* = Only fill these out if applying for a Sibling.

NAME:

APPEARANCE:
(A picture, drawing, or description will work.)

ROLE:
(This is the part your character is applying for. Sibling, Maid, Goon, etc.)

GENDER:

AGE:

PERSONALITY:
(Should be at least a paragraph.)

HISTORY/BIO:
(At least a paragraph.)

AFFINITY:
(Not required if your character is not magical.)

UNIQUE MAGIC:
(Optional. Some Magi whose bloodline dates back centuries old, like the Lunatonnes and the Solbergs, are born with the ability to perform a spell unique to them. An example could be summoning dog sized pink frogs. The spell doesn't have to be particularly useful or be a part of their Affinity: its more of a quirk to their personality.)

MAGICAL PROWESS:
(Only applies if your character knows magic. Basically, describe how well your character knows and controls magic, as well as a few spells they can do.)

CATALYST:
(The thing needed to use your magic. Doesn't need to be a wand, but it needs to be something you can put on your person, like a tiara or a ring.)

FAVORITE PART OF THE MANOR:
(The Lunatonne Manor, while not quite as large as the Solberg Estate, is still quite massive, with plenty of things to do. From reading in the library to strolling in the garden (albeit a bit of a dead one), everyone has a favorite place to go in the Estate. Where's yours and why? You can pretty much just make a place up; the Manor is extremely large, and with a world filled with magic, almost anything is possible.)

*REPUTATION:
(The Simple (Human) and Magical communities know of the Lunatonnes; but how does the public know your character as? A no good troublemaker? A saint in a family of devils? Or does the Simple community vilify you and the Magical one celebrate you?)

TRIVIA/OTHER:
(Fun facts about your character or just anything else you'd like us to know.)

THEME(S):
(Not required, but encouraged.)

SAMPLE RP:
(Before I can make my decision, I need to see your RPing skills. Please put at least a paragraph of any scenario your character would be in and show me how you write. This is perhaps the most important part of the process.)

-NOTE-

This sheet is liable to be changed and added on to at any point. If that happens, I will notify those who have applied to adjust their applications accordingly.

NAME:
Maverick Lunatonne

APPEARANCE:
f72aa85d98b799acc46bcb637fb880bf--manga-art-manga-anime.jpg
Stands at a giant 6'9 and weighs in at roughly 235 lbs, Maverick cuts an imposing muscular figure. His hair, ash gray in color, is medium length and sweet backward, fitting well with the beard he has, and his amber colored eyes are both cold and piercing. His skin is pale as moonlight, and he dresses as finely as he can, with fur suits and vests but more comfortable, common slacks, usually worn by those of a lesser status.

ROLE:
Eldest Sibling, Mr. Lunatonne

GENDER:
Male

AGE:
34

PERSONALITY:
The stoic strong, silent type of the family, Maverick keeps his focus on singular things that hardly ever deviate from his endgoals. He shows little to no emotion, and hardly ever smiles. Preferring his own company to that of others, and even with a bit of a cruel streak, he secludes himself from his Siblings and those around the Manor. Deep down, in a part of himself he wont acknowledge, he longs for their company, and to be accepted by his family and the rest of the world.

HISTORY/BIO:
The Eldest of a family of five, Maverick was born into not a loving embrace, but the cold grasp of a father who saw him as a tool to be used to further his own plans. Like the rest of his siblings, Maverick was separated from his mother at birth, and gradually, Maverick began to hate his father for it. He channeled this anger into his studies of magic and into one other thing: the Solbergs. Taught only to loathe them for what they did to their family, he grew with hate and malice in his heart constantly, which was only broken temporarily by the birth and involvement of his younger siblings. He felt no hate for them: only curiosity and a desire to keep them safe. Where his father failed, Maverick believed he could succeed, and he did his best to try and raise them into people that were...not like him, who thought only of hate and the destruction of any who got in the way of his goals. However, his father began to catch on to this, and as punishment, completely isolated him from his siblings at the age of sixteen. Maverick changed during his time with only his father as company, and became bitter and angry nearly all the time: and it was this bitterness that would lead him to eventually organize his fathers demise, without the knowledge of his other siblings...
And it worked. A bit of poison in his meal, and old man died in his sleep: a far better death than what Maverick believed he deserved. But with his father finally out of the picture, his plans could be set in motion...

AFFINITY:
Fire

UNIQUE MAGIC:
Once a day, Maverick can summon a mirror image of himself. It can only be seen by him, but can be heard by anyone else. Maverick uses this image as a way to reassure himself or think up plans: but the image is a reflection of his heart. Though Maverick has not ever shed a tear, many workers swear that, late at night, they can hear the sound of crying coming from his chambers...

MAGICAL PROWESS:
Maverick is a practiced Magician, rivaling the skills of Lord Solberg himself. His Fire spells are devastatingly quick and precise: the mark of an expert Magi. Summoning flames, fireballs, and pillars of flame are his forte.

CATALYST:
product-image-66668305_1024x1024.jpg
An amethyst ring, a memento of his mother that was given to him by a servant at a young age. He cherishes it greatly.

FAVORITE PART OF THE MANOR:
The Parlor
After a days work is done, Maverick sometimes likes to retreat to the small side parlor near the front of the house alone. He lights a small fire in the fireplace and likes to sit down in the large leather chair next to it, staring down at his ring...

*REPUTATION:
Maverick has only just taken up the mantle of Mr. Lunatonne, but he more than fits the shoes his father left. With an intimidating aura and a mysterious background, both the Simple and Magical communities know not to screw with him.

TRIVIA/OTHER:
Despite him rarely talking, Maverick is actually an excellent singer, and when he is alone for sure, he likes to practice. Ave Maria is one of his favorites.

NAME:
Amelia Lunatonne

APPEARANCE:
227272-anime-girls-green-g-girl-with-short-hair-in-victorian-dress.jpg
She stands at 5'4" and has a very feminine figure cut all the better with a tight corset. Her long hair goes to her waist but is usually kept in a bun or similar up-do. She's fair skinned and has a warm look to her, with brown hair and eyes lending a sweet quality. Her clothes are well-made and fine for her station, but have simpleness to them that eases some of the more common folk.

ROLE:
Youngest Daughter and Second Youngest of the Lunatonnes

GENDER:
female

AGE:
26

PERSONALITY:
Amelia is a sweet young woman who exudes friendliness and care. She is a very adaptable sort, changing minor aspects of her personality to better claim favor with those around her and while she plays this game expertly, she doesn't enjoy it. At her core, however, she is much like a snake in her cunning, and she puts her family first in all things. This sense of responsibility annoys her greatly, to an extent, where her siblings are concerned. She doesn't regard them coldly, though. Merely, she does not have patience for them, besides the few appearances from her eldest brother.

HISTORY/BIO:
Since being born, Amelia was a happy seeming child, enjoying the attention her positive nature and being awarded with praise from those who were around her. That is where she learned the ins and outs of social standing, and she quickly learned the best ways to enhance her personal station. She also worked on various talents, including playing piano, poetry and art. She'd watched others use fear and malice, and decided that being loved was a better way to go. So she started her manipulations early and as such, had many suitors come calling. None of them had the standing she wanted, however, and were all let down gently (most often using her father as an excuse). Her good reputation has been earned over years of diligently planning the what and when, choosing a deed over attending an event and vice versa with utmost care.

AFFINITY:
Water

UNIQUE MAGIC:
Once a day, she may choose to take the form of shadow. In the evening, she can utilize this to move quickly through the shadows and it's more limited in the broad daylight. Should ever anyone look on her while she sleeps, they'll see that shadows seem to move and cling to her.

MAGICAL PROWESS:
She's not as practiced as others, but she's still rather adept in the magical community. Her best spells include Water-Whip, Aqua Sphere, and manipulating existing water sources.

CATALYST:
She wears a gold locket adorned with a single emerald. It's been passed down the family line. While in Amelia's possession, it's been opened only three times, and never in front of others. She doesn't allow others to see the tiny portraits inside.

FAVORITE PART OF THE MANOR:
The estate features a gazebo near the fountain behind the house. She enjoys taking books from the library here to read in the peace and quiet from an otherwise noisy world.

*REPUTATION:
Amelia comes across to practically everyone as sweet, charitable and kind. She does a lot of good deeds, and most of them are sincere enough. Very few have seen her other side, when she needs to be fierce and protective, either of herself or her family and their reputation. It's something even her family hasn't seen often.

TRIVIA/OTHER:
Literature is a safe haven for Amelia; music and art are semi-enjoyable hobbies for her, as they be more enjoyable if she got the chance to perform for herself, instead of for others; yet she still practices all of it. She'd be happier as a solitary soul with just a few people around her. The only sibling that doesn't annoy her at all is Maverick, since she idolized him before his forced isolation.

THEME(S):

(I placed this slightly before their father's demise.)

Amelia had just finished a rendition on the piano in the town hall. The music had reverberated throughout and looking over her shoulder, she saw a few that gaped amongst the applause. She stood, smiled warmly and gave a small bow. As she walked from the piano, people started praising her on her musical prowess. She exchanged niceties until she was certain she was blue in the face. She brought a slender hand to rest on where her locket hung from her neck, hidden from the world under her blouse and jacket, seeking strength from it as though it was mana from God. It was a comfort and a reminder. Some days, she swore it was the only reason she had patience to play the game.

The crowd around her finally seemed to thin, until a previous suitor of hers, Jonathon Wilcox, approached her. He worked as a banker and did well enough, but he was also quite simple compared to the young woman. Inwardly exasperated, she greeted him warmly. "Mister Wilcox."

"Miss Lunatonne," he replied with a smile and small bow. "I've come to inquire on whether you'd allow me to escort you home. I'd be quite honored, since hearing your rehearsal, and I'd like to discuss something with you as well."

Ah, he wants to try and pursue me again, she thought as she studied him. The cologne he wore was as strong as it had always been when he had attempted for her hand. His hand also twitched when he wasn't exactly forthcoming. Arching a brow, she almost wanted to take him up on the offer, if only to see how he might decide to bury himself this time. Instead, she gently shook her head. "I'm sorry, Mister Wilcox, but my father wouldn't approve of it."

The man was instantly dejected, which earned him a smile and a continuation, "But perhaps we can have tea tomorrow, something I can fail to tell my father of?"

At that, he was again alight. Men were easier to manipulate than women, in general, and men like Jonathon Wilcox she could play as well as the piano. In truth, she played the devious minx card, as she just had, when she thought someone might be useful later on, and they were happy enough to let it be played, none the wiser, and equally happy to keep all subjects included a well kept secret in exchange for a forever unfulfilled promise: "I'll speak to my father about you when he's in an amenable mood, though I should warn you - that's not often."

I like what you got, but theres just one little discrepancy that needs to be taken care of before I can accept. All the Lunatonne children were separated from their mother at birth and raised at the Manor by the Father and the staff, and technically Maverick too. So if you could edit that small part of the bio somehow, then I can accept it right after.

Necromantic Necromantic
You've got something good going so far, but I cant accept until its finished, so be sure to get that done, yeah? Oh, and I approve of Marvy being a gift from young Maverick.

    Julius Lawless

    Age:
"I'm thirty-two! Yeah, yeah, you dn't believe me, whatever, I've heard it before."
    32

    Gender:
"Well I guess you could call me a woman if you want?"
    Male

    Sexuality:
"That's easy, I'm not looking! I'm already a single father!"
Homosexual. He sometimes jokes about being Mephistopheles's father when he's sure none of the Lunatonnes can hear him, and shamelessly flirts with guys, though he's not looking for a relationship.

    Role:
"Hm, what do I do? I'm Mephistopheles's butler, and doctor, oh and uhm... Well, I take care of him."
Mephistopheles's butler. And doctor. And Tutor. You know what, he really is pretty much his dad. He was hired specifically for Mephistopheles at a young age, due to the child needing somebody to constantly be around him. A twelve year old who could do healing magic was chosen due to young Mephistopheles pitching a fit anytime an adult was hired to watch him. He helps the other servants around the manor, but he's instructed to drop anything else he may be doing if Mephistopheles needs him.

NAME:
Venus Lunatonne
APPEARANCE:
Venus is an elegantly tall woman with sleek black hair and piercing blue eyes. Standing at a little over 5'10" and weighing 140lbs, she strikes an imposing figure. She takes great care to keep her pale skin smooth and her long hair silky. She dresses lavishly, keeping up to date with the latest fashion trends and is never without at least one item of jewellery.
hela_by_gin_1994-dbslyky.jpg
(Artist)

ROLE:
Third eldest sibling

GENDER:
Female

AGE:
30

PERSONALITY:
Venus is a very vain, prideful woman who cares deeply about how others perceive her. She tends to speak to most people with cool indifference. She is quite a smart woman, dividing her time between keeping up social appearances and spending hours toiling away in her study with dusty old tomes. She is not very extroverted, but can easily play a great hostess if the mood demands it. Venus is also very cunning and manipulative, she will beg, cheat, and steal until she gets what she wants. Deep down, beneath all the training she had received through the years, Venus is bloodthirsty. She hides it well, but there have been whispers about how one of the chambermaids lost her ear.

HISTORY/BIO:
Venus was a solitary, angry, child. She spent the majority of her youth despising her etiquette classes and being rarely seen at social events because she simply could not behave herself. She much preferred spending her time reading alone in the library. At around age 14, she had an epiphany when she learned that she could make a neighbour boy do whatever she wanted simply because he fancied her, and suddenly began taking leaps and bounds in her studies. Venus went from being a silent girl who broke teacups to a suave woman who isn't afraid to say what she wants. She began attending tea parties with the neighbour girls, playing with their interpersonal relationships as if they were marionettes and she was the puppeteer. Many were shocked by her sudden change of character, assuming she would remain a black sheep and never find a husband.
Before she was 20, Venus had her fingers in almost too many pies to count. She had people from all walks of life in all parts of the city with ears open, anyone from courtesans, to beggar children, to noblemen. She had a way with words (and coin) that could sway people. And if her polite tactics didn't work, she had a few friends in very low places.

AFFINITY:

Manipulation/hypnosis (if too OP I'll change it to air)

UNIQUE MAGIC:
Open/close wounds. She can reverse/speed up the healing process of any wound. Reopening a wound is extremely traumatic and can only be healed magically or if she decides to let it heal.

MAGICAL PROWESS:
She spent a large majority of her life refining her powers.
Venus can skillfully weave sentences together that can compel people to do things they normally wouldn't want to do.
She has a hypnotizing gaze that can leave someone dumbstruck (make them forget what they are doing, freeze them in place, etc)
She is skilled at manipulating emotions and can even plant a suggestion of a memory in someone's head.
Animals also seem to have an affinity for her.

CATALYST:
il_340x270.1407398661_71zv.jpg

FAVORITE PART OF THE MANOR:
The library, she spends most of her time in her conducting research or simply reading for leisure.

*REPUTATION:
Many people are frightened by her, especially the people who knew her as a child. She is recognized as an important ally to have by those in the upper echelons of society and the seedy underbelly of the city. The magical community has the notion that she is a weak spellcaster, which Venus has done nothing to deter (easier for business if her affinity isn't common knowledge)

TRIVIA/OTHER:
She runs a high-end brothel frequented by both drug lords and regular lords.
She has a pet Raven named Tenebris

THEME(S):

Venus smiles demurely over the porcelain brim of her delicate teacup, batting her long lashes at Duke Whitford. The duke had been sweating profusely throughout the majority of their afternoon and she could smell him from across the table. He was the one who had given her a calling card and yet now he appears to be a fool bumbling around for the right words to say. Well, she had persuaded him to want to give her a calling card in the first place. "Your grace," she says pleasantly, placing her teacup down on her saucer with a delicate clink, " this tea is marvellous, you said you purchased it from a Chinese trader? Li Wei, was it?" Based on the sudden sharp inhalation of air from the duke, she was guessing the name was correct.
"How do you know that man?" Whitford finally asks, staring at her with wide blue eyes.
"Ah, the mute Duke Whitford finally speaks. I was becoming worried I had lost my knack for conversation." She smiles, sliding a pale hand across the gilded table where it rests atop his hand. He represses a shudder."Mr. Wei was just telling some of his friends, who happen to be my friends, about the nobleman who stiffed him on his tea shipment. You wouldn't happen to know anything about this?" Her smile sharpens, her gaze becoming poisonous as she wills him not to lie. The physical contact made it easy, it was like reaching your hand into a toy chest and rummaging around until you find what you want and rip it out.
"I've never heard of-- I don't do business with-- I..." His lies die on his tongue and he stares at her in horror, mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water. Every time he attempted to lie it was as if someone had snatched the breath right out of his lungs.

Venus stands abruptly, rounding on the duke so she could stand over him imposingly. "Please don't lie, Your Excellency. It is so unbefitting of a man of your stature. Now, if you receive a letter sealed with black ink, please follow the instructions to your utmost." The poor man looked about ready to mess himself, and it took almost all of her willpower not to cackle in his face. He nods once, slowly. She straightens herself, gently gliding her fingers along his jawline."Now, you didn't feel threatened by me, right? Just a romantic date?" She whispers, twining her intention with her words.

As soon as the Duke had left her parlour, Venus makes the walk to her study at a leisurely pace. She stops briefly in the kitchen for some meat scraps, carefully holding them away from herself.
Connected to her study was a large aviary where 3 large ravens were currently perched, cawing at her and hopping back and forth in their excitement to see their mom.
"Hello my sweets," she coos lovingly, tossing in the meat scraps to the ravenous birds. With the ravens currently preoccupied, Venus takes a seat at her desk and begins penning that letter intended for the Duke.

NAME:
Mavis Lunatonne

APPEARANCE:
1522931536637.png
A staggeringly tall woman at 6.9".

ROLE:
Sibling. Twin Sister of Maverick Lunatonne

GENDER:
Female

AGE:
34

PERSONALITY:
It is an extremely rare occurrence to find Mavis with a smile on her face. Her general demeanor when addressing people lacks any semblance of positive emotion, a trait that was instilled and enforced into her by her late father. Mavis is noticeably more patient when addressing people of lesser social standing than her, a subconscious act of rebellion against her upbringing. Mavis finds their lives and the ways they find joy and happiness intriguing. Dealing with people of equal or higher social standing, she is much more cold and ruthless.

HISTORY/BIO:
Born three minutes after Maverick, Mavis never had it any better than her twin brother. Her father's astronomically high expectations left her with a complex that she spent years dealing with. Occupying her time studying like her brother didn't help her, so she turned to a more artistic pursuit to alleviate her pains and come into terms with herself as a person. The constant fear and hatred of her father never culminated properly on her canvases, but it did give her some semblance of respite. Her brother, always an openly hostile fellow in her eyes, she could never bring herself to care for. Years passed, she became an older sister, and her father mysteriously died. Mavis spends her days painting away in her studio, trying to make sense of her place in a world where a man that held such a grip in her life is no more. She has a circle of artist friends that she finds to be pleasant company. She never told anyone in her family that on of them is a Solberg.

AFFINITY:
Lightning

UNIQUE MAGIC:
Mavis can engineer sound frequencies. She can produce rings of sound that can stay dormant until she beckons to activate them. She can simulate a wide variety of sounds from a pleasant conversation between two people to a shrill scream. She can also conjure rings that absorb sound. She can hold as much sound as she wants, but needs to dispose of the kinetic energy from time to time.

MAGICAL PROWESS:
Mavis can control electricity better than mages who spent their entire lives studying and practicing it. She never found much use for it outside of the occasional party tricks.

CATALYST:
1530838513941.jpeg(Given to her by her mother.)

FAVORITE PART OF THE MANOR:
Her painting studio.

REPUTATION:
Mavis is respected in higher social circles for her skill as an art dealer. Her aptitude towards lightning and unique magical ability is a thing of curiosity and wonder in the magic community. As a result of this high standing, people of lower social standing find her unapproachable.

TRIVIA/OTHER:
- Mavis can see Maverick's reflections. Perhaps attributed to the fact that they are twins.
- Mavis seems to have a preference for Asian and Eastern art and fashion. Her entire wardrobe consists of gowns she procured off-shores.
- Mavis is far from an acclaimed artist. All her paintings have been critically brutalized.
- Mavis has an ongoing relationship with her maid Dorothy, a relationship both of whom have kept a secret. She finds herself drawn to her perpetually positive demeanor.

THEME(S):

SAMPLE RP:
"Are you done yet m'lady?" Dorothy voiced under the mask that was coincidentally the only thing she was wearing.
"Hold for a little while longer." Mavis answered, furiously attacking her canvas with her brush.
Dorothy shifted. "Alright, but-"
"Done." Mavis finished with one last flourish.
Dorothy almost collapsed, but she found just enough energy to walk over to her Mistress's side to take a looksie at the painting. "I... like... it?"
"Not much better then my last attempt." Mavis ran a hand through her hair. "A pity. We're starting again." The Lunattone could tell her maid recoiled inside the mask.
"But I can barely stay on my feet as it is, and-"
"Dorothy?"
"Yes, m'lady?"
Mavis ripped off her helmet and planted the softest of kisses on her servants lips. "Get back to position."
The maid nodded and put her helmet back on.

NAME: Athena Gray

APPEARANCE:
f95ba43df97d670805c58bd4d9eb7deb-dar6800.png

ROLE: Goon

GENDER: Female

AGE: 28

PERSONALITY: At first glance, Athena comes across as taciturn. However, within her personal relationships she is known for her fiery and aggressive personality. She tends to be foul-mouthed and sarcastic when faced with something that tests her limited patience. Despite her rough mannerisms, Athena is incredibly loyal to the Lunatonne household. She dedicated her existence to both protecting them and eliminating threats to the family business. Her life is centered around extortion and assassination, and she executes her missions with brutal precision. Athena gradually felt a growing hatred for alchemists who compete with the Lunatonnes. Ever since the Head of the Estate died, her rage quickly transformed into a strong desire for revenge.

HISTORY/BIO: Athena was born as a living weapon for a small yet ambitious group of potion makers. Her entire youth was spent training as both an assassin and a magus of the company. One day, the potion makers made an attempt to cross Lunar Crafts and Brews, and this resulted in the death of everyone related to the business. However, Athena managed to survive the assault of several elite hitmen, and her vast potential allowed her to be taken in by Mr. Lunatonne himself. Athena knew that she was being used as a weapon, but this fact did not stop her from appreciating the significantly improved lifestyle she was given. Her gratitude for the Head of Estate made her swear an oath to defend both him and his entire family with her life. She then became a goon for the business, extorting rival companies and torturing those who would stand in their way.

Athena developed an irrational fondness for Mr. Lunatonne that caused her to feel crushed when he died. Because of her experience with assassination, she knew that the man was killed, and she suspects that the Solbergs were behind his death. Her hatred for the Solbergs and desire for their destruction became encompassing and defines the purpose of her existence. However, her self-imposed mission of vengeance also serves as a means to distract her from her inner turmoil as she privately longs to be with her dead ally.

AFFINITY: Snakes

UNIQUE MAGIC: Once a day, Athena can summon a gigantic white snake. This snake, lovingly named Snek, has a high resistance to physical damage while also attacking with unrivaled strength. Snek can split its body into smaller snakes, and the smaller snakes can emit a small dosage of venom. Athena also shares a telepathic link with Snek, allowing her to see and sense through his body/bodies.

Athena's affinity is also strongly related to snakes. She can mimic the physiology of snakes by coating her weapon and body in poison that kills men in minutes if they do not receive a cure. She can also give her body multiple reptilian features such as scales and claws, thus boosting her attack, speed, and stealth. Her mastery over this magic stems from her past as a trained assassin and magus of a small potion business.

CATALYST: A pink buckled choker that she was forced into caring for in her youth.

FAVORITE PART OF THE MANOR: Somewhere near the garden, the previous Head of Estate has a regal permanent resting place. Athena likes to think here, it helps her clear her head.

TRIVIA/OTHER: Athena's go-to weapon is a pair of daggers attached to a chain. She sometimes wraps them around her body to stop them from making noise.

THEME:

Athena glared up at the desolate church before her. Its sides were flanked by dark, gnarled trees in a way that reminded her of Mr. Lunatonne's manor. She could smell the strong scent of dirt left on the building's barren yard, waiting to be cleared away after years of neglect. The poor state of the church almost made her want to turn back. But her orders were clear. She had to go in, no matter how little she wanted to enter the filthy place.

Athena couldn't help but scowl at how pissed off she felt. The Lunatonnes had recently noticed a surprising growth in competition lately. Rival potion makers were getting bolder by the day, selling new mixtures that were guaranteed to make life in London more convenient. It was her job to investigate the cause behind these new potions, and one major discovery she had was a secret auction taking place somewhere on the outskirts of the city. Of course, her destination happened to be all the way across the city from the manor, and the exact place was difficult to find in the middle of nowhere. The amount of effort to just arrive there was staggering, and Athena planned on letting her anger out on the fools who brought her here. She reached her arm out to the door--

Two forgettable men suddenly ran out of the church. Their arms flailed wildly as they ran in terror, yelling for their lives. Startled, Athena studied the two men before letting them run past. She slowly turned her head to face the thing that made them run away. She immediately threw her body to the side right before getting trampled by four reptilian legs. When she jerked to her feet, she was met with three snarling snake-like heads.

A hydra. Young, but still large enough to be a threat to her. Each of its heads and legs were covered in chains, and there was a muzzle on one of the heads that failed to come apart. The creature was clearly being sold off to different companies who wanted to harvest its flesh and blood, a plan that seemed to fail quite drastically. Athena drew her daggers and took another step away from the hostile beast. This wouldn't be an easy fight. Hydras had poison in their blood, making Athena's primary use of magic ineffective. Hydras not only had thick skin that was tough to pierce, but they also had incredible regenerative abilities, a trait that made the necessary removal of its heads difficult. Swearing to herself, Athena let her hands and feet morph into claws, giving her a large boost to her agility. She dodged the vicious beast as each head lashed out at the air, eager to taste its prey's blood.

The assassin refused go down without a fight. She danced past each head with inhumane grace, blades moving in a flurry of metal and blood. Yet whenever she managed to pierce the young hydra's skin, it immediately recovered and traded blows of its own. She decided to end the fight quickly before its monstrous stamina outweighed her own. Whenever the pair traded blows, Athena grabbed onto the chains attached to the beast's many heads, and eventually she tied it onto its own body. "Why don't you just die already, lizard breath!!" Right on cue another gigantic reptile leapt from the church's roof. It stretched its jaw far enough that it bit off each of the hydra's heads in a single bite. The hydra made a disgusting squelch sound before falling to its side.

Athena untangled herself from the creature's chains and sighed. "You sure enjoyed yourself today didn't you, Snek?" The assassin's partner-in-crime hissed in a sign of frustration, its tongue licking away at the red and green blood on its lips. Although Snek was watching in the shadows all along, it only helped Athena out after having a bite of the tasty humans who tried to run away earlier. "Fine, lizard breath isn't a legitimate insult, happy now?" With an almost pout-like expression, the giant snake disappeared in a flashing light, returning to whatever magical realm that summoned creatures went to. Sighing in annoyance, Athena turned to the dead hydra in its path. It was quite a shock that a swamp-residing creature was all the way out here in London. She idly wondered how many restoritives and poisons could be made from its magical body. "Whelp, only one way to find out." Athena braced herself before starting the long trek home, dragging a hydra corpse along all day.

SAMPLE RP:
"So Ms.Atkins." Mavis looks at the young woman's resume. "You seem to have a wide variety of skills, but no experience to show for it"
Dorothy nods. "I just entered the job market, m'lady." She shifts on the uncomfortable seat. "I am hoping to work for an affluent family"
Impressive facial structure... The eldest mistress notes as the girl smiles nervously. "Normally we only hire individuals with much more experience to work for us than you."
"Well I spent a lot of my childhood doing the chores in the house." Dorothy offered, her back tensing up.
"Not worth putting on your resume, apparently." Mavis stands up, walking circles around the young woman. Impeccable posture.
Dorothy does not waver from the mistress's stature nor her gaze, determined to get this job. "Well I suppose not, but I'm sure if you give me a chance I can prove myself."
Doesn't shy away either. Mavis notes, before sighing. "A pity that you're so woefully under qualified."
"W-what?" The girl's face falls, her hopes dashed. "B-but I need this job."
"I'm afraid I can't help you, Ms. Atkins." Mavis takes her seat opposite to Dorothy, her usual look of ambivalence about her. "Come back when you have atleast three years of work on your resume."
With her hopes thoroughly dashed, Dorothy's head falls on her hands. This was the only job she could find that pays enough to support her parents. What am I going to do?
Mavis takes note of her distress and sighs, her eyes wandering to the curtains. "Listen, if you are in urgent need of money, I can refer you to the Solbergs. They're much more lenient with the-" The eldest mistress stops short as a thought passes her mind. Slowly she gets up from her seat and ambles towards the curtains. Pulling the chord, the curtain withdraws, letting sunlight nourish the dark room and on Dorothy. Inspiration floods Mavis's mind as she walks towards the young woman and kneels down to get the perfect angle for her next painting. I must have her.
Dorothy only looks on in confusion, what with the eldest lady of the house looking like she's about to propose. "M'lady, what are you-"
"Ms. Atkins, how comfortable are you being around people in the nude?"
