Fantasy Turn of the Dark Ages

Adare hears him eating the squirrel and walks over to him and slaps him on the back of the head. " Hey asshole, don't just going around thinking you can do anything in this forrest, I feel everything that happens in this place and I'm getting tired of fgetting up with pain every morning." More animals went near Crom and began to screech and bark at him when he didn't share his food.

Shrugs, "Chimeras got to eat, not my fault you're so damn sensitive" chuckles, twirling his sword, "unless, you're offering special meat, say unicorn or gryphon meat then I'm going to continue eating what I want."

"You think where stupid enough to let you kill us? If so you are mistaken just wait until im out of this vessel you damn snake!" Crom finishes the fish and tosses the scraps to the animals. He jumps out of the tree and walks over to Snakewing. "Its not going to happen!" Crom walks over to a nearby bush and sits down. He sighs and draws his sword. "Can someone help me please?"

Kyro glanced around the edges of the forest panicked by the sudden ruckus being caused by the members. "Please! Settle yourselves. I believe food should be the least of your worries," Kyro muttered. He gritted his teeth once more, he was going to need a lot more patience if he wanted to continue living. "Since it seems we are all antsy I shall immediately take you to the location," Kyro sighed.

He took several steps back. Kyro glanced once more around the edges hoping no humans were nearby. Kyro closed his eyes, soon he felt his soul leaving the vessel at which he owned. Kyro quickly grabbed the vessel though before it could decay before his eyes. He stretched his wings out. Kyro knew he was taking a huge risk but with these rowdy members it held the same degree.

"I entrust that you guys will protect me if harm does come as I shall protect you if harm shall come upon you. Now come quickly. The place I sought is not far off. If you wish to fly on your own that is fine but if you wish to travel quickly climb abroad," Kyro instructed. He had enough of such petty arguments between some members.

"No thank you omigo!" Crom leaves his vessel and appears as a Gryphon. "Finally i can be free! I am free for the first time in years!" He shoots up into the air and waits for a command from Kyro. "So where to now boss man....dragon?" While in the air he hovers while he waits. "Nevermind im just going to fly around until your ready to leave."

Sheds his human vessel, snake tail snapping as he carefully removed the armor and sword, planning on wearing it with his next vessel, carefully stowing both away as he stretched his oversized eagle wings. "Finally, we're doing something." Hovers in the air, flexing his claws, tempted to roar out loud yet deciding against it.

Adare returns to her true form and reveals her true beauty. "I'll juwt follow you guuys there, my bird friends will follow you and tell me which way you went, besidesI'm not a fan of heights in general.

[[seems as if some of us has not read the rules in the Overview tab, if not, then please read over them.]]

"you know what, go **** yourself, I will see you there but I hope you get struck by lightning or something worse. The world will be a lot better with you not in it." Adare began to walk off byherself and stayed alone.

Crom hovered above the leader Kyro while waiting for orders. "Can we please get going i would like to get some more fish when we get there!" He dives towards Kyro and lands on the ground. "Can i ride on your back? that would look pretty funny....wait....never mind ignore what i just said." Crom shoots back up into the air and does a few barrel rolls while waiting to leave this area and go to the special location that Kyro told them about earlier. "So ya um if we could leave and set up camp that would be great....humans scare me enormous amounts....im sorry i need to be more serious i know. But honeslty i need to know where we are going or ill just follow you either way im fine with it. And does the area have dear?"

((I got a little side tracked earlier sorry))

She nodded solemnly, fur sprouting from her back and snout extending. The armor, passed down through the family, was crafted for their kind and morphed with her into a massive wolf, easily five and a half feet tall at the shoulder. Ebony fur glistened under moonlight, red eyes glowing like embers as she sniffed at the sky and dashed into the darkness to patrol their perimeter.

A howl sounded out in the night and it wasn't long until she was dragging back a man in black robes who looked like he might have been from the capital who was screaming in fear.

"Please! Don't hurt me!" He hollered.

Upon hearing the screams Crom dived to the ground and landed. He tilted his head as he inspected the man. ((My character bio explains why i don't talk)) Crom tugged the man away from Nimiah and pulled him towards a tree. He dropped him by a tree and let out a loud squawk. Crom then picked the man back up and held him in his jaws. He walked back over to Nimiah and gave him back. Crom tilted his head again and bit at the man and squawked. He continued to squawk at the man until Nimiah does something.

Nimiah barked, lunging at Crom and snapping her jaws. The fur along her spine was raised as she placed a massive paw on the poor man. She looked to their leader with annoyance. This whole event was incredibly helter-skelter. Letting out a howl loud enough to tremble the trees, she hoped to hush down the group and refocus them.

They would get no where with this banter...

Adare got a bad headache when she heard the loud howl causing the trees to shake and everything to stand still. She turned all of her attention to whatever caused that bad noise. "Can anything get worse around here, I have to deal with animals being killed and getting bad headaches now. Sometimes I just wish that I could be the only one here in this world." Adare kept her focus on the new person and Crom while waiting for everybody else to react or say something.

Continues to hover, waiting for something to do, stretches smiling as his snake tail coils up around him. Glares down at the human, wishing for nothing more then to tear him limb from limb. Mutters under his breath about damned humans, and something along the lines of what he should do with his sword and that man. Silently hovers, hoping to sneak down and attack the human.

The behemoth watched them all in annoyance, scowl darkening to them all bicker and act like fools. It was getting out of control with these creatures, and he was tempted to go ahead and knock them all unconscious and drag them after the dragon, but it seemed the dragon had other plans, with made a growl leave his mouth. He could not rid himself of this vessel yet, he was larger than all of them combined--they'd only make up his snout. Gripping the axe in his hand tightly, knuckles turning white, Scylax started towards the dragon, loosening his grip on the axe so their leader would know he had not intention of using it against him--but just to climb upon his back for now. If he broke out of this vessel, people would get suspicious of the moving mountain that had a head and a long tail with six legs.

Once on the dragon's back, Scylax turned to watch the bickering from the group again, lip pulling back in an annoyed growl. Would they just dispose of the human already? Or did he need to do it for them?

Kyro closed his eyes in annoyance. His eyes opened when he felt Scylax climb onto his back. The last thing he wanted to do was become angry. Really that is the last thing anyone would want to do to a dragon. He walked over to the man and loomed over him but first Kyro turned his attention to the Gryphon. Kyro glared at him and hissed, "If you had any brains you would know better than to be squawking within the midst of the first!"

He could feel it. The fire brightening within him. Kyro then quickly decided he needed to cool or he would combust into flames. He then grabbed the man and muttered, "If one more noise comes from any of you, I will personally hand you to the humans." Kyro at this point did not care if his members did not like him, he could feel he was being forced into the corner of becoming a cruel leader. His spread his wings and flew up into the sky. Without making sure if the others were following he kept low in the skies.

Kyro's eyes scanned the ground. He could feel the human squirming in his claw, and it didn't help that he held his vessel in the other making it seem like a dead body.

Follows, once again happy to have a clear idea of what to do. Flexes his claws as he flies, hoping for some action, quite tempted to ask a question but not doubting the dragon's threat, decided against it since he would prefer not being taken back to the humans. Starts to hum to pass the time.

Crom shook his head in anger when Kyro did not understand what he was trying to say. He then spread his wings and followed Kyro to wherever they were heading. Crom flew higher than everyone else so he did not have to deal with more annoyances from the group. He laughed a bit when he saw the human freak out from the empty vessel. Crom kept flying higher until he felt safe to glide through the air. He spread his wings and glided after Kyro and the group. Crom felt that if he just kept to himself problems would go away like they would while working as a general in the roman military.

Adare kept following the group with help from her birds. She didn't break a sweat and saw that the human was screaming for his life. "That poor man, I'll talk to those savages after we land and decided to do with him. It wouldn't be right to kill him or do anything to drastic." Adare continued to run and follow the group.

As Crom flew through the air he calculated the groups success in fulfilling the prophecy. "So if we continue like this not getting along.....we might die in two days......but if we pull it together we will be sure to fulfill the prophecy. He thought to himself. Other Gryphons would be able to understand what he says but it seems the group does not. "Can someone explain where we are going!" He said with another loud squawk. "Why are you so daft when it comes to my language and history!"

Nimiah watched the group from a distance, keeping near enough to follow but maintaining the integrity of their solitude. She was glad the dragon had laid down the law, but the peace was broken again by the chattering of the bird again.

And the unicorn- did no one think about the creature even more rare on its own behind the group? She slowed a trot, closing in on Adare and kept her head low. She meant no harm to the beautiful one, simply a little companionship and backup if anything crossed their path.

Crom descended towards Kyro. "Excuse me but are we almost there?" Non Gryphons can only hear a squawk from that sentence Crom spoke. "And if we are does it have any nice perches?" Once again those who did not grow up around the language would dismiss it as a squawk. "Also will we be able to hide properly from the humans here? The humans are really crafty and could probably find us quite easily if we are not careful....so no flames or lights of any kind if we are to be sneaky." Crom flew beside Kyro while he waited for a response.

Kyro's head snapped up to the squawking from the Gryphon. Due to his many squabbles with others he happened to understand several languages, except he knew mostly swearing words. But with some knowledge Kyro understood what the Gryphon was speaking. "Of course I know not to light but do you know how to keep quiet?" Kyro hissed once more. He flapped his wings once more. He gazed back down to the ground and soon spotted the location.

"This way," he said. Kyro folded in his wings as he dived down. The human already passed out from such extremity in the air.

Kyro gently landed on the ground with only his hind claws on the ground just to be sure that he didn't crush the man or the vessel.

Where Kyro landed was at a lake at the bottom of valley closed in by mountains. He turned his head back to the man on his back, Scylax. "You can change into your true form if you would like. We are surrounded by mountains, for the most part we are safe," he said.
