Sharingan as a result of watching one of his squad members and best friends die as a result of bad luck, bad footing, losing track of their surroundings and falling neck first on a shuriken.

Using the leaves, if Hikaru's chakra makes contact with the opponent, he can start to cast genjutsu
- Forest of Tsukuyomi
Using a large amount of chakra, Hikaru can create eyes on the leaves and use his Magenkyou Sharingan to cast stronger illusions. The large output of chakra limits this move to once every three days
