There is nothing to fear
Players will be filling the roles of the new heroes of Either the Millennium or the magistrate hero groups. Heroes will not be allowed to be a factionless, period. No exceptions.

Villains on the other hand can choose to either stand alone or a member of Rancor. Each has its pros and cons. Villains on their own are far less well known and thus have less attention on them, but they lack as many resources as Rancor villains and must usually flee from heroes. Rancor villains, on the other hand, are on average stronger, with unknown reasons why, and they possess more resources; however they are prime targets and will only have a limited time to deal with heroes before their backup arrives and overwhelms the Rancor villain.

There is a plot in mind, so be aware the leader of Rancor is already made.No one- even the rancor higher ups- know who he actually is, and instead he is simply referred to as Mr. Rancor. Heroes are not expected to be a perfect goody two shoes. There can be and is actually expected to be realistic depictions of people- we are flawed creatures and gaining superpowers wont change that.

Title: Climax, The Punchline Hero

Personality: Enigmatic and heard to pin down it is often questioned if Climax is ever serious due to the penchant for jokes, pranks or simply pointing out the funny side of the situation in question, regardless of if it can be seen by the others or not. A very physical persona, in general, often punctuating her statements with dramatic movements or theatrical delivery as she flip flops between tone with such speed her true mood can be difficult to confirm her current mindset. Despite all this, there is consistently a strange logic and reason for her actions that may be difficult to decipher resulting in many simply putting it up to her unpredictable nature rather than viewing the bigger picture.

  • Sight Beyond Sight: Climax holds the extrasensory ability to perceive the stress points, fracture planes or weaknesses of those that fall under her gaze be they physical, psychological or even conceptual. These may be attacked or even removed with an unnatural precision to achieve the result she desires. Consistent practice and development have even developed this in order to provide precognitive like abilities by looking inward to her own faults and by this process provide her with the best course of action in any given situation with supernatural precision to her actions.
  • Peak Human Condition: Despite her age, she stands as the peak performance achievable by a normal human standing without flaw, the body of one who regularly engages in intense physical exercise.
  • Trained Acrobatic and Contortionist: Experience within the traveling circuses have allowed Climax to develop inhuman flexibility and co-ordination with there proficiency in the acrobatic and contortionist arts, moving with fluid grace and precision as they mold their body into seemingly impossible positions.
  • Knife CQC: Climaxes go-to weapon of choice appears to be stiletto blades with which they have shown a great deal of mastery in their use, since their joining of the hero organization, however, they have since upgraded their traditional arms with far more advanced models.
  • Subterfuge: Climax has not always been on the best side of the law, she is no stranger to picking pockets as well as locks while going unseen, something she has further refined during her time within the Russian government.

Weakness:
  • Only Human: Despite all their abilities Climax is still effectively human without the multitude of enhancements common among other metahumans
  • Spark of Insanity: The manifestation of their abilities and viewing of all the flaws and faults before them resulted in an unhinging of their perceptions of the world in general, becoming somewhat detached and laughing at a joke that nobody else seems to get.
Backstory:
Born among the snows of Moscow she would spend much of her early life homeless between the surface and Metro for warmth, her mother looking out and protecting her along the way until her unfortunate passing during a particularly difficult winter. From this point on she was on her own, perhaps having turned to laughter as a coping mechanism to the point it became deeply ingrained in her. It was not much after this she would be taken in by a traveling circus after attempting to lift a free meal and getting caught, eventually joining up and learning the ways of the less than ethical performers as they would travel from city to city as she grew up. Finally, with a family of her own to fill the hole left by her mother this would persist for some time until the companies would so happen to be traveling to make a stop off in Cheirnobyl in 1986. A Chance of fate had her drop one of her costume pins shortly before and while going to retrieve it the seperation meant she was safe from what killed the rest of her troop, yet only to be retained by the Russian government for experimentation within the new Bomba trials, being exposed to a pure version of the chemical and managing to survive albeit it mentally scarred. It is unknown whether this was due to her latent ability or simply a lucky twist of fate but she not only managed to awaken her own meta abilities but retain them without repeated doses, medical tests showing a high saturation point within her spinal fluid shortly before her escape.

She has not returned to Russia since this event, has been making her way as a vigilante against the meta threats until her eventual recruitment by the Magistrate. Her full history is relatively unknown to most of those within the group, many assuming her far younger than she appears has not seemed to have aged a day since that bad day in Chernoybl.

Plasma Aura - Axiom is surrounded with plasma for defensive and offensive purposes. He never knew how to control it on his own, as it was always active, making him very dangerous at mid or close range. Becoming almost untouchable and granting them various abilities and attacks. The aura also gives Axiom enhanced physical capabilities such as speed, strength and durability.
Plasmashell Suit - Helps Axiom control and manipulate his plasma aura, allowing him to use plasma-based energies.

Personality: Somewhat ethereal and aloof it is often questioned if the woman cares about anything at all in how she carries herself. Seemingly surrounding herself with items of luxury and wealth but at the same time putting very little value on the material, giving such away as easily as they obtain it. The closest they seem to come from displaying actual interest comes from there interactions with people, displaying actions of great charity yet seemingly gaining little satisfaction from it externally, more curiosity in how they will act when given such and how they will use it, as well as sitting and talking to even the mundane of individual with an unnatural degree of intimacy.

  • Precious Manipulation: Precious holds complete control over the various precious metals and gemstones within her substantial range, able to control such as if it was an extension of her own body at incredible speed. These materials may be freely manipulated and shaped to achieve the result she desires and as a side effect also includes the ability to sense such resources locations when within her reach as well as sense through them as if they shared her presence.​
  • Precious Embodiment: In addition to being able to control such materials externally, her own body is entirely composed of these in one solid mass and able to shift between them and reshape it at will to suit her needs. She is also able to incorporate additional materials should she require in order to further boost her abilities or form beyond the existing superhuman levels.​
  • Business Appraisal: Perhaps due to her observational abilities there are few things that escape her attention or eye, often able to discern the true worth of items and more than simply the monetary value. This combined with her ability to step back and look at the bigger picture has given her remarkably accurate business sense, able to create a substantial amount of wealth in relatively little time. As a result, her true wealth is difficult to ascertain with nobody quite sure just how rich the girl is.​
  • Metallurgy/Gemology: Perhaps a byproduct of her powers, personal research or even passing interest Precious has an almost encyclopedic knowledge of the various precious stones and ores native to the world as well as their alloys and applications. Owning an extensive collection of samples of unique formations or cuts it is believed the collection may actually be worth more than many businesses or even countries you could name on its own.​
  • Pageantry: Something drilled into her from birth she has a talent for the extravagant, though combined with her ethereal nature elevates it to something even more. Well versed within dance, modeling, and fashions, in general, she can flow from one to another with practiced ease.​
  • Armed training: In addition to the flowing of her abilities she has also taken to practicing several forms of spear, lance and staff arts.
    Weakness:
  • Weight Problem: When not actively controlling her abilities Precious density can result in issues interacting with the world due to her sheer mass even without adding resources. This also means that buoyancy is no existent within liquids with an extreme shifting of her shape.​
  • Detachment: As a byproduct of her form, her actual ability to feel has been greatly diminished both in touch as well as taste. It is also believed that this has carried others to her emotional state or perhaps even the cause of it.​
  • Good girls don't need rules: Precious herself holds an extensive list of self-imposed rules and restrictions she uses to govern her actions and choices that she adheres to strictly to the point that even the thought of breaking such is an issue of great stress and apprehension.​
Backstory:
Marigold herself was born to the Midaeum fortune, a long-lived family with deep roots in the countries history coming from old money and entrenched in the lap of luxury. A rich girl who had everything though at the same time was isolated, the only requirement for her lifestyle was not to speak up, to act the part of the good daughter and to put the family image first in every action. It was later that resulted in her being pushed to the limit in the pageantry displays of dance, posing, decorum and more that had resulted then more than a few broken or blooded toes, bruised wrists or else.

When her powers first manifested in her pre-teens it was used as a point of pride of the family to put her even further up on a pedestal, as well as encourage them to use their powers to even further inflate the family wealth with little care given to the girls more withdrawn behavior or troubles. This was until a chance encounter would have her interfere in an attack at one of the grand galas the family was attending, claiming that they should leave the other guests as their own safety was most important and the fallout that came when she disobeyed her family demands for the first time.

This would all culminate in a prolonged display of shouting and admonishment that lead to her finally breaking away from the family, even going to the point of full emancipation. With her newfound freedom, the girl would do a great deal of personal traveling and self-discovery before eventually returning seemingly reborn as the hero Precious and gaining admission into the Magistrate organization. Since then she has been working not only as a hero but also has taken to the establishment of several charities and a great number of photoshoots, modeling appearances and more when time allowed.

  • Preciouses base weight is more than twice that of the Venus de Milo at around forty-two hundred pounds, due not only to her destiny but also her height towering over those around her at almost ten feet. The primary material of her body in its default state is a smooth marble outer layer over Iridium with a multitude of golden highlights and decorations.​
  • Precious is almost solely responsible for new regulations regarding the trade and sale of precious metals and stones following her amassing a ludicrous amount of wealth in their trade to private collectors, social elites and high-end technology firms.​
  • She has almost exclusively used her hero name now in her day to day life showing disdain for her original one outside of close friends, this is mainly due to the relationship she currently has with her parents over treatment growing up.​
  • She is no stranger to magazine covers, photoshoots or celebrity appearances, an ongoing mystery with her angelic appearance inspiring hope when appearing in a dazzling display as the sun glistens from her unique body.​

Standing at 6ft 5in and weighing in at 215lbs he is a tall and athletically built man whos blue hair and eyes mirror the color of his powered form and his famers tan skin being blemish free does tend to make him look younger than he really is.

Personality: Adam is a bit of a serious man but most agree that they would be as well in his shoes. He tends to take his time thinking about things before acting beleiving that his actions hold immense weight. He is very rarely angered seeming instead to always seem to be chipper but with a strong demeanor. He beleives heroes are meant to be beacons of hope which tends to bother him because he sees himself as an embodiment of destruction. Sadly he does not see himself as a competent leader and despite working hard to hold Millennium together.

Powers/Skills:
Form change- Adam can shift into his empowered form either at will or reflexively if his body is damaged. He can loosen the containment ability to vent power but cannot entirely remove it.

Nuclear Fusion Generation/Containment- Adams body can Ignite a process of Fusion with the molecules in the air around him and his own atoms essentially converting his body into a Blue Star though much smaller. He is caoable of giving off massive amounts of Radiation and Energy which he can contain and release at will. His touch in his powered state is like being touched by the sun only much much hotter.

Self Energy/Radiation Manipulation- Adam is capable of changing the wavelegth of his radiation signature to include Xrays, gamma rays, even mimicking brainwaves. To a certain degree he can do the same with the energy he generates however he can only convert his heat into electricity and vice versa.

Atomic Awareness- In his empowered form Adam doesnt see like you and i do. To him everything is varying degrees of vibration and he is painfully aware of each and every atom. That his radiance falls upon while this makes him remarkably perceptive it is the main reason he hates his empowered form.

Weakness:

Containment Breach- If Adams empowered form is damaged, difficult as that may be, and his field is penetrated thats it for adam. He will rupture and detonate with mind boggling force. For him there is no surviving such a thing.

Bomba- the Drug known as bomba has been kept far from Adam and he has never attempted to use it. The effects of exposure are likely to be the overexertion and breeching of his containment field.

Backstory: Adam was actually born in loss angeles but it was clear from the start that a huge coty was no place for the boy. This was made immediately apparent when he was born in his empowered form, the trauma of birth causing him to ignite into a blood red flame and give off small traces of radiation. Luckily for him and his family the US government chose to relocate his family to the outskirts of kansas city where they were given a very large piece of private property. The only conditions would be the private homeschooling of Adam under the care of the Government agency that would become Millennium seven years later.

As it turned out their interest in the boy was with good reason. As he grew the Energy and radioactive output of his Empowered form grew with him. At age eleven his reddish hue gave out to a yellow one like our own sun. He was moved further from kansas city when his parents both began to suffer from a deadly cancer brought about by prolonged exposure to the subtle radiation he exuded even in base form. Distraught he was ready to walk a dark path to forcing people to save his parents but that was when he was found by the hero who would become his mentor. Millennium founding member Soulfox.

Soulfox taught Adam what he could do to help his family himself, teaching him to scan their body with X-rays and targeting the cancer within them with focused blasts of radiation effectively killing their cancer cells and saving them. That was the first step in Adams path towards becoming a hero. As the years crept by his yellow form would shift to white as he neared adulthood and he joined the Millennium organization in 2011. By 2015 his form had shifted into his blue shade he holds today and his power finally seemed to peak out. He couldnt help but feel invincible, which lead to him being a bit rash and self obsessed. All of this was immediately changed in 2019 however when he witnessed the massacre fisthand and having lost his cool directly claimed the lives of several of the attackers. Due to his close relatiinship and the tutalage of Soulfox who was the previous leader of the group Adam was thrust into the position of leader by popular vote amongst the survivors. A position he now feels inadequate to fill no longer convinced of his own invincibility.

Soulfox the mentor of Adam, this hero has Strange psychic powers to read minds and weave illusions which he used to settle conflicts without having to throw a single punch. He perished in the 2019 massacre escorting civilians to safety.

Name: Bishop Towers

Standing at a whopping 6ft 9in and weighin in at 355lbs under normal gravitational conditions Bishop is a very large and intimidating man. His record as a super soldier turned superhero precedes him in every conflict causing most he encounters to surrender before a battle even begins.

Personality: Bishop is a real Hero, able to trade banter with the best of them, striking poses for the camera's, kissing babies the works. However everyone who has any kind of knowledge of history know this to be a part of his new identiy as much as his star spangled costume. He has another reputation that predates his heroic one, one of a supersoldier capable of racking up a kill count of thousands in a matter of minutes. Those who are closest to him know just how much the old Bishop haunts him as he is plagued by nightmares of endless masses welcoming him to join them in death. That said he holds himself together admirably even under stress and in his 20 years as a government sanctioned superhero he has only ever had a single outburst of rage causing him to revert back to old Bishop for a moment. This was during the rancor attack of 2019 where he managed to put down nearly two dozen overdosing metahuman terrorists. Since then he had taken a vacation for a few months to get his mental state in order but he is now back on the job.

Powers/Skills:
Self gravitaional manipulation- Bishop is capable of manipulation his own gravity and how gravity effects him. With over seventy years experience with his powers paired with training and experimentation from the military, and 20 years as a hero he has a wide range of ways to utilize this ability.

Flight- By creating a gravity well above him he can fly even in outer space, furthermore due to the nature of his flight no amount of weight can press him down and he is able to fly whilst holding buildings and large ships by creating larger gravity wells to encompass the object. He can extend this in a field around him to direct mass flight for himself and allies.

Super strength- while not technically possessing strength There is no limit to the weight that bishop can lift in fact the heavier the object the easier it is to lift and throw as he can direct gravities influence on it as long as he touches it. Furthermore he can create psudo singularities in front of his fists to mimic super powerful punches. These are essentially points of hyper gravity that make his fist seem to weigh many tons. He can enhance these hyper gravity points to levels capable of opening up short lived black holes however he only does this in space.

Super durability- while again not possessing actual durability Bishop is capable of numerous ways of negating and mitigating damage applied to him. Physical attacks he can easily handle by creating powerful pulls of gravity that pull the punches away from him allowing him to either alter trajectory or downright stop oncoming attacks. He can also hyper densify the air in front of his skin creating a tightly packed barrier capable of deflecting energy.

Graviton blasts- these are not really beams so much as hyper densified sections of air projected via gravity sling at a target. They can however hit with enough force to knock over buildings or enough precision to knock out a normal man. He can fire them from his hands or eyes or unleash them in an omnidirectional wave attack.

Self sustainable- mostly due to the military pushing his powers to their absolute limit Bishop has gained a secodary mutation that tightened his atoms making him actually stronger and more durable, it also allowed him to feed off of gravitational energy meaning he no longer needs ti breathe or eat. In addition his metabolism and ageing have halted altogether causing him to become immune to disease, poisons or other toxins that target the respiratory circulatory or nervous system. Lastly it immunized him to radiation making him one of the optimal heroes for space operations.

Weakness:
Limitless???- General glory only seems to have limitless stamina because very few things can withstand a full assault from him for very long. He does in fact grow winded if he has to exert himself and using his powers beyond his passive abilities counts as exertion. If exhausted his power may begin to fail.

PTSD- when you drop a meteor on an army of young men it bothers you, even if that army was charging to kill your friends. Many things can trigger flashbacks and a panic within Bishop from the smell of burning bodies to the heat of an explosion against his face. It was an episode like this that actually spurred his legendary fight with adam where he smashed the atomic heroe through several skyscrapers before taking a 3 piece combo that literally knocked him to the moon. When in an episode he is less skilled and controlled and alot more panicky and easy to manipulate.

Family- a few years back the Millennium and Magistrate hero groups were almost dragged into a conflict between each other. All because Valkyrie was about to finish off Glories son For good. The star spangled hero flew halfway across the world to russia in a few seconds and slammed into valkyrie hard enough to stun the steel strong woman and completely destroy her armor. Before she had even recovered Bishop was already looming over her with glowing eyes stating that he would handle it from there. This paired with his bloodlusted rage in the 2019 attack after his granddaughters apparently lethal injury suggests his care for his family may be the best route to getting the upper hand on him

Backstory: Being born a 1 percentile metahuman before the era of peace Bishop was always pursuing what he deemed to be his purpose. At furst he attempted to find it in his family but they didnt have much to offer him in that regard. The peaceful life they had planned for him was by no means what he saw himself as. Instead he knew he would be a guardian, a champion of the ideals he had been raised on. As such he joined the military shortly before the vietnam war. His enthusiasm and power caused him to be the perfect candidate for the War eagle program. This program spent five whole years pushing his power to its absolute limits, training Bishop to subconsciously use his ability until he no longer needed food or water or even oxygen. Sadly with this came the purposely fabricated belief that he was more than human, that his enemies were beneath him and it was morally responsible to crush them beneath his mighty heel.

When the war began he was one of three successful War eagles and he was sent to the vietnam war front while the other two were sent to opposing sides of the western world to stave off russian aggression. This proceeded to be one of the most lopsidded conflicts in US history as soldiers clad in nuclear power armor were lead into battle by a man who could rend steel as though it were paper. Even still the conflict was long from his perspective, the enemy simply refused to surrender even as he wiped away entire sections of jungle and struck down squads of their metahuman soldiers. Bishop was beginning to have second thoughts and doubts when his CO came to him with a plan to end the conflict in one shot.

The vietcong had created a defensive line with tunnels and trenches adorned with enough anti tank, anto air, and anti personnel to break the united states and south vietnam soldiers advancement like a cliff would break a wave. His co mentioned astrononers detecting a near earth asteriod approaching that very night and wondered if glory could alter its course and control its trajectory into the enemy. Bishop found himself able to accomplish this task and wound up slamming a 600 meter long asteriod into the north Vietnamese defensive line. The impact blinded him with its flash and almost immediately tens of thousands perished as the tunnels collapsed after being filled with flames and debris, the trenches were filled with ash and embers and the ground itself seemed to melt and shake as if an earthquake had occured.

As his vision returned Bishop was horrified. It was as if he stood in hell, fkaming boulders rained back down all around him, the ground was practically molten and all around him moans of agony And screams of pain could be heard. Had he really done all of this? Consumed by greif and regret he did what any young soldier would have if they could...he flew home. Much to his surprise his CO understood having himself regretted the decision once he saw the carnage. A few years later and the Russian conflict started and once again sir glory went into the conflict. However his job this time was not ground warfare. He was set to be a support asset for the airforce and navy as they crossed from alaska to Russia. He instead opted to lead the charge and crippled the russian fleet long before the US navy arrived. Tearing out engines, tossing ships onto one another and even pushing them beneath the waves. While this was far less traumatic to him than the meteor strike he still found himself torn. This time it was his humanity coming into question, he began to see himself as human once again and rejected the notion that others were beneath him. Luckily for him this would be humanities last war. He punctuated this conflict with the birth of his son.

He would spend the next six years enjoying a relative peace as he raised his son alongside his loving wife however when the government contacted him with an offer to join the newly thought Millennium hero organization as a founding member he was quick to accept it and spent years fighting alongside the heroes of both the millennium and later the magistrate. However his career has not been flawless, he did nearly start a conflict with the Magistrate after attacking one of their veteran members as she attampted lethal force on his son who had turned villainous due to a bomba addiction. He also stood trial for murder after he punched a clone of himself into a blackhole he had generated near the orbit of saturn however he won that case because of the clone being unstable and created without his consent.

It was the 2019 rancor attack that was the biggest hit to his career however as the hellish destructive nature of the assault triggered a reversion in him. He killed many of the attackers but was by no means checking his surroundings and almost killed a few heroes so adam was forced to incapacitate him with a three shot combo that leveled the old millennium base and launched Bishop all the way to ths moon. After that he took six months of leave and returned recently mostly tacking deep sea rescue and deep space missions.

Extra- Bishops wife stitched his suit herself and its one of his prized possessions. She repaired it fairly regularly and was very supportive of his career. She passed two years before the 2019 attack dying in her sleep of heart problems that ran in her family. Since then he has taken to repairing the suit himself and refuses to modify It.

Personality: Joseph is A rather Unnerving individual. He is stoic and calm even under pressure he seems to possess no fear of death and noticably struggles with the urge to kill his foes outright. He speaks to villains with a knowing tone as if he has himself walked in their shoes and speaks to fellow heroes with a contempt that is barely masked by his willpower and emotional control that far exceeds one of his age. The burden he carries is obvious by the saintlike expectations he has for himself and constant strive to make things better. Perhaps that explains why he seems to possess more skills and expertise than someone his age would be able to otherwise aquire.

Enhanced Strength/Durability- Joseph has since birth displayed heighted levels of physical strength and resistance to physical harm. This power peaked at age 16 with him being able to lift up to 2 tons normally and withstand low yield laser weapons and even being hit by a car with minimal damage taken.

Fractal energy blade- An exceedingly powerful form of energy that acts against the cardinal forces of matter and can sever the bonds of energy. This blade will cut anything other than Joseph. However when using it the energy of the sword flows through him amplifying his speed, reflexes, rate or healing, strength, durability, and stamina to heightened levels though still below that of more physically gifted metahumans.

Mental Immunity- Josephs mind is unable to be read or influenced by even the strongest of telepaths. It has been described by telepaths as trying to mive towards a door with hurricane force winds pushing against them.

Weakness:

Backbiter- Using the sword costs immense amounts of stamina and will rapidly exhaust Joseph, whats worse is he does not notice this until after the blade is dispersed meaning if he is not careful he actually work himself to death or more likely pass out as soon as he removes his blade.

Human- even with his durability enhancements Joseph is still human and is succeptible to disease, pain, and structural damage from attacks that exceed his threshold. His regeneration os only active while his sword is there and is only fast enough to limit bleeding and stabalize dangerous wounds.


Backstory: Born in new york to a mither who worked in a meta powered plant where she fed her energy projection ability directly to the city, and a father who worked as an accountant in the downtown district. His parents had high hopes for him as he was born the same year the Millennium group formed and he was clearly gifted like his mother. However the boy was also very odd. He never seemed to whine or cry and never seemed to need much help beyond his infant years. He was deemed a troublemaker and a cheater in school because he would flip to the back of the teachers textbook and finish all of his work for the semester in the first week of school.

When his schools guidance councellor realized that he was not cheating but rather he knew the information already he prompted him to the metahuman college for heroes after giving the boy his S.A.T's and him passing them with a perfect score. He would spend another six years in the hero college until the 2019 massacre occured and he was asked by the board of Educators to join with recommendations across the board. As if it were all according to his plan he accepted wkthout the slightest hint of surprise and after going through the 6 months of basic training he has finally become a certified hero.

Extra: Both of his parents will tell you that Joseph was a weird kid, never wanting to play and instead practicing kendo, fencing, hema, and a variety if other martial arts. This started at a young age and his discipline from day one was admirable.

Joseph carries with him a custom made broadsword made of Damascus folded titainium tungstien alloy. It holds its edge well and is much stronger than steel, though its durability is traded for its heavy weight, the sword itself weighs 70lbs, without his strength he could not weild it.

Standing a staggaring 11ft 8in amd weighing 1760lbs of rippling muscles Rampage is a terrifying man to face down especially when he is bearing down upon you at highway speeds.

Personality: Rampage is a rather odd man for the world he lives in, for in a world of philophy and science he is a true brute. He will force square shaped pegs into circular holes and feel as if he got one over on the system when it works for him. His mind can put problems in one of two categories, problems he can smash and problems he doesnt care about. Yet for all his simplistic though processes he is endearingly stubborn knowing no end to the dedication he is willing to devote to finding and putting his family back together. Even if he must do so by force, after all who could muster more force than him?

Avatar Of Might- Since his birth Cain has possesses immense strength that has only climbed higher since then. His strenth is brought on by his bodies cells thickening their membranes and greatly increasing their durability and resistance to all forms of damage. Using this he has managed some oc the most terrifying and downright impossible feats of strength and durability from walking through megaton class attacks, to lifting mountains and hurling massive chuncks of bedrock at foes. He also seems impervious to fatigue and stamina loss as he has fought for hours at a time against cycling teams of heroes and has even held his ground against veteran heroes earning a reputation as one of the most irritating to face villains in history. His durability extends to his bodies internal structure as well as shown by him having swallowed a plasma grenade to demoralize a foe.

The Super suit- A suit made by Sin Ozmodius, it is made of an unknown material thay sapps strength from Rampages cells and uses it to fuel kinetic dampeners that when used in tandem can allow Cain to limit the output of his strength. At first this was enough to allow him to lead a normal life, yet as his strength has continued to grow he has found himself nearing the same uncontrollable level he once had. He and everyone else has failed to remove the suit as it will regenerate if damaged and does not posses any way to be removed. This is actually benificial as he is more than strong enough with it limiting him, veteran heroes around the world worry what would happen if he ever got it off.

Weakness:
Low intelligence- Cain is kinda a one trick pony, he can hit things remarkably hard and drop most threats with minimal effort on his part. Becuase of this he has never really needed to think to hard in his life eeveything can either be smashed or it won't hurt him so why think. Because of this he is one of the easiest to trick villains falling into traps and ambushes that even animals wouldnt be caught by. This is in fact the primary means of beating him.

Intangibles- Literally beings capable of phasing or turning into non solid materials are notoriously hard for him to deal with. To put it simply, nothing is hard enough to withstand his punches, but some things simply cannot be damaged by punching.

His suit- Rampages suit actually greatly limits his strength ensuring that it takes as little damage from the fight as possible keeps its effects working at optimal efficiency, people with high kinetic based powers will find that applying more kinetic energy to the suit will temporarily beef up its effect. In short hitting him really really hard can lower his strength for a period of time.

Backstory: Born to the Infamous villainess The Red Queen, Cain and his twin brother Abel were raised in a small town with less than a population of less than a hundred people. Unbeknowest to the town the single mother of twin boys was actually a world feared villain. The boys were a handful clearly as one was constantly out on the outskirts of the town making flashes and exxplosions, while the other was constantly breaking things. Whats worse is their mother would often leave for days at a time leaving the boys with Rummy the towns mayor.

One day when the boys were around nine their mother failed to come home, a problem made worse by the fact that Cains strength had begun to reach levels he could not control, his steps would cause tremors, brushing against a building would topple the structure down. Luckily for him his brother was seemingly aware of his struggle and claimed he could help. He built cain a suit of strange material that allowed his brother to move around normally and even seemed to remove his strength entirely. He was so excited that cain didn't even try to remove it for several weeks. During which his brother subtly fed his rage blaming heroes for their mothers disappearance, before also vanishing a few years later setting it up to look as if the magistrate had come and taken him.

That was shortly before he was found by the russian villan Ella Stitch. She raised the young man for the rest of his childhood, teaching him a variety of martial arts and making him a bonifide member of her villainous group. At until two months ago when their group had been pinned down by several heroes and he stayed alone to engage them all. After nearly an hour of being attacked by heroes like a swarm of angry wasps he was brought down and imprisoned in a specially designed cell that took his kinetic force and directed it into a a barrier that prevented his escape. For nearly a month he seemed to be docile and resigned to his fate. However 2 weeks ago when a silhouetted figure appeared on the tv declaring war on all heroes on behalf of rancor he seemed to lose it and has been striking the walls of his cell with unimaginable force since then.

  • Mari can not heal while in her diamond form, and can also not stay in her diamond form while unconscious. While she does have increased durability, she is not invulnerable, and some of the injuries she sustains while in her diamond form will also show in her human form, depending on their severity. Light energy that is absorbed can not be held in for too long, or else it could fire at random, or even create an explosion around Mari, which is not only greatly damaging to Mari, but also potentially greatly damaging to those around her.

  • Mari was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, her mother was from Mérida, Mexico, and her father is from Malmö, Sweden. Besides being transgender, she had a decently normal childhood. Despite living in the south, she grew up in a decently liberal community and went to a decently liberal school system where she wasn’t bullied. She was diagnosed with gender dysphoria at a very young age, and started hormone treatment at twelve. Mari knew she had powers since she was young, but chose to not really explore them too much. She could turn into her diamond form at will, and often did it if she sensed any form of danger. She once saved herself from a bad car wreck by going into diamond form, only suffering minor injuries while her car was completely totaled. Mari was discovered by a modeling agency at seventeen, at a mall, and as since then worked across the world with multiple high level designers and companies. While her modeling career is going steady, the recent attacks on some of the organizations inspired her to start also working as a hero. Mari already represented transgender women and supers in the modelling world, now its time she represent transgender women and models in the superhero world.

Personality:
Soren is normally a bright individual who generally throws himself into situations, and plans on the fly. That's not to say he never makes plans beforehand, but rather he sees a circumstance, and is drawn into it as the need arises. This is largely due to his nature, as he genuinely enjoys helping other people, whether it be the mundane, or as a hero. This aside, Soren is also intelligent. Not on a super-genius level, but he's intelligent enough to have a firm grasp of physics- especially when it comes to light.

Soren doesn't normally get angry, preferring to ignore problems as they arise; the one exception to this is when he sees someone else in danger, or getting hurt. Pain to himself he can deal with; pain to others, he generally despises. While this may lead to a do-gooder attitude at times, Soren means the best for people in general. He believes in all those high concepts such as hope, love, compassion, loyalty, and whatnot, being the hopeless romantic he is.

Soren does have his flaws, however. The main one being he is a self-perfectionist. Whatever he does, he has to do it completely right. There can't be any mistakes. If there is, he will berate himself. At times, he may even make up mistakes, just because he is so used to making a mistake and finding the need to correct on it. Another flaw of his is his lack of social perception- or is it ignorance? ...Anyways, he tends to flout social expectations, and do his own thing. Which can include anything from doing chemistry in the middle of a meeting to playing on a guitar during a talk.

On a side note: Soren is an excellent cook. He specializes in cheesecakes, but he can do lots of other things as well.

Comics- Anime, western comics... it doesn't matter. He enjoys the art-style, he enjoys the stories. Even if the anime can be a bit... militant, but Soren admires the free-thinkers of anime.

Photon/Light Manipulation
- The ability to manipulate photons, AKA the things that produce energy to make light. So, basically light. What Sorencan do with this is diverse and varied. He mainly uses this to form constructs made of light, such as wings, swords, shields, armor, etc. He can't use it to make anything complex yet, like guns, or heaven forbid, living organisms. He can only make simple constructs. He can also use this ability to emit energy, and this means that he can either shoot laser beams/make energy shields, or use his ability to hover/glide. (He can't quite fly with this, but when paired with constructed wings, he can.)

Another use of this is travel. Soren can turn himself into light. While he does have to be careful of solar panels and trees, generally he can move around them. But this ability allows him to travel at insane speeds, near teleportation, as well as squeeze through small spaces. This ability also has a variety of lesser known uses, such as healing, cleansing radioactive areas, invisibility, light removal, among others... but more often than not at this point, these specific abilities happen at random.

Enhanced strength/speed/reflexes/toughness- All that fun stuff necessary for a hero to do his heroing. It's not insane, but it's a lot higher than a standard human.

Power growth- Soren's powers are always getting stronger, though its a bit of a slow process. Think of it as a slow, linear process. Right now, Soren can manipulate light to a maximum of a fifteen foot radius sphere, at a time of five minutes, or a small personal object like a sword or something like that for an hour. When he's eighty, he could manipulate light at a maximum of half a mile for an hour, or a small personal object for a day. He also has to keep in mind of the hardness/density of the light. He has to balance all three of these aspects- area, time, and hardness.

- Alchemy, baby! Soren enjoys mixing stuff together, and coming up with new theories and concepts to explore.

Blade work- Soren, realizing that he may have to rely on swords, started learning various techniques of sword craft, such as fencing, HEMA, and Kendo. ...And maybe knife throwing/shuriken throwing just for fun.

- Soren's abilities are on an area and time limit. Explained above. Furthermore, the larger the scale, the more he has to concentrate.

Recklessness- Soren has a tendency to throw himself into situations without a plan immediately in mind. As such, it can be easy to bait him. Sometimes he'll know it's a trap, but he still charges ahead anyways, because there's someone who needs his help.

Backstory:
Soren really doesn't know about his parents. Yup, he was born an orphan. Yay him for having a typical super-hero birth. ...Alright, he may be a little resentful at his uncle for never choosing to adopt him either. So, who took him in? Why, a family friend- and Soren's godfather- by the name of Horace Parry. And what a man Horace was! Horace was an Empowered, specifically with the ability to manipulate iron; while he was a former member of the Millenium, his term was very short, as he pulled out in order to take care of his ailing mother. Then he got married, had children...life things, basically. As such, this influenced his desire to have his children become heroes in his place.

In addition to adopting Soren, he also had a son two years older than Soren- Johnathan. The two quickly became friends, almost inseparable. They spent their childhood playing and messing around with their powers- while Soren had light, Johnathan could manipulate magnetic forces. They had quite a few adventures, though you'll be hard pressed to get information of those from either Soren or Johnathan- ask their father instead.

In their middle-school years, they encountered someone being bullied, largely because he wasn't the most powered individual. This kid's name was Quincy. After rescuing Quincy he quickly joined them in their escapades. While he was never quite as adventurous and physical as the other two, he was excellent support, and had a great head for diplomacy. He managed to talk the three out of situations, or bribe others with promises of his cooking- which was already excellent in middle-school.

High school was... a turning point. In their first year of high school, it seemed as if Johnathan had a massive boost in power development, and he became more and more drastic in solving problems and 'helping others', just like what Dad wanted. It was at this point that the three met Markus, after they saved his butt from getting a beating due to his snarky comments. He quickly joined a group, though he kept on commenting on how strange Johnathan's growth was. While Markus seemingly had no interest outside of video games, he secretly loved stuff like genetics and whatnot, and powered-growth, and he found Johnathan's power outage to be incredibly bloated.

Well, Markus was proven correct a year later. Soren found Johnathan collapsed on the floor of his room, sweating, crying, and drooling blood. And a small packet of Bomba on his person. The Bomba was making his magnetism so strong, it was pulling the iron from his body, and forcing his blood to follow. ...The next few months were stressful; there were points where Soren and Horace weren't sure if Johnathan was going to make it through or not. It was also at this time that Soren and Horace had their first real big argument.

Horace wanted Johnathan to go to jail- he broke the law; he was in possession of an illegal substance. He should be disciplined. Soren disagreed. He pointed out that all of this was due to Horace's overwhelming obsession with making his children heroes, with making a difference in the world. Johnathan was simply trying to make Horace proud. ...Eventually, Soren won the argument. Horace apologized to Johnathan; Johnathan pulled through; the two brothers attempted to live on with life with their friends. But that felt... hollow.

Soren realized what it was- they couldn't live through a life changing event like that, and not have a goal. Life was aimless. Johnathan, Soren, Quincy, Markus.. they were just living. They were going through the motions, trying to survive, trying to get over their mistakes and flaws. It was time to change that. Maybe Johnathan shouldn't be a hero, maybe Quincy didn't have hero-level powers, and maybe Markus had exclusive and strange interests when compared to his powers.. but that didn't mean that they could make a difference in the world. So he got the four together, and convinced them to form a band. A band that was focused on an interest that all of them shared- Metalcore. They would rage against the evils of the world, and shock the audience. They would emphasize just how important it was to be good in such a world.

Thus began the rest of their high school days, and college days. A band of four friends trying to make a difference, trying to scream out their belief in basic goodness. They had their arguments- Quincy once got resentful at the other three, especially Soren, because they had, in his mind, so much more useful powers. Johnathan at one point couldn't understand why Soren could advocate for him not being a hero, yet be alright with himself wanting to be a hero. Markus' quips and sarcasm eventually got too much, and the other three confronted him about it. They made it through, though, and were stronger for it.

College is where all four realized what they wanted to do in life. Johnathan wanted to continue father's business of blacksmithing and metal forming. Quincy wanted to become a world-class chef; he simply went to college to study the arts. Markus wanted to become a world-class gamer. But he also couldn't put aside his interest in biology. So, he decided to major in biology. And Soren? Well, Soren always knew he wanted to be a hero. He needed to learn the limits and usefulness of his power, so he decided to go on a fast track with physics.

And now, the chance has arrived. Millenium is hosting a hero fair. Soren's chance to finally become his dream. With friends supporting him, he hopes to make it. It'll be hard work, but Soren knows he's meant to be a hero. It's what Horace wants him to be, it's what his parents would have wanted him to be, its what he wants to be.

Appearance: Osiris is short, standing at 5'5". Despite his height, he holds his head high, looking down on others like he's better. His shoulder length, ash white hair frames his strong, angular features. He has pearly white teeth and a wicked, sinister smile. His narrow hazel eyes are lively and full of emotion. His trim body is often garbed in elegant, lavish clothes, making him look princely. He moves with a forced elegance and holds an air of nobility.

Ugrudon is Osiris' most powerful monster, and the one he shares the closest connection with. He is a mutated creature and most closely resembles a massive greyhound dog, 7 feet long. Those who don't know any better would likely consider him to be a demon. His skin is crimson red and extremely smooth to the touch. His elongated body is muscular, exuding power. He has a long, thin tail, the length of his body. He has an equally long, whip-like tongue. At the end of each of his legs are three charcoal colored talons, each a half-foot long and razor sharp. His elongated head contains massive fangs, varying from an inch to several inches long, powered by his massive jaws. His large, almond shaped eyes are black, with purple pupils. His eyes appear to contain an unfathomable intelligence.

Personality: Osiris is damaged. He has a warped sense of reality. He finds love and beauty in strange places, although he has a general anger and hatred towards most. He has a blind, undying loyalty to Rancor, and can't be swayed otherwise.

Ugrudon thrives on chaos. One of his few wishes is to kill humans. It's the thing that brings him the greatest joy.

Powers/Skills: Osiris has two abilities. He is a creature empath, which is a passive ability to make emotional connections with creatures. He doesn't control these creatures, but rather develops deep connections with them. So the creatures work with Osiris out of love and respect.

His second is the ability to warp the creatures he's made an emotional connection with. The creatures all have their own homes, some live with each other, some alone. The creatures' homes are an anchor for this ability. Osiris can warp them from their anchor to a location he can see. If Osiris is knocked unconscious or killed, the creatures would be sent back to their anchor. Though the creatures' connections to Osiris would remain, so they would still fight for him, if they can from their location.

Ugrudon has strength beyond any normal human. His jaws can chomp through concrete like he's eating a cheese puff. He can flip a car, punch through concrete or slice through steel. He is even strong enough to crush diamonds with his jaws, or scratch through it with his talons, with some effort. His powerful legs allow him an incredible jumping ability, agility and maneuverability. Ugrudon is exceptionally fast. He can also use his tail and tongue like whips, bashing, lashing and grabbing things.

Ugrudon also has tough skin. He's resistant to bullets and blades alike. He's also resistant to many elements, shock, fire, cold, acid, poison, he can even survive explosions. His body also has shock absorption, it can take powerful impacts with little damage done to him. On top of this, he has an extreme regenerative capability.

Ugrudon also has an extreme level of intelligence. He is conniving, witty and strategic. He has even learned human speech.

Ugrudon also has the ability to split, making clones of himself. These clones are smaller, weaker versions of himself, but otherwise they are identical.

Osiris also has a plethora of other mutated creatures, though none are as powerful as Ugrudon, nor as intelligent.

To protect himself during battle, Osiris often rides atop Falcon, a massive mutated eagle. The eagle has a slight control over the wind and air. This, combined with his own natural abilities allows him to reach incredible speeds, while creating an air bubble to protect Osiris from wind drag and other extremes of flying fast and high in the sky. It doesn't have much application in combat, though can create some resistance against flying foes.

Backstory: Osiris was born in Siwa Oasis, Egypt, a small, quaint town. His mother, Lapis, was sick, suffering from mental illness. Osiris grew up bullied and shunned because of it. People called him names, made fun of his mother, threw things at him in the street and even beat him up from time to time. He had no friends, no family besides his mother, his father died before he was born. Lapis was never able to teach Osiris things. How to interact with others. How to take care of himself. How to process his emotions. There are hospitals in Siwa, but no specialists that could help his mother. To find someone capable costs money to either have one flown in, or for transportation out to a better hospital.

Osiris skipped school a lot to take care of his mother. She couldn't go out to buy food or supplies. She couldn't cook for herself. Some days, she had trouble getting out of bed and performing basic household chores. Lapis would often ramble incoherent madness. Talk of the gods, of people betraying her, of demons. She would ramble about how people would shift before her eyes, how they plotted against her, or of monstrous creatures come to take her away. Lapis died when Osiris was 17 years old. It wasn't until years after that that he learned that what she had was schizophrenia.

Osiris doesn't speak to many people, but one day, shortly after his mother's death, a man walked up to him with a phone in his hand saying he had a phone call. A voice came through, it sounded strange, like it was robotic or artificial. The voice offered him things. Answers, revenge on those that shunned him, revenge on everyone, and a family. From that day on Osiris has been working for Rancor. He spent years working in the shadow for Mr. Rancor, working his way up. His power and loyalty has helped him rise into the most elite members of Rancor.

Osiris considers Rancor his family. He has a deep love for them, and feels a deep pain when anyone is injured, captured or killed. Rancor has kept all their promises to Osiris. They helped him learn about his mother's affliction. Helped him learn about his abilities, which is when he first met Ugrudon, and helped him attain his revenge on the people of Siwa Oasis, and allows him revenge on all the people of the world, all the people he perceives as those who've wronged him, mostly through the disrespect of Rancor. To this day he blindly follows all of Mr. Rancor's orders, out of love.

Osiris has spent his free time scouring the Earth, looking for the rarest and most feared creatures the planet has to offer. He feels a connection with them. They are just creatures that are misunderstood, they are hunted out of fear. Despite some of them having committed heinous acts against humans, Osiris loves each one, like he does his Rancor family.

Personality: Randy feels cheated by a lot of things. He has a level of contempt towards most other humans because of their normal disgust at his appearance. Randy can be sadistic when it comes to dealing with heroes or civilians alike. Randy feels like he owes Rancor a lot for accepting him among them even though he sees himself as a freak of nature. He seems to lack a conscience though he isn't as reckless as he seems and any villainy he commits normally comes from orders alone. He'd give a lot for the organization he feels gave him a place to belong.

Likes: Rancor, Punishing those he feels have wronged him, fireworks, and birds.

Dislikes: People mentioning his appearance, those who wish to stop Rancor, liars.

Powers/Skills: Randy is made of acidic slime. The slime can burn its way through most kinds of metals. His biology also gives him a greater resistance to most physical attacks, elasticity, and the ability to squeeze through just about any opening.

Weakness: Randy not being an entirely solid substance can be dissolved by solutes such as water and as such tries very hard to stay away from them. His constantly changing volume makes him quite easy to keep a hold of and transport if one manages to catch him and keep him in a container with no escape routes. His head is the most important part of his body and though he can live without it he can't control his body without it.

Backstory: Randy was born to a family of normalcy. They'd never had a super powered individual in the family and the surrounding area was much the same. When Randy developed his powers no one truly knew how to react. It didn't help that Randy's powers changed him in such a way that he barely seemed to be human anymore. No one wanted such a freak around and Randy found himself ostracized by the community. He lived as a petty crook for a long time, escaping police and superheroes alike with his powers. Randy played with the idea of enlisting into the super hero programs but then realized he didn't want to help the same sorts of people who'd abandoned and forsaken him simply because he was different. Randy joined Rancor in 2011 and though he's never risen too far in the ranks of the organization he's never wavered in his loyalty towards it as the only place he feels he belongs.

Personality: Benny is a man of humor, he thinks fast even if the things he thinks through aren't the best plans. He cares a lot for being a hero and would give his life to save people. Benny almost never shuts up, even cracking one liners in the middle of fights. If he's struggling in something he makes sure to never show it. Benny seems to want to embody everything a hero should be, hope, strength, justice, and something people can rely on. He feels that every time someone falls to villainy he's failed to bring hope to people and though his powers are incredibly destructive he's incredibly careful with them so as not to hurt or kill anyone with them.

Dislikes: Killing, failing in his duty, asking for help.

Powers/Skills: Benjamin's power is to create small spheres of unknown substance that explode upon heavy impact towards something of a different substance. He carries a bat that is made of the same substance so that he can get more range out of them. He's experimenting with creating different kinds of explosives out of them, such as sticky bombs, as he thinks he can control them more precisely.

Weakness: If someone were to get in very close to Benjamin he would be out of luck as he isn't immune to his own explosions, and isn't the best at close combat. He's good with a baseball bat but the one he uses to fire the bombs is likely to explode if he hits anything with it.

Backstory: Benjamin was born in a pretty hopeless situation. He never knew a family, he bounced from foster home to foster home until he turned 15 which was when his powers first emerged. After that he was deemed too dangerous for anyone to want. Benjamin didn't let this get him down, he wanted to use his abilities to help people and signed up to be a part of Millenium as soon as he could. Due to his upbringing Ben wants to become a hero that can bring hope to everyone, even those in terrible situations. He feels the only way that villainy is ever going to be completely wiped out is when heroes stand on pillars so high that criminals never feel hopeless and turn to crime and as such he pushes himself hard as a part of the team.

Personality: Victarion is a man who seems lazy, he has never really been driven by anything and seems to only care for himself and what he can gain from things. He is very easily driven by greed and self preservation and normally bounces around from place to place. He doesn't seem to really care about the organization he is in or anyone in it. He's just in it for strength in numbers and the other benefits one can get by being in such an organization. Despite his lackluster drive once he's given something to do he has never failed, and seems to be quite the dependable worker. He doesn't put up with bullshit, and if he feels an ally has gotten themselves in too deep he wouldn't hesitate to abandon them.

Likes: Peace and quiet, himself, the cold.

Dislikes: Loud people, careless people, being interrupted.

Powers/Skills: Victarion can produce smoke and phase his body into smoke. In his smoky form he can fly and fit through just about anything. He can produce giant clouds of smoke on command and can only turn specific parts of his body into smoke in order to escape situations. He doesn't seem to be affected by his own smoke.

Weakness: In full smoky form Victarion cannot breathe and must hold his breath.
His smoke is completely normal and can be countered by a simple gas mask.
While in smoky form he cannot counter strong winds and can be carried along with them.

Backstory: Victarion is no victim of circumstance, he's always been a crook for no other reason then that it pays well. He has bounced from gang to gang, and has never once been apprehended by police. Though he hid the fact he had powers quite well and most of the organizations he joined weren't even aware of his abilities. In 2005 Victarion made his true villainous debut when he made his way through a pair of outlying villages, completely filling them with smoke and killing dozens in a few hours. Afterward leaving no trace except for piles of ash. Earning him the title Ash. Since then Victarion has found his way into Rancor popping up time and again as Ash until disappearing once more into a cloud of smoke.

Personality: Thomas is new to being a hero and he doesn't at all feel adequate for the title. He is a fairly analytical mind and tries to think things through. He doesn't feel like he could be all that helpful and is hesitant to give new ideas he has to other heroes. Thomas doesn't have much faith in himself or his abilities, he idolizes a lot of the older heroes and wants to do things similar to them but feels he couldn't pull it off. Once you get past Thomas's self esteem issues he is a young man who always gives things his best and wants to live up to the expectations given to him. He keeps a close eye on the things around him and always tries to become better.

Likes: A good book, botany, and nature

Dislikes: any kind of fire, drama, horror.

Powers/Skills: Thomas has abilities which have to do with different plants and botanical life. A few examples of how his abilities can he used is that he can change his arms into stretchable vines which he can swing on, he can create poisonous plants to produce toxins(mostly nonlethal though in theory could be deadly). He can generate tough bark around his skin which can protect him from a lot of things. He's been experimenting with being able to generate different kinds of herbs that can give a simple form of first aid but hasn't had much success with it just yet.

Weakness: Chemicals such as weed killers can mess with his powers and make him sick.
His body is highly flammable.
He needs the sun to generate plants.

Backstory: Super powered beings have been a thing for all of Thomas's life and he's always looked up to the great heroes of old. When his powers manifested he didn't find them all that impressive but he's been trying to find ways to make them useful. He had success and after a lot of internal conflict signed up to be a part of the Magistrate, he acts as more of a supportive hero on the team providing assistance to the better fighters on the team since he's joined without being completely useless on his own with his utility.

Extra: Thomas's skin turns green when he uses his powers due to his body producing chlorophyll.

Personality: Ryder's words are just as venomous as her skin. She often lashes out, insulting those around her, even if they have done nothing to wrong her. Rash, sarcastic, and audacious, it's almost impossible for her to be a likable person. However, in calm settings, she turns into an entirely different person. Her attitude is placated, and she is very expressive, revealing her empathy, respect, and loyalty for those she stands by. She is willing to go to extreme lengths for anyone, even strangers, but follows a strict moral code that never seems to make sense to anyone but her. She is also very calculating and tends to commit crimes in unnoticeable ways.

Despite her aggressive and cruel front, Ryder struggles to make her own decisions in life and does whatever is told of her.

  • Corrupting End - The deadliest of her poisons, touching her skin will rapidly begin to decay whatever came into contact with it.
  • Inexplicable Sickness - This poison affects an individual over time. When the first make contact with her, it'll appear as though nothing happened. However, later on the person might feel like they are catching a cough until it eventually grows worse and worse.

Muay Thai - Ry has practiced this form of fighting for many years, which mostly involves fighting with your legs rather than arms.

Ryder is only useful in close combat and has no way to defend herself from those attacking her from afar.

Backstory: Ryder has separated her life into two sections: the "before" and the "after."

Before, she was raised by a mother and father whose face she chooses not to remember. Destitute and selfish, they handed her off to an underground market, where people found more than unpleasant ways to utilize mutants. For months, she stayed locked in a room with children like her. Though, they had eventually been taken out one by one until she was the only one left. Her 'handler' struggled to find a purpose for her. Most mutant's body parts were sold off, as they were believed to be lucky in some cultures or paraded like a trophy, yet hers couldn't be taken due to the toxicity of her skin. Eventually, she was put in a fighting ring, where spectators would bid on her. For a long time, she lived a cruel life, kept in seclusion and numbed.

Then, after being tipped off, the underground market in Japan was shut down and her handler quickly flew them out of the country in order to escape authorities. It was only after landing in a new land with hundreds of civilians around, Ryder was given the opportunity to escape amongst the crowded airport. Then her before changed. With no passport, no money - she ran. And ran. And ran. She was always running, scared of somehow being found.

It was difficult to tell when the before eventually blurred into the after, but Ry remembers the day a man in black had approached her. He offered her a place to stay. A home. A place where she would always be free.

Young and helpless, she accepted and became apart of her first family. The Rancor.

She may not always agree with what they ask her to do, but she will do it - always -, for her family.

  • Along with her skin, her blood, tears, saliva, or anything of the sort have a similar involuntary effect of 'Corrupting End'.

He has the utmost confidence in his technological skills and intellect, as he believes, even when the odds are against him, that he, or his creations, will succeed somehow. Zherou also trusts his creations with his life, believing now that he has "improved" them, they will respect him as their master. He's very analytical, opting to look through any potential flaw in a plan and reduce them for better efficiency. Zherou takes create pride in his creations, like an artist does his painting. She's a firm believer in traditional warfare, choosing to solve issues directly or at the core instead of through "roundabout tactics." While she's courteous and honorable to others, Trisa is also very cold. She rarely opens up about her past or otherwise engages in "small talk." Instead, Trisha is very mission-oriented, using professional language and demeanor when dealing with her peers, subordinates, and superiors. That being said, it isn't impossible to engage Trisha on a personal level. In fact, in secret, she's jealous of those who are willing to open up about their lives. If only she wasn't burned so many times...

  • Hardlight Sorcery (Not Actual Magic) - Trisha can fuse and combine metal shavings using magnetics to create hard-light holograms that can interact with things. At the moment, Trisha has three "go-to" holographs that she deploys.
    • G0BL1N-T1: A giant mech that can fire "bullets" (metal shrapnel) at others. It also has super strength. Trisha can also deploy herself in the G0BL1N-T1 for extra protection and access to advanced controls, such as parkour and "grenade" access.
    • Nightwolf: A holographic wolf that uses metal shavings as claws to attack others. Nightwolf also has super speed and can use magnetics to track down objects (that has some sort of magnetic sensitivity)
    • Thumper: A baby dragon that can manipulate the temperature of metal shavings. This way, Thumper can either burn or chill others on contact or through spitting out metal shavings.
  • Miss Know-It-All - Trisha has extensive knowledge of history and can reciprocate necessary facts at any moment.
Weakness:
  • Hardlight Fragility - Trisha consumes a lot of energy just creating one of these holographs. As a result, not only is she more vulnerable because of it but she can only deploy one holograph at a time. While she can work with others to create compact deployment systems ("cards") Trisha can still only deploy one at a time due to magnetic pulls getting jacked up if they're having to pull multiple directions being so close to each other. The cards (deployed on the ground) can also be smashed with a simple stomp, effectively ruining the whole hologram. Additionally:
    • G0BL1N-T1 has a pretty obvious weak spot in the "butt" of the mech, where the center of the magnetic pull is keeping all those metal shavings together.
    • Nightwolf is also very fragile and can be shot down with a simple shrapnel explosion
    • Thumper is a baby and uses too much at one time, either self-overheating or freezing itself with its own "powers."
  • Relationship PTSD - Trisha has a history of getting betrayed and burned by those she loved and will shut down mentally if the sort happens to her. She'll also overthink situations as a result and can panic in high-pressure situations.
Backstory:
Trisha Nelley, born in Bucharest, Romania, grew up a free soul, often wandering off from her home to explore the world. Her vivid imagination allowed her to take an interest in the world of fantasy. She imagined situations such as riding dragons and defeating evil villains. She also had a knack for "imaginary friends." Trisha would wow her teachers with vivid drawings of her friends. She incorporated them into writings of her own, portraying herself with her new friends saving the world, one conflict at a time. Little did she know, she would be able to carry out those visions in real life. Trisha was 10 years old when she discovered her powers. It was then that she created her first friend, Thumper. Together they became a crime-fighting duo across Romania, stopping evil villains from petty crimes, such as larceny or assault. Trisha and Thumper also caught the attention of the Romanian Special Forces, who recruited her. She became the first-ever metahuman in the Romanian military. It was at that point that she was trained in producing another hologram, the G0BL1N-T1, modeled after experimental mechs the Romanians tried producing themselves but failed.
It was then that she met a boy, also a metahuman, who she'd fall in love with. Together those two were unstoppable. The Romanian government thought that struck gold with these two. Little would they know, the boy had ulterior motives. You see, this boy was actually a plant on behalf of a rising villain organization, known as Rancor. As Trisha was just receiving her invite from the Magistrate, this boy was fixing to make his move. The two went on a mission, a simple snatch and grab, when suddenly, Trisha was stabbed in the back... by this boy. The man they were getting for the Romanian government was another metahuman, who also happened to be working for Rancor. Trisha, with what little energy she had left, conjured one last hologram: Nightwolf. She urged Nightwolf to search out for help, and when Nightwolf came back it was with locals who took her to a nearby town to fix her up. The Romanian government denied the incident and subsequently disavowed both the boy and Trisha.
Feeling betrayed by both the boy and the Romanian Government, she aims to start anew in her life under the Magistrate organization.

Appearance: Ollie is 5'2" and has a compact frame. Her fair skin is further pronounced by spending most of her life in one of the coldest cities on the planet. Her chestnut hair is trimmed short into a buzz cut. Her cloudy amber eyes hold the darkness from her past, hidden by her bright and lively face sprinkled with freckles. She has a bulbous nose, and Slavic cheekbones that make her otherwise round face look slightly gaunt. Her occasional strength comes from her abilities, not her body, so despite sometimes being able to toss around cars, her muscles are fairly meek.

Personality: Despite her past, she strives hard to be a positive person. Her attempts to make her parents proud. She's bubbly and vibrant. She finds wonder and awe at almost everything. She's not the most trusting, but she's dedicated to trying to make the world a better place, just like her parents. She sticks to light-hearted banter, finding serious topics to be stressful.

Powers/Skills: Ollie can absorb kinetic energy.

Any moving object that comes into contact with her loses all of its kinetic energy. Punches, bullets, cars, a meteor. Absorbing the kinetic energy of things, like a bullet, would make it lose all momentum, causing the bullet to abruptly stop and fall to the ground, leaving no damage to Ollie or the bullet. She's stopped buses and trains, leaving no dent, and even absorbing the kinetic energy from the passengers, allowing them to stop safely, rather than being flung from their seats, with no effects such as whiplash.

Similarly, Ollie can also absorb the kinetic energy from impacts her body has with other things. She can jump from a fifty story building and land on the ground with a sudden stop, absorbing the impact with no damage left to her body or the environment.

She stores this energy inside her, increasing both speed and strength. This energy rapidly dissipates, lasting only a few seconds, no matter how much energy she absorbs. The energy absorbed determines her strength. If a car were to be thrown at her, she would have the strength to pick up the car and toss it back. She can reach speeds faster than the human eye can track if she absorbs enough energy. She can use her kinetic absorption, combined with her speed, to crash into things, gaining more kinetic energy. This is how she can travel long distances without losing energy. It's also how she earned the name "Crash."

Even though most physical attacks are rendered inert, if someone were to squeeze or choke her, there would not be enough kinetic energy to absorb, so that would still be effective. Similarly, although she can stop blades, should someone put continued pressure on a blade that's in contact with her body, it would be able to pierce her skin.

She relies on straightforward brute force solutions, so any sort of trickery can be confusing to her. She can also become easily flustered if the solution isn't clear to her.

Backstory: Ollie's parents were both powered. Her mother was a scientist and her father served as a detective. Her mother, Adelaida, could run complex problems through her head, essentially creating simulations to run tests faster than any computer. It made her a very valuable scientist. Her father, Dimiti, had incredible regenerative abilities. He was nicknamed "Zombie." He was sent into the most dangerous situations imaginable. He's survived being riddled with bullets, poison gas and radiation, biologically engineered viruses, even an explosion that leveled a building.

Ollie loved her family, and they loved her back. Her mother's job allowed them to live comfortable lives, so she never wanted for anything. She had the latest gaming consoles and tech gadgets. She was the popular girl in school. But one day everything went wrong. Adelaida was captured, a fanatical group seeking her abilities to help further their cause. Dimitri spent months looking for her to no avail. He grew reserved, leading Ollie to do the same.

Ollie left her friends at school and lost touch with society. Dimitri grew increasingly distraught. Then, one day, he found out where she was. It was an impenetrable fortress, and there weren't enough police to take it. The strongest metahumans in the area couldn't break through their defenses, they were simply too strong. Ollie and Dimitri began losing hope. Dimitri eventually broke and went searching for Bomba to help.

It wasn't hard for Dimitri to get his hands on some Bomba, given his connections to criminals through his work. When he did, he went straight to the fortress, consuming a vial of Bomba. It increased his regenerative abilities to the point that he could lose a limb and regain it nearly instantly. But it wasn't enough, there were too many attacks, too many people. So Dimitri consumed another vial, and another. Eventually, his body regenerated so fast that attacks took no effect on him. He was being blasted by fire, but not burning. He was attacked by blades and bullets that couldn't even pierce his skin before his body repaired the damage. With this newfound power he made his way through the compound, killing those in his way, and ignoring anyone else. He eventually found Adelaida. The fanatical group knew Dimitri's plans and had killed her. She was still bleeding out when Dimitri found her. Several men were in the room as well, attempting to stop Dimitri, but giving up after a few moments, leaving Dimitri to grieve over his wife. After losing his will, Dimitri's powers had grown uncontrollable. His body continued trying to heal, but there was no damage. The rapid, unnecessary regeneration caused his cells to continue to replicate, repairing imaginary damage, causing his body to swell and eventually explode, killing everyone around and ending the immortal Zombie.

When the news reached Ollie she was devastated. Her world felt lost, she didn't know how to handle it. The same day Ollie found her way to the tallest building she could find. She spent some time at the top, looking over the edge to the street below. She noticed a group of shady looking people enter a nearby convenience store. It made her think of her father, how he would have done something about it. The pain was too much for Ollie. She leapt off the building, intending to end her life. But something strange happened when she reached the ground. Her body stopped suddenly. She found herself looking up to the sky, the stars looming overhead, not a single scratch on her.

Tears streamed down her face as she heard screams from the building the shady group entered earlier. Ollie didn't know what drove her anymore, but she found herself getting up to her feet. She found herself in the building a moment later, moving at incredible speed. Standing before the men, each wearing a black mask and holding guns, she figured she had nothing left to lose. She began walking up to them, intending to confront them, as would her father. They noticed her and immediately began firing. Miraculously the bullets stopped against her skin, falling pathetically to the ground. She was astounded, but didn't hesitate. With increased speed and strength she stopped all the men. That day she saved over a dozen hostages. They thanked her and praised her. This gave her the strength to live.

Her attempted suicide happened a year ago. Since then she had made her way to America, where she thought she could do some good, and to escape the memories. She found her way into the Millennium organization as a new recruit, still waiting for her first assignment in the field.

Extra: Her powers work well with physically based heroes. They can attack her to build up her kinetic energy.

  • Mimi grew up in an upper middle class suburban home in Santa Monica California with both of her parents, her mom being a telepath business woman from the Pacific, and her father being an American firefighter with a power giving him the appearance of a large blue tiger person. Despite her family’s good financial situation and her parent’s respectable career choices, Mimi was actually bullied heavily for her appearance. Once her Psychic powers came in, it didn't help that she could then hear the thoughts of everyone if she wanted. However, Mimi pushed through it, and is doing quite well. Mimi now lived in LA, working at a nail salon, and selling health and beauty products on the side. She never saw a lot of positive representation for people whose appearances were altered by their powers when she was young and wanted to be that representation, so once the Millennium started looking for new members, she was one of the first to show up.
Extra: Mimi is a very good nail tech, and also quite knowledgeable about skincare and makeup. She owns an online beauty boutique that sells products for people with altered appearances.

He would much rather solve conflicts peacefully rather than resort to hurting others. To put it rather simply, Jake is a very shy and timid person. However, there are people in his life that Jake will fight fiercely for. A large portion of that list is dedicated to his family, who he would do anything in order to protect them. This even means joining the Rancor with the promise of the safety and security of his family.

  • Rising Shadows - Jake's primary ability comes in his ability to manipulate shadows using limited light manipulation. In doing this, the shadows literally come to life. Jake can then manipulate shadows to do his bidding, such as seep through otherwise unreachable locations, change form to trick/intimidate others, and most importantly, interact with physical entities.
  • Rising Daggers - Jake can also use his ability to manipulate his dagger, which (aside from the copper handle) is pure light. This is effective in determining the length of the dagger as well as the purpose. For example, Jake can purposely dull his dagger to bleed instead of kill, and he can manipulate the tip of the dagger to pick locks.
Weakness:
  • Falling Shadows - Jake's ability to manipulate shadows depends entirely on the setting having places where a shadow can thrive in. For example, Jake can't manipulate shadows in broad daylight (he can, however, use his dagger just as effectively). Instead, the best setting for Jake to be in would be a place without much light in the area. This is because while shadows are the most prevalent when light is around, shadows are what happens when light is blocked. Therefore, manipulating the shadow in a well-lighted area would result in the light absorbing the shadow, effectively rendering the power useless. This also means Jake can't manipulate anything in total darkness, and would have to resort to artificial light sources to use his powers.
  • Family PTSD - Jake's affiliation depends entirely on the status of his family. He cares too much about his family to worry about the real fight between "good" and "evil." If he doesn't believe working with you will benefit his family, he simply won't work with you.
Backstory:
Jake Rosstether had the unfortunate privilege of discovering his powers as early as four years old. At first, it wasn't "unfortunate" for him. He'd use his powers to put on shadow puppet shows at his local school, wowing everyone with the stories he could create with something as simple as shadows. While it filled his heart to see the smiling faces of others, he wanted to do more with his powers. He wanted to be a superhero, like the ones he'd see in fiction. His first "target:" an elementary school bully who'd been making his rounds with Jake's friends. As he stood toe to toe with this bully, the shadows became alive and began attacking him viciously. The attack was so bad, the bully became braindead, hooked to a machine for the rest of his life. As a result, Jake was pulled from school and started homeschooling with his parents. As he grew in age, he became close to his family (his parents, grandmother, and a younger brother). However, his sheltered life would change forever.
The Romanian government started an initiative for metahumans, and while people like Trisha voluntarily joined, Jake didn't want to join. Instead, he wanted to stay with his family and work on the farm. The Romanian Government, desperate for his service, resorted to kidnapping his family and holding them hostage until Jake joined. What the government didn't know however, was that Jake received an offer from Rancor, an offer he couldn't refuse. In exchange for planting himself within the Romanian Special Forces, Rancor would get his family back. So, Jake joined, never mentioning anything about his family's situation to others. This included Trisha Nelley, whom while he cared for greatly, his care for her wasn't nearly as much as his family. When the Romanian Government sent Jake and Trisha to snatch a HVT (High-Value Target) for the government, Rancor got in his ear and convinced him to take the target on behalf of them instead. As much as it hurt Jake, he stabbed Trisha in the back with his dagger (ensuring the dagger was shallow enough to not puncture any major arteries or her spine) and took the HVT himself. Rancor arranged for Jake to see his family again, and has had Jake's loyalty since that day.

  • Breaking and Entering: Seemingly with a nose for valuables and trouble their decade long career in their profession has given them several skills that allowed them to enter and leave supposedly secure sites, as well of course making their leave once the fun is done.

  • Thrill of the Challange: Woodpecker has been known to purposefully handicap themselves if such would increase the interest or challenge of the activity, even going as far as to leave clues as to their next action.
  • Face to Face: Without external equipment Woodpeckers, options for ranged or nonphysical combat are very limited resulting in issues against opponents whom with such are normally ineffective.
  • Fleeting Motivations: Should something occur for their interest to wain they are not above simply abandoning the fight and heading off, they are not unreasonable resulting in it sometimes being a relatively minor effort to do so.
Backstory:
A professional criminal by nature, they have been around for almost a decade and responsible for a great number of high profile thefts and conflicts with established heroes, though has managed to evade capture each time. However, due to the nature of their activities, their arrest has generally been considered a lower priority than the other more prolific villains, all their work has yet to result in any actual deaths or extensive damage. Her main targets have normally been the extremely wealthy or museums in general but there have also been cases where consumer prototypes, collectables or early copies of media were taken regardless of actual value.

Strangely enough, she commonly spends the money gained as quickly as they gain it, dancing the line between charitable and frivolous to an insane degree from purchasing overpriced items ore simply giving it away. One particular case of the later had been when she was spotted within Las Vegas, paying for the majority of tables evening refreshment as well as paying off the hostesses mortgage on a whim.

Appearance: Douglas is 6' and looks like a younger, less wise version of his father, the original Soulfox. His fur is a beautiful shade of sky blue. As he ages his fur will turn to the elegant shade of white like his father's. His fur is also finer and softer than his father's, although will eventually end up like his as well. His eyes are a deeper shade of blue than his father's, speckled with bright white spots, as if staring into the cosmos themselves, though his eyes will dull down with age.

Since his father's death, Douglas has taken up his mantle, essentially becoming him. He wears similar cosmic looking clothes. Although he grew up rebellious, he now tries to emulate his father's posture, his presence alone is often enough to calm down others during stressful times. It's like his posture and expressions assure others that things will somehow work out.

Personality: Douglas appears to have no emotions besides positive ones. He is joyous and affectionate. Other people tend to love being around him. He is confident without being arrogant, unnaturally kind and reassuring of others. He is also outwardly calm, like nothing can ever get to him. While he feels things like stress, fear, anger and sadness, it never shows, and others would never know.

Powers/Skills: Douglas is a powerful psychic like his father, and has many of his abilities, though he can't read minds.

Douglas has basic telepathic abilities. He can communicate with others psychically.

Douglas is skilled with creating audio/visual illusions, which he projects onto the world using his mind. He most commonly does this by altering the environment. He'll change the location of buildings, roads, trees, anything around. This creates invisible walls and objects, while at the same time creating objects and buildings that are intangible. He also uses this ability to create serene images to help calm down others in stressful situations.

When Douglas works with others, he uses his illusions to exaggerate their abilities, or in some way make them seem more powerful than they actually are. He can do things like increase their size, make them burst into flames, crack the Earth beneath them, or any number of things to try to intimidate the enemy. Of course he can only create illusions, so they would have no actual effect.

Douglas is also a master of psychic defense. He grew up with inescapable psychic lectures from his father when he misbehaved, which helped him learn how to lock out psychic attacks. He hasn't met a psychic yet that could penetrate his mind.

Douglas' abilities leads him to being best suited to civilian rescue, rather than combating villains.

Weakness: Douglas, like his father, has taken a vow on non-violence. He will never strike another person. In an extreme situation that's life or death for a civilian, this may change. Either way, his physical abilities are extremely lacking. Even when he's engaged in battle, he's not moving, keeping himself hidden behind illusions, and manipulating the battlefield from there.

Anyone that can see past his illusions will have nothing to fear from Douglas. He is physically weaker than regular humans, relying entirely on his illusions.

Backstory: Douglas' father was Allen Tyradon. He was the original Soulfox and the founder of Millennium. He was also the mentor of Adam Quark. Allen was also a psychologist, a Baptist minister, and an active hero in his own organization. Despite this, to Douglas, he seemed like a normal father. He was there at all of Douglas' school events, all the disciplinary hearings, every birthday. Douglas had a fairly ordinary childhood. Well, as ordinary as you can when you can psychically talk to your father. Sadly, Douglas' mother died when he was very young, so he has no memories of her.

Douglas' father had an unnatural ability to remain calm. Even when he received spankings in his early childhood, there was no anger in Allen's eyes, no maliciousness, just a calm expression, like he was teaching him what's not acceptable. As Douglas aged, and he learned to communicate, those light spankings turned into long lectures. These lectures were psychic of course, impossible to escape, impossible to ignore.

Like most kids growing up, Douglas had a rebellious nature. He hated the praise and attention his father received. People were constantly talking to Douglas about how amazing his father was. How he could beat the bad guys without lifting a finger, without causing any damage, collateral or to the villain. How he was a pillar of hope and justice. Douglas hated this, it put a burden on his shoulders to be as good as his father. So he acted out, repeatedly. This lead him to developing his psychic defense, so he can avoid talks with his father.

One day, Douglas had gotten himself mixed up with some people. His involvement lead to the robbery of a bank, costing a lot of people the money they needed to pay their bills. As usual, his father lectured him in his calm demeanor, with his loving eyes and understanding smile. Douglas hated his father for this. This was also the first time he was able to block Allen from speaking to him psychically. Despite this, his father looked upon him with love and compassion, his eyes communicating all that was necessary.

The very next day the 2019 attack on the Millennium and Magistrate HQs took place, along with Allen's death. Douglas learned that his father had saved an enormous amount of people, and even those that couldn't be saved, he helped their passage by keeping them calm, leading to peaceful deaths. For a time, Douglas didn't know how to feel. He felt like his father died a pointless death. Then he started hearing from civilians, the people saved, and their families. Letter after letter flooded his home. Hundreds of testimonials thanking Allen for his sacrifice. Douglas has never seen anything like it. There was also one letter that contained Allen's will. This will contained an inheritance from Douglas' mother. Ten-million dollars.

From that point, Douglas felt like he was finally beginning to understand his father. Even with all the time Allen spent with Douglas, he was still able to touch all of these lives, help all of these people. This moved Douglas to tears, the last thing Douglas did was block out his father. Shortly after, Millennium was holding a memorial service to honor the fallen heroes. Visiting this event inspired Douglas. Allen had more people there for him than anyone else, Douglas felt an overwhelming sense of love at the event. He wanted to do this for others.

Since then, Douglas has taken up his father's name, Soulfox, and began working for Millennium. He met Adam Quark there, the person Allen mentored, and they quickly became friends, bonding over his father. He has lost his rebelliousness, and works hard to bring comfort to others in a world where villains can cause so much destruction and grief. He uses the money from his inheritance to pay for damages to the city, or to help families affected by disaster. He still recalls his father's lectures from time to time, guiding him from time to time to be the what his father always knew he could be.

  • Soundwave Siren - Alexia can manipulate the frequency of soundwaves to mimic sounds and voices.
  • Soundwave Echo - Alexia can also manipulate the frequency of soundwaves to irritate others, raising or lowering to absurd frequencies rendering them temporarily unable to hear. It also causes incredible pain to those affected by the Echo.
  • International Star - Alexia's songs are super popular and you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone that dislikes them (cosmetic only).

  • Soundwave Limitation - While Alexia can use these powers on her own, they consume a lot of energy and her range of both frequency and volume are limited. Instead, Alexia uses her harp as a tool to better focus and streamline her powers, increasing her options significantly. Without the harp, Alexia can't do a whole lot in a short amount of time.
  • International Pressure - Alexia can sometimes feel too much burden and clash with her own beliefs and values. During these time periods, Alexia may become unresponsive to the world around her and may seek isolation, even if the situation requires her to stay focused.
Backstory: Alexia Harper was born to be a star. No really, her parents cemented her destiny to be an international star the moment she came out of her mother's womb. From there, her parents raised her with strict discipline and an appreciation of the fine arts. Alexia enjoyed it mostly, especially at an early age, but things changed when she discovered her power. At the age of 7, she was practicing with her harp when all of a sudden, her voice grew louder. It became so loud, her parents could hear her several miles away from their Kpop record label. To them, this only cemented her "destiny." Her parents used her talents to spread her music internationally, working her way into the public ear like an earworm.
Alexia enjoys music, and she enjoys entertaining others with her music. Alexia has traveled the world because of her music, something Alexia wanted to accomplish for a very long time. However, there's still a hollow void in her heart. She wants to do... more. This was when she received her offer from Millenium. Jennifer and her friend’s seemingly endless supply of money has some of the owners starting to question the legality of the group, but they aren’t gonna turn away paying customers. Jennifer currently lives in a motel-apartment and performs at the local nightclub for tips when not bumming with her friends, or stealing.
Extra: Jennifer rejects people if they get too close, as she grew up with no family to be close to. The club owner and motel owner are worried about her.

  • smoke manipulation/creation: Ember has the ability to fabricate smoke from thin air and use it to clog her enemies' lungs, mask their vision, or levitate items.
  • Embers/ash manipulation: With this, she can singe her opponents, as well as make it difficult for them to breathe.
Weakness:
  • Ember struggles to fight at close-combat, so if you get near her, she has no choice but to go on the offensive.
  • Her embers/ash isn't as hot as fire, so it takes a lot of it to actually hurt. In the beginning, it's more of a nuisance than anything.
Lazy Backstory:
Ever since Esme Kohn's powers revealed themself at the young age of four, her parents constantly looked over her shoulder. They scheduled her life to the second, hoping that if their daughter became powerful enough, she would be able to get a job as a hero and be prosperous. She spent hours on end forced studying techniques and was isolated from the few friends she'd manage to make between all of her work.

Fed up, she ran away from home and decided that living her life as an outlaw would be the perfect revenge to her parents who stole so many years of her life.

A Chaotic and somewhat sadistic individual though seemingly constantly lethargic with a lack of motivation or any real interest. She holds a macabre humor and sees her crimes and science as more of a game than a crime even to the point of informing authorities that an crimek is going to take place and challenge them to stop it with her "high score" is the calamity's caused by such or value of the damage done.

Hyper Intelligence: Even before her powers are taken into account, Maladie possesses a mind that comes along once in a generation with their intelligence and other mental abilities casting them aside from the populace as a whole as the first 12th level intellect. Though this perhaps as much of a curse as a gift, in a rare moment of honesty she would state that the Intelligence increases in direct correlation to loneliness, it doesn't allow you to ignore the indifference of the world with the common people blessed by just how little they know.
Master Scientist: With everything they know, their skills in the scientific field can surpass even the laws of physics at the time being an unmatched authority in BNearly all forms of engineering, biological, Physical and Chemical, as well as Energetics. The mere mention of their work on many authorities' high alert list, the unfortunate truth is that such could perhaps be used to elevate society as a whole should she actually put such towards more ambivalent purposes.
Effect Reversal: Ailments, afflictions, conditions or items that would normally have negative impacts upon an individual instead have the reversed effect upon maladies. For example, her frequent consumption of Alchohol, Junkfood, and a variety of drugs have shown no adverse effects and instead even improve her physical condition beyond human, even extending to physical injury. The full extent of this ability has yet to be seen but has allowed her to live an overly reckless lifestyle without personal consequences.
Weakness:
  • Healthy Living: As many unhealthy items empower them, the opposite is true for healthy ones making them susceptible to such as well as healing based powers.
  • Reckless: There level of intelligence and immunity from the majority of negative consequences has resulted in a strong trait of reckless behaviour, even to the point of putting them at disadvantage to increase the challenge or amusement.

Backstory:
It is difficult to say if Wen's powers manifested shortly after her death or perhaps just after their birth, but what is known is she was unwanted and discarded into the refuse due to being born under China's one-child policy and was unfortunately not the son they had wanted. Growing up on her own she was deeply embedded into the darker sides of society, following only her personal desires and holding no reservations about her treatment of those she took issue with or held something she wanted to the point of viewing them more as playthings than anything else.

Personality: Carter is an abrasive young man, he'll pick a fight with just about anything he can throw a punch at. He never gives up once he sets his mind to something, he also never backs down being extremely stubborn. He lives to fight and whenever he's not fighting someone he seems to be in a state of agitation. He doesn't seem to care about much of anything or anyone though he does show a bit of loyalty to the group he runs with whether he sees them as actual friends is anyone's guess.

Likes: Fighting, working out, dogs, heavy metal music.

Dislikes: Tea, being calm, weak people.

Powers/Skills:

Super strength- One of Carter's main abilities is his super strength. He's not amazingly strong but he can lift 3 tons effortlessly with one arm, crack bones like toothpicks, and throw punches that can dent normal steel.

Adrenaline/Rage boost- The ability which earned Carter his title was the rage boost, whenever he is angry his strength grows. His strength maxes out with him being able to lift about twenty tons effortlessly. While rage boosted he gains increased durability, being able to shrug off gunshots during its duration.

Expert hand to hand fighter- though he doesn't have any specific fighting styles Carter is amazing at hand to hand brawling.

Weakness: He's a normal human despite being super strong. Guns, knives and most other normal weapons can kill him just like they would anyone else.(While not rage boosted).

He doesn't have anything to deal with ranged attacks so any kind of ranged attack from a distance can sort of lay him out even while rage boosted.

After going through max rage boost Carter is completely spent being unable to lift a finger for a good twenty minutes afterward. Max rage boost can last for about ten to twenty minutes depending on how much damage he takes during it.

Backstory: Carter was born to a poor abusive family in Boston. He never knew his mother as she ran off when he was little, his father was a violent drunk who took out every bit of rage he could on the young Carter. Carter's found his only escape from that hell when he turned fourteen, he got into underground fighting and even though he was young his strength was already manifesting. Not so much that anyone could tell but enough that he was good at it. When he was seventeen Carter eventually struck back against his father, whom went after him after finding out he'd been hiding money from his won fights. Carter ended up killing his father, breaking his neck in a single punch. After that he only seemed to get stronger, devoting all of his time to fighting. He earned the name the bull for his stubbornness and easily angered attitude. He became an unstoppable force in the ring, which for a long time was the only place he felt truly alive. He went on like that for awhile, being a champion of an underground arena until he eventually disappeared and no one has been able to pin him down since, though there have been a few potential sightings among a small group of small time villains.
