This Land of Mine

So, I would like to join, I just have a few questions.

1. Can I omit the Religion part? I'm not too into religion in real life, and I would like my nation to be a reflection of that.

2. In the military section, do I have to give you a number for infantry, cavalry, etc.

3. Do we start with 7k in our nation? If not, whats the number at the start.

1. Yes, just put atheistic.

2. Yes, please.

3. You start with a max of 7000, but can choose between 1-7000, it's dependent on what you want.

Thanks :D

Oh! And one more, when we RP this out, is from the perspective of our nation's leader? Could it be RP'ed out from that perspective if we want, with the information about the nation coming to him from advisers or other means.

(I just imagine this playing out really similar to Civ)

It's more along the lines of a given set of commands, dulled out through several different people or groups in your government and nation. Such as.

1. The Master of Coin for the nation has declared that the new currency will be in pickles. Manufacturing will begin shortly.

2. Leader of agriculture has decided that cows are dangerous, and should be kept in cages.

And continue on as such, placing orders for a nation from the respective viewpoints of those that would be in charge of such actions. However, if you do engage with another player, per se, your leaders meet and convene privately, they would speak as though the player were rping that leader. Ex.

Leader Kelef takes a sip of his wine.

"So you're here to talk peace?" He says, setting the cup down on the desk, mulling over the parchment laid in front of him.

That sort of thing.

So is this form of RPing mandatory? Because I'd much rather do this from various characters perspectives, mostly the high positioned characters.

You could, I suppose. As long as the actions are clearly defined.

This is laid out well. And I'm going to assume cannons and muskets are a possobility in the future, and then no further. And you said there is magic. So, what is the magic system like? Do we need to harvest mana/crystals? Or is it more like the Harry Potter kind of magic? Or some third one were the strength of the spell depends on the person? And since this is fantast, albiet low fantasy, how outrageous am I allowed to be with my race. Like, or example, a large reptilian race that can change it's skin color to blend in with the surroundings, like an octopus.

It's low MEDIEVAL fantasy, so no cannons or muskets either, really. And there technically *is* magic, but it is not a widespread source, nor gained at random. It needs to be studied for centuries before people could make sense of it, the progression and discovery for magic is about as fast as humans on earth made scientific discoveries. But yes, it is also just humans.

It's debatable that there were muskets during the end of the medieval era. But you are the boss. I shall work on the CS eithe tonight or tomorrow.

Yet I would count that as being more Renaissance than medieval, when technology was not heavily suppressed by the Church. But yes, Low Medieval Fantasy is as broad as I can get, without having to go into a rampage and check yes or no boxes as to what it applies to and the etymology and creating of certain weapons in relation with earth and their development.

That's quite alright. It's getting pretty hectic for me too, did not expect this much out of it.
