If your character kills someone - are you allowed to take the dead person's rucksack and decide what's in it? (Be it a gun, dagger, provisions etc.)

Hey! I am super interested in this, but I'm just wondering how come it isn't very active? Did something happen or were people just not very interested at first? Also, could characters interact without killing each other? Like teams or something?

Of course you can! It's actually encouraged to make alliances . And I don't know, I was excited about it and started it but no one responded
