I know those eyes
A sea of people dancing and swaying in time to the light music the band permeated through the air. Sparkling gowns and suits, stunning faces and people some would only ever talk about not ever seeing in person. Lights suspended by magic hang in the air of the cavernous hall. Though it seems warm and inviting. Colors drift through the glass as the sunsets and the decorations were carefully places.
Even through the crowded hall you see her. Surrounded by people with a nervous smile on her face as her eyes darted from face to face. It had been years since you saw her. You thought she had died! Everyone believed her to be dead but there she was. Standing in your hall. Her eyes caught yours and for a moment you thought there was a spark of recognition deep within the pools of bright blue and teal. Perhaps it was wishful thinking but soon it was gone. Replaced with a small wave and anxious smile painted on her lips.

Basically the story is your character and my character knew each other extremely close (maybe even were together) then my character died. Supposedly at least. Years past and life went on then at your character's party she just... shows up. But she doesn't seem to remember anything about your character or anyone else aside from who she is.
Your character has to struggle with the realization that she isn't dead and most likely never was as well as either start over fresh or try to get her to remember them.
It's just a fucking mess
I have a vague storyline in mind and was hoping I could find someone who would be willing to do it with me. My main character is a count's daughter who is being sent away accompanied by a small team because a war is getting too close for comfort. Now! I understand just playing the team with her might not be as fun for people so I am more than willing to double up! To add my own team with them so you can also have a MC!
If we do that maybe our two main characters are close friends who were sent away together because their parents know if they were sent separately they'd get into trouble trying to find one another!
It'd be medieval high fantasy so p much anything goes! Giant orc dude? You know it, small winged boyo? Of course! Bards, knights, mages, and shifters? Hell yeah!!
Not to mention the war setting would allow for some fight scenes and hella drama!
