Fandom The Zodiac Curse

"Your father's dead," Enya said. "You were both knocked unconscious. Jakob was thrown into a tree and broke some bones. You're both bleeding so you need to lay down and rest," she said, nodding in thanks to Shito when the box of medical supplies was handed to her. @NightCasterZ "If you know where it is go and tell her what happened please," Enya said to Opal. Shinto sat down near Liz on the floor, still feeling strangely protective of her and it was making her fidget annoying herself to the point if a cat tail appearing again which wrapped around her stomach again which she tried to get off, just as ridiculously as last time with Liz and eventually acheving it but ending up flopped on the ground again in a strange position "meow?~" she said briefly before adjusting herself and sitting properly up again. @eclipsehowls @NightCasterZ
 
"Ok, and I will tell snakie about what happen, tiger." said Opal, as she started to follow the cat to the border. 'Snakie is not going to believe this, when I tell her that dragon boy got capture by the hunters, and their leader was trying to kill/capture us.' thought Opal.

The simple fact that her father was did made her smile. "We should be fine now..." She turned her head to face Jakob.


Jakob smiled back. "Sadly, we've probably angered all the major hunter guilds. Looks like our peaceful life is never going to happen..."
 
Shito raised an eyebrow at the couple "you two. Are trouble.." She said sighing before covering her mouth quickly and running off, returning a few moments later, muttering something and doing strange, child like frustrated hand movements. @NightCasterZ @eclipsehowls

Ivenn felt something on his head. When he realized it was a snake... "Gah! What? Get... OFF," Ivenn cried out in a panicked way. "Why... why... they're everywhere. What is your deal with snakes?" Ivenn asked.

".....snakes are mysterious and the least known on the p,anet. Known for being scary and venomous, but they really are scared of humans. My research on them.....it helps them find full meaning of life." She said, stroking March's head, looking at Ivenn with sad eyes, then returning to her work silently
 
"Okay," Enya said. One of the cougars got to her paws and followed Opal out of the ruins. "I wish I had an ultrasound machine," Enya said to herself. "Dune, Flint can you two go bring me some Raspberry leaves, Ginger, Lemon and Black Haw?" An adolescent lion and a clouded leopard rose and disappeared to the forest to collect the herbs. "Swift," she called to a young cougar who trotted over at her name being called. "I need you to get me some Witch Hazel and Oak Bark." The cougar disappeared quickly. They were gone for ten minutes before they came back with the herbs. In this time Enya had gotten the tea kettle and filled it with water from the bucket, setting it on the fire to boil and two cups. Enya had gotten out herbs to make cramp barkRas tea which would prevent miscarriage and calm down Liz's uterus. Once the water had boiled she poured it into three cups and let the cups steep for fifteen minutes. Picking up the Witch Haze and Oak tea she handed it to Shito. "Shito I need you wake up Jakob and have him drink this," she said as she handed Liz the first cup. "It will stop the bleeding and alleviate his pain." She helped Liz sit up and one of the felines moved to support the girl by laying down behind her so she had something to rest against. "Liz I have two teas for you. The first is Cramp bark Tea. It will prevent you from miscarrying the fetus," she said. Pulling out a stethoscope, she put it against Liz's stomach to see if she could detect the fetus's heartbeat, gently pressing down on her stomach the way her mother had told her. "I wish I had Healing as a power," she muttered to herself. "I think you might be six to eight weeks. The fetus's heartbeat seems strong. The Cramp Bark Tea is safe to drink during pregnancy and you should drink it the entire pregnancy," she said. "The second tea is Raspberry Leaf Tea and relieves cramping and nausea." @TheHappyPikachu @NightCasterZ
 
Liz nodded and drunk the first tea. "This is the reason I like the Zodiac." She smiled at Enya. "You're all so kind and helpful. Thank you again!" Her smiled beamed brightly. "Just let's be careful of other hunter guilds coming after us."
 
Shito nodded to Enya but couldn't help listening in on her conversation with Liz, though Enya wouldn't be able to see it from this angle Liz was in clear sight to see Shito's curiosity for those tea's especially the second one as she gently shook Jalob to wake him up. @NightCasterZ @eclipsehowls
 
Opal followed the cougar out of the ruins, and they later arrived at the border. "Thank you, big kitty." said Opal, before she left to go find Niko's lab. 'If I remember correctly then snakie's lab should right here.' thought Opal, as she ended up finding it. 'Yay! I knew that snakie's lab would be here.' thought Opal. She started to knock on the door of Niko's lab. "Hey snakie! It's me, Opal. Can I come in, since I need to tell you something important." said Opal.

"Hi snakie." said Opal, as she entered the lab. She noticed that there was another human besides Issri here. "Um...excuse me, but would you mind standing outside for a bit, since what I am going to tell snakie here is private." said Opal to Ivenn, since she thinks that he probably doesn't know that Niko is a zodiac yet.

"You're welcome." She paused and looked at her felines, hissing to them. There was some hissing and growling between them and among themselves but Enya eventually turned back. "My cats and I have agreed that you, Jakob and any children of yours, as long as they don't hunt our kind or the animals we harbor can find the ruins as a sanctuary to you and your blood," Enya said to Liz. @NightCasterZ


The cougar purred and slunk back into the forest, heading back to the ruins.
 
Liz smiled again. "Thank you so much." She leant forward and hugged Enya. "Me and Jakob find injured animals and release them bsck to the wild once they're bsck to full health." She reassured.
 
"That's good to know," Enya said, slightly startled at the hug due to it being the first time she'd ever been hugged by a human. "As soon as I find some paper I'll write down the recipes for you and send you with the necessary herbs for the rest of your pregnancy. Though the ginger is to be used only in the tea," she said "and in moderation. For now you can stay here to recover and we'll hunt for you and dry some food so you can have it when you leave," she said. "But first...I think we need to deal with those hunters in the fortress and burn that place to the ground. A fire spread out around the fortress should work. Only problem is it might spread to the town and the forest."
 
"It's almost impossible to tackle it head on..." Liz's brain thought and thought. "A sneak attack would so no good..." Her mind kept whirling. "And a fire might spread to the Forest..." She laid back. "What is iron's weakness..."
 
Syndric whistled to himself as he walked down the path, enjoying the light breeze on his face. It looked like it was going to be a nice day outside but he wasn't sure what the weather would be like today since the matron who ran the orphanage didn't allow the children to watch television. He stopped by the lab and then stepped backwards so he could look at the building better, unaware that people were inside the lab at this moment. He just liked the architecture of the buildings along this path which is why he often took it when he snuck out of the orphanage to run. Well and the path was nice and shaded so it was like being in a natural tunnel only with pavement instead of dirt.
 
Ivenn looked over at the girl and raised an eyebrow. "Alrighty, sweetheart, have your private chat... I'm about up to here with dem snakes anyway," he said, in a mildly annoyed tone.
 
March hissed. "She sorry okay?? It's not her fault she's retarded.." Niko muttered, putting her on a heated clothes rack. She turned to Opal. "Yes?" She asked, Raymond around her neck again. He hissed happily at Opal.
