Meeting Frank and becoming a Transporter: Frank saw potential in Jessica as a Transporter and decided to take her in to train her as a Driver-for-hire and to lead a team of Transporters as they take on jobs around the world...together. He first saw her at a Car Meet where she was racing numerous opponents, most of it was for money. But whenever she raced for pink slips, Jessica would often sell the car that she won for even more money. Frank saw a lot of wasted potential this way, so one day made her an offer and decided to let her drive on one of the jobs that he had arranged. Like him, Jessica was precise, on time and followed the rules (usually) and she got into the Transporter business along with her mentor.
