A Gallifreyan on his 12th Regeneration—at least so far as he numbers, though there was the unnatural “War Doctor” and the Metacrisis. He shouldn’t have regenerated again, and this has left him with a sense of immortality.

He is a Time Lord who graduated (barely) from the Academy at Mount Cadon Campus.

His most recent companion, Chloe Linn, left him to spend her time with her sick mother. This left the Doctor distraught and jealous. He went on a suicide mission against the Daleks.

He survived...somehow.

The TARDIS took him to Earth while he regenerated safely in her walls. Somewhere around 1,300 years old now. 14th life. The impossible number for Time Lords.

Huge fan of sonic technology.

Wants to like apples.

Claims to be peace-loving.

May have committed genocide a time or two.​

51st Century, Earth

Jana Coeur, of the powerful Coeur family which eventually took over Earth after it fragmented when the sun went supernova and began years long wars to bring something like peace and stability back to the planet. She was forged in war, both a capable fighter and a cunning strategist, who truly did believe in achieving the best.

When the best meant marrying a foe for an alliance, she did it. There was no children from the marriage to bond them. Her husband would die “tragically” young from “natural” causes of radiation exposure from the sun that had gone supernova. The fact he was a controlling and abusive asshole is clearly irrelevant, as is the fact that no one else really seemed to be impacted by this radiation so greatly.

By then, there was no one to question the Coeur family. They had done the impossible – restored civilization to Earth, and started to turn that towards profit to those who wanted to visit their “homeland”.

Jana moved on from war, cutting a deal with the Time Agency for resources and loans that her family could give, to join their ranks. Natural curiosity of time was where it began, and then she got to see the underbelly of what the Time Agency was, and it disgusted it. Her last straw was the sinking of Atlantis.

In the 51st century, she is thought dead.

In truth, she sunk with Atlantis, and fled to another time. She’s done a lot of time hopping through Earth since then, avoiding other Time Agents. She’s considered finding a way to take down the Time Agency, but has grown apathetic towards that over the years.

Who would really care? Being exposed to so many times, and so many people, has jaded her, and turned her fairly cynical.​
