Fandom The Zodiac Curse

Shito nodded "i know...and even though I saw that, letting them know is something I would like to do eventually..." she said, her eyes turning cold momentarily before returning to normal "I wonder what I should call them..." she said blankly staring at nothing. @NightCasterZ
 
Shito froze momentarily before looking back "yeah..." she said blushing, smiling awkwardly and not mentioning the fact that one of them would carry the curse of the cat... the curse even worse than what the others had...the one...that made her a monster... at this thought she looked down at the bead bracelet on her arm, concern and fear briefly in her eyes before she snapped out of it and went back to looking at Liz "sad fact is I can only keep one of em'..." she said,looking down at her hands that were shaking slightly, she was uncomfortable with the subject and fearful that one of the others would over-hear or walk in. @NightCasterZ @eclipsehowls (the cougar)
 
Shito looked at Liz blankly "because only one of them will have the curse...and...If the other has a chance to live a normal life...a life that I've only dreamed of..then, I want to give them that chance." she said smiling weakly. @NightCasterZ
 
Charlie skipped around in the city, saying hello to everyone even if she didn't know them. At one point she stopped at a bench in a park and ate a banana. Then she threw it on the ground and hid nearby. She laughed to herself as a guy older than her slid into the bench.


He suddenly whipped his head in her direction and started running. Uh-oh, Charlie thought as she took off running. She ran into the forest at incredible speeds before turning and stopping to see the guy still after her. Bye. Charlie waved before taking off again and climbing high into the trees, her headphones still tightly over her ears.


From there she just swung through the trees until she was a safe distance away from him. Then she just sat against the tree and Pulled out another knife of hers, which she had made herself. It was sharper than a sword, yet easy to throw. She used it to carve a monkey into the tree, being sure not to actually hurt the tree.
 
Enya saw Shito come back from wherever she had been. Her attention was drawn to a leopard bringing back a stag and she began hissing at the female leopard. There was only hissing for several minutes before Enya relaxed and sat down on the edge of the building. The leopard picked up the meal and dragged it away Leo's mate.


The cougar sniffed at Shito as the cat cousin came into the building in which the humans were resting and turned its gold eyes on her, following her movements before laying its head back down. Its ears flicked briefly at the mention of the human female saying that the human mates would catch, nurse back to health, and release wounded animals but it seemed to ignore or not take any notice of the rest of the conversation. Hissing something at an ocelot as it passed the building, the ocelot ran off to the river. The cougar was pretty sure it had seen house cats eating fish and ocelots were best for catching the slippery scales. @TheHappyPikachu @NightCasterZ
 
Shito stopped discussing the subject and smiled politely at Luz one last time before heading back out, sighing before falling to the ground exhausted "sheesh...I shouldn't be this tired so early.." She muttered before noticing Enya on a building and jumping back up, dusting herself off "hi.." She said slightly embarrassed. @eclipsehowls @NightCasterZ
 
Syndric snorted as he ran down the pavement towards the lab, his hooves clopping loudly on the pavement and then it was just his luck for a stray dog to start barking which startled the stallion and made him swerve to the other side of the path, jumping a bench that was in his path before landing and continuing to run.

(Cause he spazzed out and is now a horse again but since he's going in that direction, I can have him turn back into human.)


Not hearing the dog running after him the horse slowed to a walk before another poof of black smoke surrounded the horse and Syndric stood there. "That was close and I didn't even get to finish my meal either," he grumbled. He looked behind him and didn't see the dog so went back to get his clothes. "Jaeger's a mean spirited bully," he said and shook his head in a very horse like manner before pulling his clothes back on. "Stupid Zodiacs and not being able to shift with clothes on. Maybe I'll check out that lab since those people were in there." As he reached the lab he looked up at the building. "Whoever designed this has got talent and could go far in architecture," he said before walking towards the door and knocking. @Blackrose7 (There you go)
 
Syndric blinked at the girl that opened the door. It was the one that had called the other girl a snake which was still puzzling the Horse Zodiac. "Hi I'm Syndric Elm and was just admiring the architecture of the building here. Did you know there's a concert playing tonight in the meadow near the mountains? It's going on from tonight to Monday. Some 90s Mashup I heard," he said. @Blackrose7
 
"Um...I didn't build this building, Snakie's little brother: Issri build this, and I didn't know that there was going to be concert playing tonight." said Opal, since she has been hanging out with her friends a lot today, that she didn't know about that at all. "Anyway. Nice to meet you, Syndric. My name is Opal, and I am not sure if I am aloud to let you in, since this is Snakie's lab after all." said Opal.

There's that word again, Syndric thought to himself. "Hi Opal. That's alright, just pass the message that this architect has another admirer of their work. Well you should come and maybe look up when the concert starts," Syndric said. "There could just be something...stamping...around," he said brightly. "Do you like horses?" he asked offhandedly. @Blackrose7
 
"I love horses and oxes. Horse are so beautiful and graceful, while an ox loves to ram into stuff." said Opal, since she wasn't joking about the ox part. "Ok Syndric, I will go look that up when I go back to my apartment. and stamping around?" said Opal, since she doesn't know what he meant by the second to last part.

Syndric grinned at hearing that Opal liked horses. "Okay well maybe you'll see me at the concert tonight," he said cheerfully. "Bye!" and he left. And maybe I'll figure out why you keep calling that Niko girl snakie. @Blackrose7
 
"I also like snakes too, and ok. Bye Syndric." said Opal, as she saw him leaving. 'Stamping around, and asking me that I like horses. Wait, is he the horse zodiac?' thought Opal, since it seems that he likes horses a lot, just like Niko likes snakes a lot.

Syndric raised a hand and waved it in farewell-for now-before making his way back onto the streets. Disappearing into the crowd he let it sweep him along to wherever, using the crowd as cover to get away from some bigger kids from the orphanage who liked bully him and some of the smaller kids.
 
Charlie stood up and admired her work on the tree. Impressive. She laughed then changed into her zodiac form, then grabbed her clothes and stuffed them into her satchel, hanging it onto her shoulder and climbing the tree to make her home.


She arranged it so that some of the leaves were out of the way and others were used as a bed. It's so easy being a monkey because I'm pretty much a small furry human with a tail. I can still do most thing I did before, she thought. Satisfied with her work, Charlie made sure she would be able to find her new home again then swung back to the city.


She started hopping around and suddenly stopped. I smell horse. Charlie followed the scent and came upon a large crowd. She darted around their large feet until she found the one she was looking for. She climbed up his leg and then sat there on his shoulder, looking at him.

Syndric felt something climb up his leg but didn't take much notice until the creature was sitting there on his shoulder. Since he wasn't in his horse form he couldn't see the creature but he could smell it and inhaled deeply. Snorting as he caught the scent of monkey mixed he put his hands in his pockets as he walked through the crowd. Stopping at a fruit stall he bought an apple for himself and a banana, ignoring the human who was staring at him and walked off, handing the banana up to the monkey before biting into the apple. "Are you like me?" he questioned the monkey. @Puggie
 
Charlie grabbed the banana gently and began to peel it. Now how did you know? She said, jumping off his shoulder. She looked around to make sure no one was watching before changing back to her human form and slipping on her clothes which had been put in her satchel. Who are you anyway? Besides being the horse zodiac. She bit into the banana, grateful for it. Thanks for this banana. Want me to pay you back?

...She stood outside waiting for the longest time for Shito to come out...


I wonder if I made a bad impre(ss)thion...


...She also was a bit startled by the leopard that walked past when Enya came to check on the two of them. Although she was happy the Leopard didn't notice her...
 
Shito shook her head "no. I'm fine, just a little..." She thought for a moment "tired..." She said glancing back at the girl from before and signalling for her to come over @eclipsehowls @ArachneGlycon
