"Pft you call it a family!?" Caitlin snorted, "more like a prison if you ask me." Caitlin turned to her computer and saw Kai and a strange boy approaching. "Kai's back with someone else," Caitlin announced and then added, "oh and for your job request, thanks, but it's a f*** no from me."


Kai entered the lab with a grin. He was covered in blood and dust. "Tadaaaaa!"

Kiroko watched as Kai made his entrance. He looked around the lab... Interesting. He grinned as he imagined what he was going to do there.

Alec was suddenly not as happy as he thought he would be to be talking to this girl. "A prison? Is that honestly what you think? I give those of our kind refuge in this cruel world. Unlike you, most of us can't hide who we are with a little serum. If what I created existed five years my sister would have fallen into the clutches of the government." He felt a growl start to emit from his throat but it stopped when Caitlin said someone was coming up with Kai. "I wonder who he has found this time."

Amelie felt her phone vibrate in her hand. Well that was fast. A she went to answer the phone she saw Kian's number appear. Amelie tsked and answered. "What?" She made sure to sound irritated and placed a hand on her hip.

"Amelie! Where are you?! Where's Xavier! He's hurt, Amelie, we need to go find him!" He burst out, easily alarming random civilians as he stalked his way along a sidewalk, worry staining his every movement and sound.


Please tell me he's safe, please say he's fine, Kian desperately wished, crossing his fingers for luck.

"Yea yea whatever mate I wont join you, but...." she paused for effect. "If you need an expert for anything I will do it for money, and my gadgets." She pointed to the walls, "are also for hire." Caitlin smiled at Kai as he made his entrance. She walked up to Kiroko, "hi Kiroko I'm Caitlin." She sat back down and looked at Kai. "Oh right," Kai said. "We're going to attack the government."

Kiroko raised an eyebrow in confusion. "The government?" he asked. He was being hunted, of course, but... Well... He didn't want to end his life fighting the government. He'd much rather die of starvation. "And how do you know my name?" he also asked. He just thought about it now. How did she know his name?

"I know everyone's name," Caitlin replied and she laughed. "And yes the government." She turned to Kai again and he rolled his eyes. "You seen the movie Rambo?"

Alec stood up and put his hands back in his pockets. "Am I the only who hasn't seen the movie Rambo?"

"Nope." he replied honestly. He didn't get out a lot. Never watched a movie in his life. Although, he could create money with his ability. He never thought about it, though.

"F***ing hell jeez" Kai sighed. "We're going to free the gifted who want to help us and kill the ones who get in our way." He said it simply and loaded a pistol. He placed it on the table. "You know how to shoot?"

"Maybe." said Kiroko as he picked up the pistol and observed it. "I can't guarantee, though." He would help them, fine. He grinned as he looked up at Kai.

Caitlin tapped a few buttons and the walls turned back into normal dirt walls. She then taped a few more buttons and a few human like targets came up. "Show us then," she smiled and picked up a pistol herself. Kai also joined in, grabbing his pistol and firing at the targets.

Kiroko took the pistol, spun it around in his hand, and held it poised to attack. He shot one target five times in the stomach, another twice in the head (With a few going below that) before they both fell down. He grinned and waited for what they were going to say.

"You're ok..." Kai replied, "there are people better than you at shooting, but you're one of the best fighters we have." Caitlin grabbed two pistols and raised them both, one on her left side and the other on her right. Multiple targets popped up on either side yet Caitlin managed to hit most of them.

(Sorry been pretty busy today. Also I don't know how to bring Xavier back into the rp just yet)


Amelie didn't like where this conversation was going already. "First of all calm down or I am going to hang up. Second I'm sure Xavier is fine. He can take care of himself." She pinched the bridge of her nose, clearly frustrated. Why is it always the ones who panic easily that join us? "Where are you so I can meet up with you."


Alec had to get up and move so he wasn't in the way of the targets. He new how to use a gun but only to a certain extent. No where near as good as all of them. He was more of a hand to hand combat kind of guy or he would send out and undead to do his dirty work.

Kai looked at Alec, "you need a bit of training don't you. Anything you're good at? Or at least better at than shooting?" Kai asked, "something that can put a person out of action?" He added. Kai wrapped a small bandage over the cut in his foot and winced. He grabbed some pills off of Caitlin's desk and ate them, instantly feeling better. Kai then suddenly collapsed. Caitlin laughed. "Those are healing enhancement pills, he's supposed to be unconscious."

"Well I'm decent at hand to hand combat. I need to be because the undead I summon can only function while within a certain distance from me. I tended to be the brains, more or less, in the organization, so I'm not always out in the field unless it's researching other gifted. But that doesn't mean I can't protect my self when needed." He paused to think for a moment. "But I guess it couldn't hurt to get some help to shoot a gun better." His cheeks started to turn red. He was embarrassed to be asking that.

Xavier woke up when he sensed a bunch of people around him, keeping his eyes closed and making sure his breathing was steady. The voices sounded far off and quit, so they were probably on the other side of the park. He couldn't understand anything that was being said, and after a few minutes cautiously opened one eye. What he saw was at least five guys standing over him, a few with bats and one that had a pistol strapped to his hip. Xavier's first thought? Well f*ck. All at once it seemed the other boys grabbed him by the arms and picked him up from the bench. The two holding him up were way bigger than him, and his feet barely touched the ground, something he was actually thankful for since his leg was hurting. His hood was yanked roughly from his head and he glared at the guy with the gun, clearly the ringleader of the bunch. "That's him. He was fighting with Kai earlier," the guy said, and then they started walking away from the park, one of the guys gagging Xavier when he opened his mouth to yell. After a few minutes he wondered if they were with the gov, but dismissed the idea as they entered an apartment complex. He was dragged along until they got to a room that looked vaguely familiar, though the ringleader and the guys not carrying him obscured his view of the room. "One of my crew spotted this kid and decided it'd be a good idea to bring him in," Xavier recognized the voice as the ringleader's right before he was dropped unceremoniously to the floor, and instantly his body screamed in pain. Groaning, Xavier curled in on himself a little and shut his eyes, slightly afraid of what he'd see.


((So he basically got kidnapped and dragged to where Kai, Alec, Caitlin and whoever else is))

Kai turned his head just to see Xavier fall from the sky and fall onto the ground. Kai grabbed a pistol and walked towards Xavier. He fired the pistol towards Xavier, purposely narrowly missing his head. "Well, well, well, Xavier, I see Bruce found you." Kai lifted him up by his throat and pushed him up against the wall. Kai glanced down at his wounds. "Ooo did I give you an ouchy?" Kai smirked, Caitlin's medicine and his gift had helped him heal quicker. Kai placed a hand on his broken (or fractured) leg and squeezed tightly, nearly snapping the bone again. "You don't ever f*cking mess with me!" Kai started yelling, "I dont care if she was going to f*ck you, you don't betray me!" Kai hurled Xavier across the room into another wall. Enfuriated Kai walked up to Xavier and got out a knife, he jabbed himself and threw the knife to his side. He now felt even more strength surge into him as he stood over Xavier. "Kai stop!" Caitlin shrieked and slapped Kai. It wasnt the slap the hurt him, it was the effort she put in, knowing it wouldn't hurt him. "There's no honour in beating a cripple sh*tless!" She started. "Let me fix him, then you can beat him all you want." Kai thought for a second and smiled at Caitlin. "You're right, I'll beat him sh*itless when he's fully better." Kai lifted the crippled Xavier and placed him on one of Caitlin's many benches.

Xavier hissed in pain, but overall he was becoming numb. Probably not the best thing at the moment, actually. He glared at Kai and sat up on the bench, gritting his teeth. He recognized that he was in that one girl's lair with all the weapons, and that there were a bunch of people standing around (like the "crew" or whoever). "You were going to f*cking execute her in the street like a criminal! What the hell did you expect me to do? Let you shoot her like a dog?" Even though he knew he looked like shit and had no chance in surviving a fight, Xavier glared at Kai evenly, not showing a hint of fear or regret.

Alec stared wide eyed at the an that just got thrown in here. Since this is the one that saved her. Something sparked in his mind. "You are the one I got the call about." He blurted out and then immediately covered his mouth. For being so smart he can has his moments. I blame you Amelie. If you never had called me I swear I could be in a better situation than here.

Kai slammed a fist into Xavier's mouth. "Shut the f*ck up." Caitlin injected Xavier with an orange serum. She then injected him with a pale purple liquid and threw a couple pills in his mouth. Xavier then slumped and fell asleep.


Kai then turned and looked at Alec. "You're one of them?" Kai grabbed his pistol. "Are you trying to tell me that all along you're some slave to the government?" Kai raised the gun.

"You really think I'm one of them? I had gotten a call about him. It was a request to take him in and protect him from the government. Incase you've forgotten he is also being tracked down." He offically disliked Kai. Alec thought that his help could be useful but he is just too hot headed. Hasn't thought a thing through since he's met him. "It's no wonder I don't see you with many people a lot. You go pointing guns at people's heads without thinking things through. I made an organization from the ground up to spy on the government and keep track of those who work for them. I give a home to people who are on the run. You tell me if you really think I'm one of them."

Kai looked at Alec sadly. A tear almost ran down his cheek. Kai turned, "you can't trust anyone these days. Kai walked off into the street. "You son of a b*tch!" Caitlin slapped Alec across the face. "Watch what you say!" Caitlin pointed to the door, "get out," she said, "we don't need your help, we can't trust you." Caitlin showed him out and returned to see Kai back. "That went well, Caitlin, remind me to kill him next time I see him." Kai said. "Will do," she replied, grinning.
