Fantasy UA Academy for Growing Heroes

Adam Ishimura

As Adam woke up in his small barely covered bed he felt a sharp stinging pain in his hands, Adam looking down to his gloved hands as he saw them clamping onto his mattress, Beads of sweat falling down his chest as he sat up looking at his empty room, Numerous bags spread out on the floor as he shook his head, Messy blonde hair covering his vision as he muttered to himself "Today's the day, I'm going to ace my grades at this school and finally make someone proud!" Adam let out a small burst of laughter at his small motivational speech as he got off the bed to get changed into his new highschool uniform, the clothing fitting a bit too tight on him as he loosened the tie, It was the last day he had to spend in this hell hole called home, Adam tightening his gloves as he set off his 3 duffle bags in each hand He began to make his approach towards the UA school gates.

As the young teenager ran past numerous amounts of various shapes and sizes of students, he stood to attention as he looked at the UA school gates, An excited smile upon his face as he began to breath in like he was punched in the gut, Adam letting out an overly excited "HELL YEAH!" As he dropped his duffle bags by his feet, He looked like a 6 year old in a candy store and he was left with six thousand yen in his wallet. Adam began to take long dramatic steps onto the UA academy grounds in a childlike daze as he began to look around, His bags still sitting before the gates of the school

As Adam walked around the grounds of UA Academy so many new sights broadened his horizons and some bringing back past bad memories, One shadowy figure sticking out in general, A crow like face with a normal human body, The young boy slightly freaking out at the sight of this transfiguration, It was clear that he wasn't introduced properly to the students of UA academy

Emina Fukuhara

The young girl woke up, looking around the room she had slept in, sitting on the couch with a blanket draped over her legs. It was mostly clean, a big backpack and two duffel bags in a corner of the room. She took a deep breath, letting it out slowly. She was sad she had to leave this place, but she also knew that she didn’t really have the money from her parents to stay there. Her parents had died when she was young, her father had been quirkless, joining a fight he had no chance of winning, and her mom suddenly died after from a broken heart. Emina's quirk had been inherited from her mother, the ability to turn invisible and back to visible after a while, though it all depended on her physical capabilities. She was happy though, she would get to attend UA Academy, train to harness her quirk effectively, and hopefully make new friends. She stretched, standing, and then made sure she packed everything needed, getting some toast and eating it hurriedly.

She ran to the school, carrying her bags with a little difficulty, and carrying the toast in her mouth. She had cut through some alleys, using them as shortcuts, unaware of any villains, and arriving at the school entrance with a couple minutes to spare. It was really hard to run with two heavy bags in both hands and a huge backpack on her back. Arriving at the school gates, she stopped, looking at the school in awe. This was going to be her first step to entering a new style of life. She had stopped at the front gate, panting heavily, then looked down to see three bags on the ground in front of her.

“Did someone leave their bags here?” She looked around, not really knowing anyone, but decided to see if she could at least find the owner of the bags. “Hello? Anyone? There’s some bags here!” she yelled, trying to get attention directed towards her.

She sighed, her toast starting to slip out of her mouth and onto the ground. This was not exactly what she expected from her first day, but it was still interesting in a way. She moved out of the way from the other students walking in, making an effort to keep out of the way of the students wanting to get into the school past her. After a few minutes, Emina grabbed the bags by the straps, trying to lift them with her own, but ultimately couldn’t, falling onto the ground from the weight.

Returning from his hero work with Sir Nighteye, Alastor stopped for a moment in front of the gates to UA Academy and allowed his thoughts and memories to flow through him. He was in his third year at the school, and in a way it had become a second home for him; something that was a very strange feeling to have for someone who didn't often form attachments to anything. The boy was a scholar at heart and almost always had a goal on his mind, but he'd lost count of the amount of times his teachers had helped him out with things if he was struggling at all, especially in those early rescue missions where he had struggled with empathy and having any sort of concern for the people that were "in danger". It hadn't taken him that long to overcome that, but he still had a ways to go.

It was hard to believe that he was there in front of the gates again, not just as a student but also as a teacher's aide. He'd been asked to help make sure things ran smoothly for the opening ceremony for the first years that were starting that day, but he'd been planning on being there anyway. His younger sister was starting her first year at the academy, and he was going to make sure there were no problems at all for her. If he had to make a display of power to show what the first years could expect, he had no objections to that (he was almost hoping he did have to) but with any luck he'd have the whole ceremony done quickly and efficiently so he could go and do the other thing he still had to do.

Crystal Warden (also banner in progress)
Standing at the gates to the academy, Keira Nex could barely contain her excitement. She was finally there, finally about to begin her academia at the best hero school in the nation. For the last week she'd been packing and unpacking things nearly constantly, a flurry of anxiety and sheer joy flowing through her at all times. It was this moment she'd been working towards for the last few years, this moment that was going to change everything, and it was this moment she could finally be herself and not have to pretend like she was the delicate flower her parents and brother seemed to think she was. Looking up at Alastor who was standing next to her, she opened her mouth.

"You know you didn't have to be here. I can take care of myself, Alastor. In just a few moments, I'll actually be enrolled here!" She said, the nervousness displaying in her voice prominently.

"You're already enrolled, Keira. That's why you're here. If you're so eager to get in and be called out in front of everyone, then go ahead; take the first step" Came the monotonous response from the girl's older brother.

Without another word, Keira mustered up every bit of courage, took a deep breath, and simply stepped through the gates. It was such a small movement, but a huge step for her personally. There, that wasn't so hard. Now I just need to go in and wait for my name to be called out...in front of everyone. Oh god, she thought, going slightly red at the mere thought of it. Heading forward, she nearly tripped over the three bags in front of her, barely catching herself and stopping herself. She looked around, unsure of who owned them, before hearing the chuckle of her brother. Turning and glaring, he quickly stopped, cleared his throat, and walked off. Moving on from that, she turned her gaze to the girl who was calling out for the owner of the bags.

"I don't know who owns them, but if you find them make sure they pick them up. Someone could trip on these" she said, before going to walk ahead and inside. All of a sudden a cold feeling of panic washed through her body as she realised something terrible. Looking back at the girl again, she spoke.

"H-hey, do you know where it is we're supposed to go?"

Staz Alighieri - Yahiko
Staz was in the middle of leaving his house after getting cleaned up and dressed. Carrying a duffel bag with him mostly containing the school uniform and his own items mostly clothes, though he did have a few school utensils so after packing everything he actually wanted too he made his way towards U.A. He already knew he was going to run into new-comers staring in awe by the front gate as it happened the year he got hear as well from the others students not believing they were actually attending the school. But he lived not too far as he was just strolling down the street really from his house to the school.

After awhile of walking slowly for about fifteen minutes he finally reached the school gates and saw two girls there, he could tell both were new as he saw one near the front of the school facing towards the one at the gates on the ground which he had noticed after looking down that she three had quite a bit of luggage with her, this only got a slight chuckle out of him as he walked forward and shook his head slightly. "If both of you are new here, which you are, I can already tell. You need to goto your assigned rooms if you haven't gotten those yet look for any first years that seem new but know where they are. Also, sorry for being rude and just assuming things but that's just how I am, and I doubt that I'm wrong about my assumptions towards the two of you, but my name is Staz Alighieri or you may call me Yahiko, anything works really cause I don't care. Also I'm a 2nd-Year if I forgot to say that."

He looked back towards the two again and still saw the girl with the bags on the ground to which he sighed and went over to her, helping her up and taking the duffel bags from her. "Let me handle this, I'll just put these with the principle, see if they can get returned to whatever other first year ran through and forgot their stuff, its a usual thing, not gonna lie. But its annoying too since we'd have to take it in as its still property." He took the bags by the straps and put them over his shoulder and let out a small groan. "Speaking of which.. Since I'm till here I may as well get to know the two of you and help you find your class or whatever you're here for if you want, other than that I'll have to make a detour towards the principles anyways and then you two could ask him where you're going."

Emina Fukuhara
"It's usual?" Emina said, getting up with a boy's help and grabbing her own bags, slinging one over her shoulder. This was her first year, so it was surprising to her to meet someone who had gone to UA at least one year before her. She looked embarrassed, though tried to look as professional as she thought a hero should look. She looked at the new girl, just noticing she had asked her a question. "Oh, uh, I'm not too sure. I thought it would be in the gym or somewhere, but I haven't looked too closely at my papers."

Emina adjusted her bag on her shoulder. She started to daydream without notice, remembering how her father would teach her about defensive fighting, mostly keeping her arms up in front of her face, her fists gripped as much as she could. It was great to train with him, until the day there was a fire at the dojo he would work at. The reports talked about blue fire, but could not identify the perpetrator. Everyone inside, on the other hand, was a victim, either having severe injuries or dying. Her father lost his life that day, though she did feel inspired by seeing All Might save many of the victims with injuries.

She snapped out of her daydream, realizing the boy had offered her and the other girl a trip to the principal's office to figure out where they need to go. This was very handy, as Emina nodded at him. "Oh thank you, I wouldn't mind getting some help. I actually left my map of the campus at my old place, and I can't really go back there now." Emina looked at the girl, smiling a little. "Do you want to come with us? Maybe we can sit next to each other if we get the same classroom."

Crystal Warden (banner still wip because lazy)

Despite asking where they had to go, Keira hadn't actually expected an offer to be escorted to the ceremony. Almost immediately after the offer by the girl and the 2nd year, she nodded. "Sure, that would be great. Thank you" she said. "My name is Keira Nex. It's nice to meet you, Yahiko, and you too" she said, looking at first the boy and then the friendly girl. If everyone was as helpful and upfront as the two there, it shouldn't be too hard to blend in a little and get along with everyone.

Despite the good first impressions, she couldn't quite shake the thought that they weren't just other students, but also competition. It wasn't like she wanted them to not do so well or anything, far from it; she wanted to see others prove that they are the kind of heroes U.A is known for putting out, or maybe even better. Rather, she was just eager to be capable of being called the #1 hero. A symbol of peace and the kind of person that caused others to feel safe, someone who could always save the day no matter the odds. #2 would be a great accomplishment too, but it wouldn't quite be what she was after. Oh crap, there she was giving an internal monologue. Overthinking everything, even analysing people as best as she could. Maybe it ran in the family. Damn Alastor, rubbing off on her.

Taking a quick glance over her shoulder to make sure Alastor wasn't preparing some sort of assasination plot on the first boy who had spoken to her (she was half serious with that thought), she stepped over to Staz and began walking towards where she could only assume was her class.
