These Black Rings - Post Apocalyptic sandbox where you are one of the few with still a mind of your own.

In the Cold War, everyone got far too nuclear bomb happy for their own good after a reunion of the UN turned sourer than usual. As the tension mounted and the governments got more and more tense and angry at their rivals, those who saw that it could mean a nuclear war and had both the common sense and the money to afford it created giant bunker cities.
These cities could not get everyone to safety, however, and so only the richest and luckiest got a place in those safe havens when the rather...
