This Roleplay will be taking place in an alternate Universe. This means that the Canon Characters or anything like that never existed. I'm being strict on acceptance and If you write up a 3 line Personality 5 line History expect to get rejected and asked to re-do it. I expect most people to be S- Or below, If you want to be an S+ or S~ You will have to strictly ask me first. I will only be accepting one other Hybrid, Who will also have to message me and provide me with an example of Roleplaying of their character in combat so I know they aren't Overpowered Power houses. Kakajua's will not be Included at first, But characters may have the Goal of Developing one or JUST Starting to develop one. Full blown Kakajua's is a big no no. One eyes will not be in this. Quinx's may be introduced at a Later date. If you wish to be in the Faction similar to Tsukiyama's Family ( Name still being decided ) Please PM Me beforehand.

The rating of a ghoul is set through evaluation of the ghoul's individual ability. The following criteria are employed to determine the rating according to their individual ability:

• The criteria for SSS ratings are extremely dangerous, needs to be dealt with a profession.
  
• Multiple Special Class Investigators are needed to deal with an SS-rated ghoul.
  
• The ability of an S+-rated ghoul is (appears to be) equivalent to the ability of an average Special Class Investigator.
  
• The ability of an S--rated ghoul is (appears to be) equivalent to the ability of an average Associate Special Class Investigator.
  
• An A-rated ghoul is comparable to a First Class Investigator.
  
• A B-rated ghoul is comparable to a lower-ranked Investigator (Rank 1 to Rank 3).
  
• A ghoul of smaller ability is C-rated.
  

In addition to the ghoul's individual ability, the actual damage caused by the ghoul is also evaluated. The rating is set in consideration of the predation and killing incidents committed by the ghoul.


If you plan on being an Investigator, Squadrons will be sorted by me. Partnerships may be chosen, by the player. Quinques should not start out as amazing badass things, Or Chimera's. Start with something basic if your a low ranked Investigator. If you want to be in a Partnership rather than a Squad, Say so in the OOC. Please note that not everyone will be in a Partnership. Dealing with a More Dangerous Ghoul/Mission may result in Squadrons/Partnerships teaming up to deal with the threat. Operations will involve ALL Investigators in some way.

History

General History:

Since young Seikatsu was left to fend for himself. The only thing he was taught was how and when to eat. He wanted to live a peaceful life and so, decided to get a job, a house and study. He is currently going to highschool and works at a grocery store. Some time in the past, he met his best friend, Roko. Roko is a dog that Seikatsu found in a box. He raised it and brings him when he hunts. That's what got him the name of "Dog's friend". He tries to make his prey suffer as little as possible, and eats it with care. Now all he wants is to finish highschool, maybe form a family and live a happy life

Fears: As any other ghoul, Girei fears the CCG. He also fears death.


Personality: Girei is at first sight calm, happy guy who minds his own business and seems to get along with people. That's why one couldn't possibly tell that he is a ghoul at all because of this good "side". He displays a kind, friendly and charming attitude towards humans, seeing him as a good lad. His grades are decent in school and he doesn't make any trouble to avoid suspicion. He has learned to "eat" food at younge age, so living a life of a ordinary human isn't that hard for him. He becomes more cautious and little more serious around police officers or Investigators. Girei generally avoids the CCG main quarters and the area around it for safety purposes. He is calm and composed outside combat, studying his surroundings and people around him. When he dons his mask, that means trouble is coming, for both him and those who go against him. He is ruthless to his enemies, showing big disgust for the Investigators. At some situations he can be overwelmed by his emotions or bloodlust. His temper is short and he doesn't take insults very well. He despises Investigators because of how they see all Ghouls as beasts and monsters. He still tries to avoid combat at all costs, sometimes hesitating to kill so he searches for dead corpses when out on a hunt. When out of luck, he has to kill someone, usually taking enough meat to sustain him for few months. Despite being all friendly on his good "side", he has no true friends, so he is trying to have atleast one friend he could rely on. He often questions the purpose and existence of life. Despite being a creature that of a Ghoul, he does not like religions. In his opinion they are stupid. Because of his wealth he favors luxury. Girei is also considerably intelligent, that however only applies when being calm, or when he is slightly angry, when enraged completely, he is like a beast.

Kagune Type: Rinkaku


Kagune Description: His kagune forms into three tail-like blades, which are light and very sharp. The blades are fireable, effective only at close or medium range. If they are cut, he can regenerate them fully after 10 seconds.


Special Traits: Girei is Cruel and shows rarely any mercy. Big amount of determination. He has bad control over emotions, when enraged can be twice as dangerous. Medium speed and decent amount of strength. Good planning when calm. Small Kakuja development.


Level: S ranked ghoul.


Alias: Silverhair


Fighting Style: Fast, small or medium cuts, often making his enemy feel great pain. He also has great hand to hand combat experience.


Regeneration Speed: Same as all Rinkaku type ghouls, fast regeneration.


Eating Habits: Two times per month.


Eating Preferences: Clean meat, no bones or organs.

History

General History: As most ghoul families, his wasn't complete either, either because of the CCG or other ghouls who were cannibals. He had only his father and his two brothers. He was raised together with them and his father, having quite easy childhood. They changed places constantly and rarely stayed somewhere for more than two months. They all recieved proper education and the father made enough money to sustain the family. Once the two brothers reached the age of 16 they were seperated from Girei by his father, for safety reasons. This was done when Girei was just 12 years old, that had a impact on him, as his father was always not seen at home and he couldn't contact the two brothers in any way. When Girei was 16 years old already he was supposed to leave too, however he wasn't the one who left. His father did mysteriously, leaving not a trace behind him. Girei suffered of solitude in the first three months since his father left. One day when he was all alone, reading some manga he picked up earlier, he had some unexpected guests. His two long-gone brothers found him, this however wasn't a pleasant reunion, they attacked him with no hesitation, without a word, just attacked stright on with their kagunes. Girei was shocked, to be attacked by his own brothers, he couldn't stand it and snapped. His mind was clouded by uncontrolable rage, rage which was born from the betrayal his brothers commited. Girei's kagune emerged and they clashed, all three of them. In the end rage surpassed the skilled brothers, both of them near death, they spoke to him with tears in their eyes; "You have done well Girei...You are strong, ruthless and have no mercy...as it should be. Now eat us...eat us and become strong...Girei, the truth about out father...is in the envelope we left infront of the hou-". Those were the last words Girei had heard from his brothers. As he was reading the letter in the envelope, he was shocked by the content in it. Now knowing his father has been eaten by a ghoul gang, knowing that his brothers forced Girei to kill them and eat them aswell for the sake of him becoming a powerful ghoul, who could protect himself. He did so, but with a broken heart, he achieved what he was tasked to do. Years later he was still recovering from his mental wounds the event has left him with. With no work or hope to live, he spend his last few Yen for a lottery ticket and a loaf of bread. Luck was on his side that day, for in that second he scrubbed the ticket, he became wealthier than he could imagine, enough money for a lifetime. He had enough for education, a descent house and bunch of other things. His life was stable now, but it lacked joy and safety, for he had no family no more, he didn't have peace from the CCG. So his ideals were born, to find true friends who would replace the gap in his home and maybe one day, if he has the opportunity, to destroy the CCG. Now, Girei 18 years old, attends highschool his last year, lives calmly, with the CCG not targeting him at the moment, he lives rather well, seeking true friends. But will this remain for long? Who knows.

Special Traits: Playing with peoples' minds so she can get information more easily. Does get super pissed when things doesn't go according to the way she thinks it will. Has a tendency to play with ones life and steal from them.


Level: S-ranked Ghoul.

Regeneration Speed: Not very fast but fast enough to keep her from losing too much blood.

History

General History:


She was left in an alley by her parents while being chased by the Investigators. As she grew up, she often attacked people and almost got caught here and there. One day, she was sitting in her alleyway when she looked over and caught a glimpse of something grey. She ran after to catch it and saw that the grey thing was a Nebelung cat, forming a bond with it and naming it Ringo. Freya went everywhere Ringo did and he followed her. She had to climb through little holes and alleyways to keep up with Ringo. Eventually, Freya decided to run with the idea that Ringo adopted her, having being chased and almost eaten by other ghouls. Over time, Freya has become eccentric and appears insane to most people.


At fourteen years old, she went to the Ghoul restaurant to beg, but decided to try and lure a victim. The one she lured was a tall, older man to the alleyway nearby. Freya went to attack but didn't realize that he, too, was a Ghoul. She was shocked, but it turned out that the man was kind. He taught her how to fit in to the world to and hide. Freya didn't go to school, instead reading books and watching humans, learning how they interacted with one another. She listened to how they lied, trying to understand how they interacted.


She lives in an abandoned house, taking up jobs that require her to steal or spy in order to gather information.
