There are going to be added rules, once these rules are added everyone (including myself) is expected to make the changes on their character sheet in order to fit in with the rules.
This is a warning: Upon making a character you also agree with the terms that every character in this Rp series has the chance of dying.
However this shouldn't cause much of an issue since I have an 'inheritance' system which allows you to use some traits or perhaps an old kagune from your past character and add it onto your new one.
1. No god modding
2. No metagaming (Controlling other characters for them, however this rule can change if the owner of the character allows you to control their character for them)
3. At least 2 sentences per post
4. Swearing is allowed although try not abuse it
5. Romance allowed however when it goes passed kissing fade to black
6. You can make however many characters you want as long as you can control them all
7. Respect other Rp'ers and take any personal arguments to PM, if you think the issue is serious and goes against one of the rules talk to me about it
8. All suggestions are welcome, Also help to set up arcs will be awesome
9. Although this rp implements canon characters, the history and physics are fanon meaning that we will expand on the idea of Tokyo ghoul in our own way as we progress through the story.

Akatsuki Arc:
Tokyo are still having problems with the ghoul infestation and the CCG are here to stop it, however little does anyone realize of the rise of a cult like organization under the influence of a Ghoul believing himself to be God has set their eyes on both Ghouls and humans and plan to take Tokyo as their own, will you stand with the Doves and take down the ghoul tyranny or will you be another ghoul preying the streets and finding your own role in the events to come, or maybe you will even side with the Akatsuki and follow your god.

Currently there have been various Investigators assigned to a task of gaining information on the infamous yet anonymous organization known as the 'Akatsuki', currently two Akatsuki members have been found (Or are close to be), currently the group of investigators Rio, Joffry and their little helper Poker they have entered a chasm which had recently be turned into a maze of riddles. While in the 15th ward, a rather unique partnership between an average investigator teamed with a Ghoul investigator making for an aggressive team have recently met another Akatsuki member going by the name Sinister Clown, while a few investigators are still on their way to the scene of the school incident to further investigate it to see what they can reveal.

After the two investigators hunt had been interfered with Sinister Clown, a clash between the ghoul and two investigators occurred resulting in the investigators retreating however little did they know they had just lead an Akatsuki member to their interest, a new recruit a Ghoul that was saved in the midst of the fight had taken Sinister's Clown deal and accepted the invitation to join the Akatsuki. Meanwhile the news reports have been blowing up as soon there will be a large festival taking place in Tokyo, however the rising ghoul rates may cause interference therefore the CCG have upped their defenses by sending more men to search into the 'Akatsuki case' taking a blind eye to another rumored organization, two of their members entering the CCG building to wipe out Quinque construction and taking the last remaining weapons the CCG are now at a disadvantage and the ghouls..May take advantage of this opportunity.
