Handler of Souls, Destroyer of Hearts
A Town upon the rocks and cliffs that was built to avoid the flooding waters that happened during certain times of the year. They do not have any buildings on the ground since anything on the ground is destroyed. Their are some old ruins below from where the town once was built until the storms started coming.
Most of the towns people say it was a legendary pokemon that caused it all, but I guess that will have to be a journey for some trainers.
