School Bus
Notes:
◉ IGF has not been added to races due to the debate of their stance in the world. Many IGF's don't exist long enough for anyone to be able to classify them as a citizen, and many refuse to accept them as an equal member of society.

◉ The reason the five new NPC students were not previously mentioned is because of personal reasons. They were not expected to be seen at all in class today.

◉ Zakkari is now spelt "Zakari" to more accurately fit pronunciation.

Leone gave a smile as she waved goodbye to Arl, and continued to walk along side Feya as she ate the candy bar slowly. Neither girls spoke, though their eyes kept peeled open for their friend, starting by checking each floor's bathroom; however they wouldn't have the time to make a full sweep, and so doubled back to their class room, hoping that Samaira would be with Mrs Sahni.

Back in the cafeteria, Zakari had stopped, dropping Ardyn's hand to cover his chest as he gave a pained look. "Ouch," he winced, dramatically. "The kitten has claws. Unfortunately for you, I always try too hard. My insufferable nature will be endearing to someone one day~"

Ardyn managed to regain possession of his hand, and rubbed his wrist. With that, the bell rang. "Lets go," he said, adjusting the strap of his bag. repositioning it and letting out a small sigh. He didn't seem to know if he should stay or wait for the others, but Zakari perked up and gave a nod.

"Right!" he said, slapping the raven-haired boy on the back and walking with him back to their classroom.

All students gathered in Class 27-C, where Miss Sahni waited with a thick steel case clutched in between her hands in front of her. Some of the students had also arrived. The most noticeable was a group of five, who had not been present that morning: Yano Kobayashi, June Aura, Avaline Noir, Kaithe Casthor and Laurel. These five were known for their kill, and each ranked high within the class during their annual combat examination; Kobayashi ranking first place.

Yano Kobayashi
Yano Kobayashi, more commonly called by his surname, was a sly young man who's primary goal was to 'look out for number one'; after all, nothing is as crucially important than he is for himself. Despite his childish attitude, he is quite intelligent, and can easily manipulate a situation. Though he may appear as an adorable classmate, there is a rumour that the last person to cross him has yet to be found. What is known is that he hails from Aovania - whether that means anything significant is yet to be revealed.
Koba possesses an extremely dangerous magic, known as Combustion Magic.

June Aurora
June Aurora, is a young man of significant abilities. Their magic is Zodiac Magic, and is partnered with the Zodiac, Scorpio. They also have full control of Astro magic, and can summon several minor constellations at once. They appear as a kind hearted young man, and though they have many girls (and guys) that would chase after them, they seem to display no interest in a relationship. Rumour has it that they descend from royal blood.

Avaline Noir
Avaline Noir is the mother-figure of the group, and youngest daughter of the current Grand Meister. She was of a rare few who is capable of two branches of magic (however her group are, for the majority, apart of that collection), which includes weapon and armour magic. She is also ranked second in the recent combat exams. While she does have a bit of an advantage, her father being the Grand meister and all, she has to put in the same amount of effort as any other student, if not more, to stay in the school - and in no way is she given privileges due to her relationships.

K41-TH3 "Kaithe Casthor"
K41-TH3 was manufactured by Casthor Industries as an advanced military unit. Stand-alone, he has no real personality or mindset, however after recent upgrades, he's been shown to display feelings and emotions. His purpose and function is to serve and protect, and is known to address everyone in a formal manner, using titles or "Sir, Madame/Ma'am, Lord/Lady, etc." in place of names, and is always extremely respectful.
In terms of skill, he has a range of modifications as well as natural elemency of electrical magic.

Laurel
Laurel is a rare appearance, even within the school, however he normally seems to appear when it is 'necessary' for him to. Students aren't sure whether he is a student, or following a student, though if any, it is clear he has a connection to Avaline. IGF's are one of the most rarest races in existence - IGF is the abbreviation of "imaginary friend" which was accepted as a race of sentient beings by the Magic Councils some time ago, yet they barely ever appear long enough in history to be registered as citizens, and many refuse to categorize them as anything less than a creature of living dreams.

After a brief address, Mrs Sahni lead the students from her class in a line of 3 out towards the courtyard where the bus waited - it was a sleek white vehicle, somewhat similar to the buses you and I know, with two rows of seats within that could fit three student from the window to the aisle. The door lifted outwards and up as the students approached, and, after running through attendance, the students climbed aboard and took their seats. The engine roared to life and pulled out of the school grounds, and once they began their journey in earnest, Miss Sahni rose from her seat and addressed the class. "I know many of you must have questions, however I will request you all please keep them until we get to the palace," she told them. "We will be meeting with Lord Brandt, who will be helping me assort you into groups of two for the assignments." Lord Brandt - you assumed she was talking about Loqi Brandt, the current Demon Lord of Pride within the Magic Council. It wasn't often he was seen in the Capital like this, however you kept your questions to yourself for the moment.

Miss Sahni sat as the edge of the school grounds came into view; most knowing the world of Arcadia was a collection of floating islands within the void, compensated by developing vehicles that defied common uses. The panels along the outside of the bus opened as they approached the ramp at the end of the road, speed accelerating. The panels then began extending into long holographic sheets that went from the front-to-back tires like large fins, of which went from translucent to pale blue, and the bus began to lift into the air, veering off the ramp into the air. Effortlessly the bus began to fly up, as though it was on an unseen road, steered by the magical panels on the sides of the vehicle, which rotated and turned to direct the bus as it flew. Clouds passed by the windows, along with birds and other air born creatures...

Alexia Domsen
"Kitten? Really? I hope you know that works for no one an on no one." She groaned annoyingly at the boy once more, electing to sit near Ardyn and Daiana, preferably the goddess-kin. It was easier to get along with someone of the own gender anyway.

"I know many of you must have questions, however I will request you all please keep them until we get to the palace. We will be meeting with Lord Brandt, who will be helping me assort you into groups of two for the assignments."

Alexia's eyes widened a little, wondering to herself now. Why would a demon from the council want to address them? I wonder if he will tell us something important?

The girl in front of them she recognized in her daydreaming state, the daughter of the Grand Meister herself Avaline Noir. Alexia would be lying if she said she wasn't her favorite of the top performing students, then again she is biased due to her sexuality some might say.

With her so close the green haired mage leaned forward and tapped the top of the seat, attempting to catch her attention before she started to whisper. "(Hey Avaline, have you any idea why Brandt is addressing us?)" The mediocre weather mage's green eyes poke over the top of the seat to look at the girl.

KAITHE
The synthetic humanoid did not seem to mind or care who or if anyone sat next to him, nor did it bother him that he was now being questioned. In fact, unlike his exterior presented, he shifted in his seat to engage in the conversation being presented to him. "Every SHD is different," Kaithe explained to Arl, thoughtfully crossing his arms across his chest, "it depends on the type of modifications one has implanted, installed and kept updated with patches and such. Personally, it won't effect myself. I make sure my systems are always updated to its highest potential in regards to defense. But, on a larger spectrum, SHDs are weak to both electricity and water magic." Unfolding his arms, he tilted his head, watching the boy beside him take these notes. "I hope my answer is satisfactory, sir," he said with a polite incline of his head. "Is there anything else you need of me?"

ZAKARI & ARDYN
Zakari slumped against Ardyn, throwing an arm over his shoulder and he clung to the cambion, throwing a hand dramatically across his brow. "Ah! The cruel sting of rejection!" he proclaimed loudly, falling into Ardyn's lap. "Why does love hurt! You won't reject me too, will you, Ardyn?"

Even though he could tell Zakari was just putting on an act, Ardyn felt uncertain how to respond. Gasping as the blonde fell into his lap, he cast his gaze out the window with embarrassment. "Um..."

Zakari gasped loudly, and reached up, grabbing Ardyn's face to make him look down. The boy was turning so red, Zakari couldn't help but laugh as he teased his new-found friend further. "Come onnnnn! We're no strangers to looovveee~ You know the rules, and so do I~!"

Ardyn pushed Zakari's hands away, stammering. "P-please.. no, don't..."

But Zakari sat up, and continued, now singing. "A full commitment's what I'm thinking of - you wouldn't get this from any other guy! I just wanna tell you how I'm fe- ack!"

Before the song could escalate, Ardyn, now overly flustered, pushed Zakari off the seat and causing him to fall back into the aisle onto the floor, where he laid in defeat. "Destined for rejection, I see how it is, Fate's cruel game of the heart!"

AVALINE
Avaline had been sitting on her own, a holographic tablet in her hand as she read an e-book. She was fully engrossed in it, able to block out the distractions around her as the bus left the school's island and began to travel towards the central sector of the city. Her attention was, however caught by the tapping of her seat and a voice which pulled her out of the literary fantasy of her fiction. She placed the tablet on her lap, and looked up at Alexia in order to catch her question. She then paused and placed her thumb upon her lip in thought. "Well, I imagine it's due to his Lordship's role within the magic council? I assume, seeing as he's in the city, they organised some sort of activity with him?" it was only a guess, but her silver eyes glistened, and you could almost see the gears in her mind churn as she contemplated the situation, however she paused, meeting Alexia's eyes. "Why, what has you so concerned?"

Not five minutes later, the bus smoothly landed on the next floating island, and joined the bustling traffic of the city, weaving through the towering skyscrapers as it continued its path.

Alexia Domsen

She rolled her eyes mentally at the sounds of the boys behind her, knowing all too well from the sounds of it that Ardyn was the victim of the persistent Zakari. She swears eventually that boy will get a slap on the back of the head. The mental eye rolling was followed by a sigh as she hears the boy hit the floor, turning her mental focus back to the prodigy of sorts.

Concerned?... Nah...
"I am not really concerned maybe... but more or less curious? Like, I never heard of Brandt really doing much with schools, so what could be the special activity... oh also hi!" She waves a little with her peeping over the back of the seat and a smile.

Daiana swung her bag over her shoulder and followed the group, amused at their conversation. Her eyes had wondered over to the five students, she knew of their grades and proficiency in combat and was rather envious of them in a way. She sat by the window and smiled when Alexia sat next to her. She awed at the sight out the window, never able to get used to it no matter how many times they've been on field trips. Her attention soon returned to the group, slightly guilty that she wasn't really responding, but Zakari had suddenly made contact with the floor of the bus. She winced slightly at the sound from his fall and stood up, grabbing the back of her seat to keep her in balance, seeing a rather bashful Ardyn behind her and peered over Alexia. "Are you ok, Zakari?"

She may not be a very good judge of a person's emotions, but perhaps that rumour Tetra had unintentionally spread had gotten to him more than he let on? She did feel like he'd gotten a lot more dramatic than normal. It may not be her place to pry, but she made a mental note to ask him about it when she gets the chance.
